Being new to the area this was our first visit to Chinook Family Dental Care. They were recommended to us by our neighbor as a best in class dental practice. They were absolutely correct. The office is staffed by a sincerely friendly and professional staff. They went about the procedures with efficiency and effectiveness. All along the way they explained the each step in the process and offered insightful oral hygiene information. Their leader, Dr. Howard, has put together a team that is caring and talented. He leads them by example as he engaged you during the exam. My wife and I are confident we have found the right team for our dental care in the Tri-Cities.

Love the staff here! The dental hygienist is so gentle and Dr Howard is friendly and thorough. The rooms are very clean and decorated in a fun way. The kids even have their own space to play and hang out.

Needed emergency help when a very old cap fell out late afternoon before leaving for vacation. Called Chinook Dental and they made time for me and Dr. Ken put a temporary fix together so our plans didn’t have to change. Great dentist and entire staff. I was in today because I broke my tooth. I called and they got me in in just a few hours. I’ve been a patient of theirs since my dentist retired several years ago. Dr. Howard used to work with my former dentist and he worked on me then when I had an emergency and my regular dentist wasn’t available. I always said that when my dentist retired that I would find Dr Howard and I’m so glad that I did.

Love to share this story! My son was having some extreme tooth pain from a tooth injury many years ago and was willing to make the drive to Dr. Howards office over 2 hours away from his college. After a call into Dr. Howards office, his staff scheduled a root canal procedure with a local specialist near his college within the hour and provided this Dental Office with all the necessary dental coverage information. Skye had a successful root canal procedure completed within the hour and was out of pain by that evening. What a heartfelt experience and this is one of many reasons why we keep coming back to this great business! Been with Chinook Dental going on nearly 2 decades and cant imagine going any other place!

Great place and great people.Youll receive informative, caring, and skilled services. I see the dentist here once or twice a year and he still remembers everything Ive talked to him about. My glue didnt hold 20 minutes after a temporary placed and the office had closed, but Dr. Howard drove back and fixed it for me. With a broken tooth he perfectly managed my care and gave me several excellent referrals for surgery, personally calling one surgeon for me as I was out of town and needed to be seen that day. I can keep going on, surprisingly, but Ill leave it here.Youll only regret not choosing Dr. Howard for your dental needs.

When my regular dentist was out of town, Chinook Family Dental took care of my tooth emergency. I broke a crown and the sharp edges of the broken crown were cutting the inside of my mouth. Chinook Dental got me in first thing in the morning and got the tooth smoothed over. Thank you for making my mouth happy!
