Amazing facility and staff! Very impressed with the reception area, staff, and Dentists. They were all so nice and informative. My experience there so was amazing I almost forgot I was at the dentist. They really placed importance in customer care. I honestly cant wait to come back to their office.

My hygienist was great and made me feel very comfortable. Watching TV while I got my teeth cleaned was a nice distraction!

I had three fillings done today and it was a painless, smooth, (dare I say) enjoyable experience. Dr. Simper is great at what he does and everyone in the office is kind and caring. I was given a tour and extended every hospitality, from every employee. It was a happy place and comforting experience.Porsche was my guide and Hygienist and is too too awesome. The head Doctor came in for a visit and actually want me to get to know him and he wanted to know about me. He gave me the high overhead view of my oral health and we discussed the pros, con and price of the options that he had for me. When I left I was whistling and enjoying the shaded side of the street.

If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to go. I do NOT like going to the dentist and have always had horrible experiences at multiple different places but this facility is amazing. Everyone in this office is so nice and they make sure you are comfortable no matter what. I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I have NEVER been to a dental office as incredible as this one. The staff was incredibly friendly, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They did not make me feel uncomfortable in any form, where other offices have. I cannot recommend this place enough. This place truly feels like a luxury dentist office, but extremely affordable. I don’t see myself ever going to a different dentist office.

Excellent experience for my first time as a new Kennewick resident and for an emergency procedure. Staff is masked, friendly and helpful. Today I went to Southridge dental for the first time. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist’s office. Their genuine and kind welcome made me immediately comfortable. Everyone had tremendous warmth in their words and actions. My hygienist, Valerie, gave me a tour of their clean and spacious office. She explained their office values, asking for my feedback, then truly listened to my thoughts. She and doctor Simper explained everything they were going to do and why it was being done. Both allowed me to see my X-rays and showed me the areas of concern. Dr. Simper was careful and gentle. I felt more trust and safety than I’ve ever known in a dental setting. I am very fortunate to be their patient.

Everyone is so nice and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. You can watch TV or listen to music, you can have a warm neck towel or have your hands wrapped in paraffin wax or choose from other things on the menu all to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. It was national golf ball day or month and I got a little goodie bag with a ball and tees (and yes I’m a golfer and they knew that 😊). Highly recommend !!!

Nothing like any dentist office I’ve ever seen. This felt more like a resort. Starting with a tour, offering refreshments, introducing the staff, comfortable dental rooms with ceiling mounted tv’s. They took the time to ask questions about me. I did not feel like i was just a number.

Love Southridge Dental! Their website was easy to use to schedule an appointment. They quickly got back to me to confirm the appointment. Upon walking in, the office staff was very welcoming and friendly and invited us to enjoy their coffee and snack bar. Our dental assistant was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. She also gave us a small tour of the place. Our hygienist was so nice and patient and very knowledgeable. I especially loved Dr. Kayla because my 3 year hated going to the dentist and always cried and she did so great with Dr. Kayla and because she did so well and was cavity free she got to pick two prizes. My daughter will definitely want to visit the dentist again to see Dr. Kayla. At the end of our visit both my daughter and I were treated with goodies. I would definitely recommend Southridge Dental for families as they did an amazing job with myself and my 3 year old daughter.

First of all 10/10 stars. Ive seen several dental offices over the last couple years and every time I leave with just an outrageous estimate about what to fix, none of them have ever scheduled a follow-up or got the ball rolling. Dr. Simper was seeing me for an emergency extraction and not only did he do the extraction(which took like maybe 10 minutes) but also went over what all needed to be done and then made sure I was scheduled for the next three phases of the plan to fix everything, and it wasnt an outrageous quote. I finally feel like I can actually get all my work done and not need a $20,000 loan to do so!

My overall experience was very pleasant starting with the professional kind hearted front desk staff. When you are taken back, they have multiple ways to make you feel comfortable from a music to a weighted blanket. I have been to multiple dentists over the last few years, they all wanted to pull my wisdom teeth in a way that was easier for them disregarding my wants and comfort level. However, Dr. Simpler was very understanding and patient with the anxiety built up from past experiences. He had provided a service for me I had waited years to do in less than an hr. I have never been to another dental office that can compare to Southridge Dental. One thing I know for a fact from personal experience is that Dr. Simpler cares more for his patients and their health more than he does money, something very rare now a days. Hands down the best dental office and staff in Tri-Cities. I highly recommend Southridge Dental office and Dr. Simpler.

