Okay, first Ill say that the office staff and dental assistant were very nice, no problem there. However, I went in there because I had an infection causing my face to swell up, from bad teeth. The dentist did a general exam, told me what I already knew and that was it. I waited 15 minutes for their office manager to go over the plan and cost with me, but she wasnt there. She was supposed to call me but never did. I had to go elsewhere, where they promptly extracted the teeth and drained the abscess. Aspens dentist didnt even prescribe me antibiotics to fight the infection even though they apparently werent planning on extraction any time soon. Needless to say, Id advise anyone with a dental emergency to go elsewhere.

Came in 2014 got dentures.. Had a great experience. My dentures looked great. Only had to come back a couple times for fittings. Then. In 2021 i broke my bottoms. They fixed them great!

It was frustrating that they called back and had to change appointment times. Instead of 2pm to 11am. Then, when I arrived, I had to wait for 2 hours to be seen. Once seen, the doctor was nice.

Staff has all changed. Their competency and knowledge is lacking. Aspen would do well to invest in intense staff training prior to having them work solo with patients. The only clean area was the front waiting area. The x-ray, exam and mold area were dirty and in serious need of cleaning.

Very disappointed. I have mentioned my issues every time i went to an appointment to no avail. My top denture has never fit. the roof arch is way too high considering i had too much bone loss in the gum line. I was told they cant shave anymore of it without it cracking or breaking. It was not made to fit correctly. the mold must not have been accurate because it had more space for the gum line that I dont have.

I have one of my employees went in for a consultation to have her wisdom teeth pulled and the next week they charged her credit card for pulling her wisdom teeth she Is still fighting to have the charges removed and they honestly have given her every excuse why it has not been refunded. This is fraud! How many other people have they done this to..

I am very happy with this clinic, first of all, this clinic is very nice shiny and modern and equipped with all highly tech equipment. Dr. Dima and her staff are the nicest kindest professional dentist I’ve been visited. From the first visit I felt the wonderfully comfortable and relaxed and on top of that they always explain what is going on in my mouth, I am trusting them in all their practices.

Setting up my first appointment on their website was super easy. I was able to make an appointment for the next day which was awesome! I decided to make an account with them so I could fill out my paperwork online (yay green options!). Filling out paperwork was pretty easy, but there are a few drop boxes that you cant fill in. One of those is city, which automatically fills from zip code information.If someone from Aspen dental reads this review, know that my citys zip code showed up as southern Australia, and I could not change that. If you respond to my review I can get in contact and tell you which zip code it is (if google notifies me you responded).The visit was very pleasant. There were a lot of new assistants, so x-rays took a little long (understandable and not complaining), but we got through them just fine. The exam was thorough and quick, which was very nice. The gums examiner was sensitive to my gums being inflamed, so they took extra care in their measurements not to hurt me. The dentist came in later and was also very quick and efficient. Then someone took me to an office and went over the mouth-health improvement steps Aspen Dental recommended. I was given a break down sheet and although they wanted me to make an appointment right then (understandable), they were respectful when I said I wanted to figure out my calendar first.All of the employees at Aspen dental were nice, hygienic, and took proper covid-19 precautions. I had a lot of questions about my teeth and gums and they took the time to make 100% sure I had the answers I wanted, and that I really understood the information they gave me.If you are looking for a dentists office that treats you like a human being, I can honestly say that as long as Aspen Dental continues to maintain their current standard (or elevate it), you will be happy there. Just remember to treat them as human beings too, because its hard to be nice when people arent nice to you too.Thank you Aspen Dental.

First off, when I set the appointment I was told it would take approximately 45 minutes. I came in with all of my paperwork already completed yet I sat in the waiting room for close to 20-25 minutes. The entire appointment (from when I got there till I left) over 2 hours! I also felt that the hygienist was rude to me as she was talking about her findings, and when I mentioned previous experience it was brushed off as completely invalid. I felt like both the hygienist and the dentist made me feel like my oral health was in terrible condition, partially due to having several fillings. I have always done my best to care for my teeth and I would believe that having the fillings indicated that I was seeing a dentist regularly to try to prevent worse conditions. I have always been complemented by other dentists. I know that much of our oral health is hereditary so I dont believe that shaming your patients should be necessary. Not to mention, I understand the need for x-rays and such but I have and had no issues when I made the appointment, it was just for requesting a cleaning, which of course I was not provided. During the consult of what needed to be done I was not provided a detailed list of items that would be included, just a total amount to be billed to insurance and to me. I had to ask what all the dentist recommended as even she had not gone over all of her recommendations with me. I will say the gal in the consult did not pressure me and I had already let her know that I was unhappy that the appointment took so long. I did not schedule any work at all as I felt like I was at the mechanic that just tells you a bunch of stuff is wrong and gives you a high price, even though you came in for an oil change and had no issues going in. I do understand that some of the findings may not always present with pain or sensitivity but based on the findings, I find it very difficult to believe I have not one bothersome tooth or sensitivity in my mouth. At this point, I cannot see any reason that I would return to a place such as this. The only bright light in this appointment was the assistant that took my x-rays. She was a bit chatty, but otherwise she had a great way of being pleasant and making you feel comfortable.

