I love Quail Ridge Dental. The front office staff is always welcoming and accommodating. They are flexible for re-scheduling if something comes up and They are always in time. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here in the past 3 years. Highly recommended.

The whole front office was very nice and pleasant, the dental hygentist and assistants were very gentle and I felt they cared about my sensitivity with my teeth. Dr. Beck explained what I needed and was sure to answer any questions about my treatment plan. 😀

I have been seeing Dr. Beck since I was about 5 and he has always been so kind and professional and is very good at his craft, now I am usually seen by his son who followed in his footsteps and he is just like his dad. The entire office staff operates like a close knit family and do very thorough work and are always super nice.

My visit was an emergency, so I was majorly stressed walking into the office. I have FINALLY found my Dental care home! All are very professional, kind, polite, and definitly Know what they are doing! No more searching for a caring Dentist, in the many many misfits/wanna bes) in the Tri-Cities!😁

Can’t say enough about Dr Tyson. I was in Pasco for Christmas when I had a dental emergency, I called 11 other providers and the only one who responded was Quail Ridge. He met me at his office, which was after normal business hours, took care of my issue and provided gentle and professional care. Wish I could score him 10 stars!

I was told my routine cleaning would be covered by my dental insurance. I was billed $136.80 for periodontal cleaning after insurance. The periodontal cleaning was scratching my teeth with a metal pick for half an hour. They want me to come back for another visit because they only cleaned two quadrants. They said they ran out of time. My last dentist of three years never found any periodontal disease. He cleaned my teeth with a ultrasonic tool and never charged me above insurance.

Dr. Tyson Beck is definitely at the top of the Dental profession in the Northwest. He attended the Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha NE, a very hands-on, learn-by-doing institution, then honed his skills while serving in the US Army for 6 years at Ft. Bliss TX.After recently spending 5 hours in Dr. Tysons office, what really impressed me was his resourcefulness and meticulous care. He is truly a technician; enjoys working with his hands; and offers patients flexible scheduling, Dry Bar Comedy and relaxing Spanish guitar music!Dr. Tysons dental practice is also wonderfully complemented with a skilled team of hygienists who collectively support the annual Toys-4-Tots program and other community fund raising events. I was personally introduced to Quail Ridge Dental during his Veterans Day celebration.Veterans in the Tri-Cities were rewarded for our service with an hour ofmuch appreciated dental services with a great team of 10 dentists at Dr.Tysons dental clinic. We were most appreciative of this amazing local support. Thank you so very much for giving us back our smiles!

Im annoyed at the frequency of getting advertising in the mail from this company. Its a huge waste of paper. And I never asked for it.

I had a broken tooth and services were excellent and quick. Thought services were so outstanding I took my daughter and made her a patient. She enjoyed her visit as well

Dr Tyson Beck was really nice. He took the time to get to know me and to tell me what he was doing to my teeth and why. The staff were really friendly as well. I had a great experience!

My first visit with Dr. Tyson was fantastic. He took the time to show me what my (old) cavities looked like as well as well as the difference between one of the fillings that was in good shape vs. one that needed to be redone. When my hygienist was unexpectedly out, instead of rescheduling my appt., Dr. Tyson did the cleaning himself. I recommend Dr. Tyson and his staff wholeheartedly.

A great office, with friendly staff. Whenever I visit, I always feel confident in what Dr. Beck recommends for me and my children. This is something that is really important to me, I want to be able to trust those who take care of mine and my childrens health. We love visiting Dr. Beck! Quail Ridge Dental is the best dental experience Ive had, and Ive lived in 5 different states with 7+ dentists. Their technology is top-notch and focused on patient comfort and Dr. Beck is professional and willing to answer all the obnoxious questions you have about what is going on in your mouth. Ive had so much work done over the years between crowns, cavities, wisdom teeth, and so on, that I know what its like to be comfortable and uncomfortable at the dentist, and Ive never been more relaxed than when I was at Quail Ridge.

Dr. Tyson and Natasha were amazing. I had to go in for a dental evaluation for my upcoming deployment. They got me squared away and even fixed a cavity that was new and unscheduled. This is also my normal dental office for fillings , bridges, and everything else. I would highly recommend this dental facility.

We have been going to Quail Ridge for 17 years. Dr. Beck and his staff are amazing. We have felt like family since we started seeing him. They are caring and helpful and have really taken the time to get to know us. While our son was at college, Dr. Beck never missed an opportunity to come in (even when we were only there for a cleaning with the hygienist) to ask how he was doing. He truly cares about his patients. Even my kids look forward to going to their dental appointments!

I was working in Tri Cities for a week, and had a dental need come up. I was so impressed and thankful how Dr Beck’s office worked me in on short notice. Joan was so accomodating, and I appreciated the care and professionalism of both father and son’s work. I was soon leaving the country and was relieved to have my new crown taken care of by this staff.

My entire dental care has improved immensely because of the knowledge and experience the staff here has provided me. I recommend this place to anyone I hear looking for a new dentist, I even got some movie passes for referring a coworker!

I love Dr. Beck and his staff. His kind and caring demeanor makes me feel safe and comfortable in the chair which is important to me. I recently decided to try the MTM (minor movement retainer) because one of my front teeth had adjusted forward over the last few years. Dr. Beck has made the process as easy as it could be. I am already into my 4th week and am already seeing results. Its exciting. I cant wait to show off my new smile!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not only did I have to endure shot after shot with the shakiest of hands ( not sure if he had the DTs), he ground down my tooth till the root was exposed then set up an appointment for a root canal!! Found a new Dr. and all is well.