Nicole was AWESOME and truly made me feel at ease, keep in mind she was inserting tools inside my mouth that look like they belonged in a spacecraft and yet never have i been such at ease. I haven’t been to a dentist office in a while , and coming here made it so easy and comfortable for me. I can say with out a doubt that it’s the best experience I’ve had, I had my root canal done today and I’m feeling great. I mean I had chapstick put on, options of any movie, a pillo for my head and even a blanket to keep me warm. Can’t forget the cool glasses. But over all all questions answered, gave me a step by step of everything that was going on and what was next. I highly recommend!!

For as long as I can remember I have ALWAYS been self conscious about the white sports in my two front teeth! I was BLOWN AWAY and shed a little tear when I was handed the mirror to look at my smile for the first time after the ICON treatment. The white spots were gone for r the first time in 25 years! The staff are welcoming and very friendly. They have a warm inviting environment. Ive never been treated better at the dentist office. I had no anxiety and felt at ease. I loved this office! It felt more like a spa than a dental office. Pandora, warm neck roll, coffee bar, relaxing decor. The hygienist I saw (Nicole) was amazing and personable! She made me feel like a friend and not just another patient in the books. I was the irresponsible type who hadnt been to a dentist office in years. I was embarrassed to go since it had been so long. Rather than adding to the guilt, the staff was professional and welcoming which made me want to return. Dr. Simper is awesome! Straight forward and helpful. The front desk reception was great too. I am excited to be a patient here! Will not go anywhere else now.

My 6 year old has white coat anxiety like crazy. Val met him in his comfort zone, kept him calm and informed the entire visit. Dr. Simper switched tools to make him more comfortable, and we had our first dental appointment without tears! Well done to the whole team!

I have enjoyed my multiple visits; as far as you can enjoy a dentists office. The hours available are amazing with times after 5:00pm available for the working folks. The dentist is friendly and professional, the assistants keep things moving, and you can even get a paraffin wax for your hands while having your teeth scraped -- if youre into that kind of thing. Im happy to recommend Dr. Simper and his office and look forward to the expanded facilities in the near future that will offer new options for hours and amenities.

Thank you Southridge! They took such good care of me during one of the most stressful times in my life. This weekend I fell and chipped my front tooth and it was a devistating event to say the least. After receiving a trusted referral, I called and left a voice mail for Southridge emidiatly. They got back to me first thing Monday morning when they opened and they were able to get me in same day. The procedure was short and Dr Kayla did such a great job, I cant even tell by looking which tooth is fake and which is real. it means so much to me that they made this scary time such an easy process. Very very nice place, everything was clean, staff was very friendly, doctors and assistance were very informative about everything with my teeth. Alot of complementary stuff to make you feel even more welcome like snack and warm towels and etc. At the end of my visit the two secretaries were friendly and explained what my insurance covered and what was done to me that day. All in all Im definitely coming back and recommending my friends and family.

This is the best dental practice I’ve ever had the pleasure of what with. The staff is very welcoming and have excellent communication always. They are always able to get me in as quickly as possible and also leave reminder texts to help out. Dr. Simkin is the best. Not only is he an artist but his bedside manner is impeccable and makes you feel very comfortable even though going to the dentist is sometimes not the funnest. All in all they are a very well oiled machine and I am always impressed after every visit.

The best place in the tricities for dental work. The staff remembers you and always greets you when you walk in, makes you comfortable back in the rooms. Always courteous and nice. The doctor Is very professional and quickly diagnoses whats wrong. Pricing is about the same as any other dentist, if not cheaper.

He needed massive amount of work done and she was able to schedule all his work with out any issues. They also recognized that he was in a lot of pain at his initial evaluation and they prescribed adequate pain and antibiotics for him. If you need someone who is understanding and caring please know you will have the best attention and care at SRD.

My first visit today was a consult for getting a sleep apnea oral appliance. It was smooth and everyone worked together to get me in and have a look inside my mouth as well as to explain everything to me regarding the process. I can tell this will work out well.

Then they would xray your teeth all the while you are comfortable and resting.At this moment you feel like you are in a dream!!Then they clean your teeth. Just moved to southridge dental after my dental hygienist of 15 years retired. Was surprised at all the creature comforts made available to me. Almost felt like a spa. My hygienist (Val) was fantastic and reminded me of the one I had for 15 years. Doctor talked with me about treatment plan. Might be some braces in my future. The front desk was great. My hygienist was personable and did a great job. Oh let’s not forget Amy and the great pictures she got.

My mouth never felt better. They know what their doing. There wasnt a question they couldnt answer. You can feel confident that you have chosen the right dentist.😁

Then Dr. Kayla came in and I felt an instant connection with her. They were even able to squeeze me in for an unscheduled procedure which I greatly appreciated.Coming from someone with extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work, I HIGHLY recommend this office and it’s entire staff!!!