Went to have three wisdom teeth removed. One came out with some pain. The other two were broken by dentist that was trying to extract them. After an hour and a half I was set up and told they were unable to remove the two wisdom teeth that they broke trying to pull them and that I would have to come back in a week when a more experienced dentist was in. Dont go here under any circumstance I was sent home with two broken teeth and prescription. .

The staff is very rude and makes you feel rushed. They give you wrong information and constantly contradict themselves. I would highly recommend calling around and getting prices before having any work done. They add a lot of things you dont need and were on the higher scale of quotes I received.

I also really enjoy how everyone at Aspen takes time to explain everything that they are doing to me and the implications of all the things they are doing/looking at. If you are a new patient without insurance, you will be charged 140$ up front if you are 18-20. It’s mandatory to take full mouth X-rays as a new client. (The X-rays are 140$, the office visit itself was additional money)They won’t tell you before hand that X-rays will cost. If I had known previously what and why I’d be charged I would have gone a different route.I’m grateful that they took me as a new client and that they got everything done in a timely manner but I feel like they took advantage of me because of my age.

I had a horrible experience here. I went in to check one tooth because of pain in it and they told me nothing was wrong with it and instead gave me a page and a half long paper of procedures I needed worth thousands of dollars. They told me I needed 8 fillings, a crown, antibiotic packets in my gums for periodontal disease, and more. Ive only had one cavity in my life so I was shocked. On top of that it took two ladies multiple tries to get my x-rays and when I finally saw the actual dentist it seemed rushed. It was also dark and dingy in there. I decided to go to a different dentist to get a second opinion. Thank God I did. First of all the tooth that was hurting needed oral surgery because of previous trauma to it. Secondly, the dentist said I had good oral health and would maybe need one small filling in the future but they would keep an eye on it. I am appalled at Aspen Dental and recommend never going there. (They will also try to hide a $150 toothbrush in your needed procedures list.

Very friendly staff. They pointed out to me, that my medical insurance also covered some dental, but not at aspen. They could have kept quite and took my money. They showed more interest in my well being, than making money. I recommend anyone without insurance or with insurance that works there, too give them a try!

07/23/2019 Had an appointment to reattach a crown that had been pulled off the tooth. Aspen xrayed and reviewed the current condition of all my teeth. They created a total mouth plan to rework the existing dental work, BUT THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM I HAD BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT FOR! I later went to another Dental office to get the tooth fixed. Will not go back to Aspen Dental, They dont listen the the patient!!!

I was new to the area and looking to establish a new dentist. Aspen offered a free exam and x-rays so I made an appointment. I have always taken exceptional care of my teeth and know very well my dental condition. During the exam the dentist was sounding off reports of gum bleeding and periodontal disease to the assistant in various areas of my mouth. I said WHAT? I brush, floss and use a water pic daily and my gums never bleed. I told her that what she is finding is totally contrary to every exam I have ever had in the past. She replied well I can get in deeper than your floss. I did not taste any blood during this exam either btw. I was very skeptical and told them I was going to get a second opinion before going forward with the $1500.00 procedure they were recommending. I got that second opinion from a very reputable dentist and was told I have NO signs of bone loss or decay and my mouth looked great and to keep up the good work. (I did not tell the new dentist about the findings made by Aspen). This was my experience with Aspen Dental.

Good service, horrible billing department. The doctors and nurses are very caring and attentive to the patients needs. The office staff cant seem to figure out our bill. We have been told repeatedly that we have a $400 credit, but then resource bills for the very things we are supposed to be getting a credit for. Your staff needs to learn about attention to detail. Take a moment to figure this out and you may be able to keep a repeat customer.

I can’t speak about the dentist since I never made it past the front desk staff. Called and made my appointment it was clear you call into a call center. Was told I would be contacted. Did receive the call the next day. When I was giving my insurance and reason for visit was asked to hold. I could hear someone had arrived in the office. After several minutes I hung up and never heard back. I had to call several days later to ask if they needed my insurance info which they were able to locate us by the name. Also had to request paperwork to have prefilled. My appointment was at 5:15 I received a call a hour prior asking what time I had confirmed the appointment for. I told her the time and said I’m 10mins away can come now. She said great. So I was under the impression I was getting in early. As I sat there not one staff member checked in on me. People came in after and went in before. Figured I misinterpret the call. 5:15 comes figuring would go back soon. As I sit still no one said anything to me. 6pm came and someone walked in to pick up something they front desk staff took her right back and still nothing said to me. I just got up and left. Never heard from them about why I left. Maybe they didn’t even realize since they couldn’t even acknowledge I had been waiting a hour and half. I will not be going back

My visits to Aspen Dental are always handled professionally. There is never any confusion about my appointment date or time. I am welcomed and taking in right on the time of the appointment. I am greeted professionally by Tamara and provided excellent treatment.Amazingly, I have come to view going to the dentist for routine service as very normal and completely rid of anxieties. I attribute this totally to the way Aspen conducts their business and treats their patients.

