Dr Madder was wonderful. He fully explained my options and gave me the cost of each. I felt that he really cared about my situation and wants to give me the best possible care. BTW, his prices were much lower than the last place I had give me a consult. I will be back.

I have been impressed with Dr. Madder and his crew for a very long time. He is the ultimate professional but with a relaxed, stress free demeanor. I trust his recommendations re: treatment plans and believe him to be fair and honest. He takes pride in his work and I have been pleased with the results of the numerous procedures required s/p chemotherapy. What impresses me the most is the collegial, respectful way he treats his staff which I believe trickles down to a pleasant experience for the patient starting at the front door.

62 minutes ago I called Dr. Madder concerning an implant that had busted, or dislodged but either way he dropped whatever was happening in his private life (Saturday night) and in the time it took me to drive to his office, he met me there, safely removed the implant in question and I’m sitting in my lazy boy right now and out of danger, but more importantly, out of pain. Big city service with cutting edge technology and small town care, concern and service. I personally can’t put a price on my healthcare and fortunately for me, the service Dr. Madder supplies.

Beautiful office. Very clean. Awesome friendly staff. Quality work. Quick and efficient. All around good time. They were so nice to my daughter who is only 2 years old. I was the one being seen, but they made sure we were both happy and comfortable.

These guys have been SO AWESOME!!!I found them by chance when we had JUST moved to town and needed an emergency dentist for my husband. I called and they got us in the very next morning. We have been loyal ever since. My husband regularly says Dr Barney is the best dentist hes ever had. Weve even sent my father in law to Dr Barney and he now says the same thing!The reception ladies are always so helpful and nice!Thanks for everything you do!!

Overall a very good dental experience, from the greeting, with help at the entrance, to checking in to when I left. Dr. Madder was sure that I was comfortable with all procedures, explaining all options for work needed. Teeth cleaning was completed expertly. I highly recommend this dental office.

What a great dental office! Staff was friendly right from the start and Dr. Barney was professional and very knowledgeable. Hygienist was the very FIRST to not jamb the floss up in my gums after cleaning. With so many dentists in our area, its nice to find a place that differentiates themselves from the rest.

Check the bill closely!!In my case the payment was taken, but it was not recorded in their system. After some time, received higher than expected invoice/bill where my past payment was not reflected. After verifying with my credit card provider called the dental office. Resolved. No idea why they did not even apologized.By the way, the work has been done professionally, but expensive.

Jennifer is amazing meticulous yet gentle cleaning my teeth.The atmosphere is very serene (if you can believe that... In a dental office) and clean.Dr. Barney is great. He doesnt fix things that dont need fixed, but is gentle when you do need them fixed.Overall very professional business. I actually look forward to going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned now.

They always ask if I’ve had any issues and then those are addressed right along with all of my other dental needs. I have been getting dental work with Kennewick Dental since before they took over for Taylor Made Smiles, some 12 years ago or so. Dr. Barney, Dr. Madder and staff are wonderful. They are all the real deal. They are honest and think of the patient’s needs first vs squeezing for as many costly services as possible. They always aim/succeed in doing the “right thing”. I am OCD about my dental care and keeping my teeth as healthy as possible. I have had the same hygienist for the past 13 years. They recently moved to their newly completed office on Clearwater, next door to Hillcrest Memorial (also a wonderful business), to expand and offer additional services. Go visit them. You will not be disappointed. Ps. I am currently finishing up on wearing Invisalign braces as well. Yes, they offer Invisalign! Tell them Ricki sent you. 😊

My Boyfriend lost part of his tooth over Christmas weekend. After callung around that day to get answering machines we had to wait until Monday to try to schedule an appointment. I called 5 other dentists office, no one could see him until the following day or days. Kennewick Dental understood the emergency and was able to get him in that same day I called!The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. They couldnt permanently fix the problem until the following day, but they were able to assess and releave the pain until they could see him for the permanent fix.So happy with the customer care and urgency.Time to make my appointment!!

I grew up with a fear of going to the dentist, having had a lousy one as a kid. As a result I have a lot of issues with my teeth, but finally found a dentist that I trust. Even though I live in Seattle, I schedule my dentist visits when visiting back home just to come here. Never any pain and he does a really good job of explaining whats going on.

Always on time! The staff is amazing!

Dr. Madder agreed to lengthen a crown, sent it back to the lab for this but before placing the tooth in my mouth accidently dropped it on the floor and I heard it roll around. He then placed in.my mouth. The tooth immediately began to grind into pieces after i began using it. When i returned to the office to have it replaced, Madder refused to replace it. The tooth is too short and mis-shapped. I believe this to be shoddy work and poorly standing behind your crowns as promised ,for 5 years. Do not waiste your time and money!