Don’t do it. There dental assistant doing the X-rays was obviously not trained properly. Or not enough experience. The Dentist had a terrible bedside manner and short in her explanation, cold in her over all attitude. I already had anxiety since I hadn’t been to a dentist in 7 years. Due to no insurance but then to have someone say I have terrible hygiene, gingivitis, severe recession that I had to go to a specialist. I went to the Sales guy and he was like well you handled that well. Uh what am I supposed to do cry? Then they told me my dental work would cost 20G. Ugh no. I went to a different dentist, she said I had beautiful gums, slight recession by two teeth p, from brushing and a great smile and teeth. I did have 2 cavities and need to get a crown. But that doesn’t equal 20G. Don’t waste your time at this place.

I had my wisdom teeth removed while only on local anesthesia and it was quick and pretty much painless (besides the shots but theres nothing you can do about that). He was also very nice and talked me through it the whole time and gave off a feeling of confidence and comfortableness that eases you worries.

Run, dont walk, from Aspen Dental. I chose them as a last resort from a very short list of dentists my plan covers in the Tri-cities. I visited their office with some painfully sore molars. They took x-rays, checked my gum gaps, tried to sell me an oral cancer screening, and then the dentist came in and told me I needed dental work. She left, and I was shuffled out to the front desk, where I was presented with a $1200 dollar proposal (after insurance) to set things right.At no point did anyone ask me about, or propose a treatment for, my sore teeth. So I asked the sales clerk, what about my roaring sore tooth thats throbbing in the back of my mouth? I got a blank stare, and then she said she would go ask the dentist.She came back and said that the $1200 treatment should fix the problem.I felt like I was in the finance office buying a car, amd next they were going to try and sell me pinstripes for my teeth or undercoating for my tongue or something.The next day I went to a real dentist, who quickly identified my problem and has me on the road to recovery. I have to pay him out of pocket, but I feel better doing that than throwing money at these charlatans.

A little pushy with products you might not really need. ie Ive never been a grinder at night but they still recommended a night guard to protect my work. Husband went in for a tooth extraction.. So chaotic. Leaving to drive to appt when they called canceling the appointment stating our MD said unsafe for his patients health. We needed to go to an Oral Surgeon.. I called our physician. He didnt know what they meant, he had signed the authorization as safe. After an hour on the phone they proceeded with the appointment. They just said there was a mixup Took forever to get through to them to resolve the problem. Find another provider !!!!

Thought we were going to have to have dental work done but the Dr after checking out the tooth told my husband it wasnt real serious but to keep an eye on it until our next cleaning appt in a month. I waited and procrastinated and made excuses until it was almost too late to save any of my teeth. I finally worked up the nerve to let someone see how poorly I had taken care of my teeth. I went to Aspen because their ad said they wouldnt guilt a patient and they didnt, they/we got right on a program that had my mouth feeling better and my self esteem on the rise. Im so glad I went to Aspen Dental I am smiling more like I used to and am proud of having a healthy mouth.

Quoted my mother over $9,000 for dental work. She ended up going to another dentist since that price is ridiculous, and the other place quoted $2,500 for the exact same thing. Guess they have to pay for their 10,000 commercials a day by ripping people off!

These guys were aweful. Not only did they take more than 3 hours to do an initial exam but I told the dentist what my maximum that my insurance would actually cover. Instead of her discussing the estimated plan with me and listening to my needs, she went into a different room and had the receptionist give me a proposed bill of $20,000.00 even after me telling them I have a yearly max of $2,000.00. State insurance doesnt cover root canals or crowns and this Dr decided to order the work up and the crowns for every remaining tooth instead of pulling them like I asked. So long story short..... They are money hungry and I refuse to refer them to anyone. DONT GO THERE!!!!

Yesterday, my husband and I were seen as new patients at the Kennewick, WA office. Our experience was such that it scared us away and we will never go back! Their x-ray tech had the personality of a book end and there x-ray technique was archaic....an approach that was outdated and uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was professional and courteous.They were running about 30 minutes behind for our first appointment and about 45 minutes behind for our second appointment of the day. After our consultations they took use into the office managers office who then proceeded to go over proposed dental work which they felt needed to be addressed. NO CAVATIES!!!! But, what they wanted to do was replace multiple crowns in both of our mouths. Our combined estimated bills, after our insurance was applied, was over $25,000!!!!! (gulp) We both opted for the deep cleaning which they told us would be $400 each out of pocket. Upon leaving, I called our dental insurance company to discuss our coverage for this procedure and learned that they upcharged us by about $300 each which makes me wonder how much they are upcharging us on everything!!! Shysters!!!!I like to consider myself intelligent and I felt taken by the entire process...a real scam! This is why I gave them 3 stars which is probably generous. PLEASE BEWARE....We are now shopping around the area for a real dentistry practice with real market prices...not elevated prices intended to shake the coin from ones pockets.

Very friendly, they do good work, and I love going there. Thats where it ends. The communication is a joke. Billing department is THE WORST. I cant tell you how many times, almost every time, I will go into the office, ask if I have any outstanding debt, pay it off, only to have another charge later on, and most of the time because they didnt double check their work because it was covered by the insurance. Then they will tell me they will check on it and get back to me in 2-3 days, only to have a call reminder a month later that I owe that same amount of money. Ill tell them what I told them before, they say they will call me back, and the marry go round starts again.Pros - Great people, good environment, good workCons - Terrible communication, Terrible Billing Department

Go anywhere else but here. The technicians are knowledgeable enough. But this one star rating goes entirely to the office staff. Their negligence is bordering fraud and I have ROUTINELY been improperly billed because of how their staff handles paperwork. They have used the wrong insurance MULTIPLE times and have split charged procedures so that the coding is no longer covered by insurance. Aspen Dental is currently being sued under a national class action law suit. Find a local dentist. Aspen Dental provides GARBAGE service.

Dentistry is general gives me extreem anxiety. I however, found my experience to be better than expected. I appreciated that I was taken to a separate room for consultation on pricing and what my insurance would cover. I would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional on so many levels!! My mother has NEVER been to this dentist before, and they called my moms WORK (how they know where she works is beyond me) and they said she owes them $800.00 and by the end of the conversation they realized they had the wrong Pam (which is my moms name)!! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. They have crossed boundaries they should have never crossed even if it was the right person they were trying to contact!

My best friend had extractions and a partial made at Aspen, it was a horrible experience and she will never go back. they were rude and treated as if she was garbage didnt help with adjustments or concerns except taking her money. I would never even take my dog to them.

Friendly and helpful. I had an infection in a wisdom tooth. They were able to help me find a surgeon and get me in the same day. I was in a lot of pain and unable to speak well and they were patient and understanding.

Awesome staff. Ive got a huge fear of the dentist and really bad teeth. Most other dentstry offices treated me like a homeless person and aspen was the most professional. Caring and understanding staff I have ever been around.

Don’t go here. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. My mouth still hurts after 2 days and it’s only because of xrays! She had to retake several and the xrays were still bad! I went to dental assistant school but anyone could tell that you couldn’t even see the whole tooth in the xrays of my upper and lower front teeth. They also told me I have gingivitis which is really hard to believe since I brush my teeth very well and I floss properly also. Maybe I do but I’ll be getting a second opinion and I definitely won’t let Aspen Dental do the treatment for me. Also was asked if I wear my retainer every night and I told them I wear it maybe once a month ( I haven’t had my braces on for 5 years) they acted really shocked and unprofessional/rude about it. I would have liked to be treated much better than that. When I asked why they asked about the retainer, if my teeth looked like they were moving or something? She said they didn’t, they were just wondering. So I guess my once a month (more like a couple times a year) is working just fine then!

Would never go again. I was in severe pain during my visit here, spent over 2 hours there. The xray process took way too long and was way more painful than it needed to be each shot was attempted at least 3 times. Wasnt even offered an ointment or anything for the pain the entire time I was there. When you have a large, full grown man writhing and crying in pain in your exam chair, you offer the guy something for the pain. Was told my tooth needed surgically extracted so they referred me elsewhere... Where the tooth was very unsurgically extracted. Aspen Dental staff has no compassion and should not call themselves medical professionals. DO NOT go to Aspen Dental.

Tried to get an appt for my grandmother for dentures, as her bridge had cracked and she was left with no options but to gum it. Her previous dentist transferred out of town, and she did not care for the owner taking over, so after the appointment with him we drove down the road to Aspen on Road 68 in Pasco, WA.We were told by the women at the front desk that we would receive a call to schedule once the dentist had a chance to look over her chart and xrays. I signed the ROI, confirmed the records were sent and received, and then we waited. And, waited, and waited....and waited, and waited some more. Then called a week later to follow up, and they acted like the conversation never took place.For me it was a complete lack of regard for my time and resources. It turned out for the best, though! We didnt have to pay them to find out it was not a good fit. Thank you, Aspen Dental, for being transparent before digging into my pocket book.
