If you like a diva as your doctor who is not worried about your health, then this is the right doctor for you. Scheduled this appointment 2 weeks out. First visit, the nurse comes out and says “she doesn’t have time to take you. I don’t know who scheduled you.” Second time, we cant take you because we need a translator with her. This doctor does not care for patients health. My mother is more comfortable communicating her health concerns with me, her daughter, and not some stranger you randomly find on the streets. Also, if she doesn’t want to see any patients then communicate that with your scheduling team. DON’T WASTE PEOPLES TIME! Both times, my entire family was inconvenienced by this doctor and their office. Unlike her and her staff, we have a baby at the house who needs care and attention. Both times, we all wasted our time to take my mother in to get treated by this doctor who turned her away with lousy and pathetic excuses. We all shuffled and moved our schedules and called out of work to make sure we have a care taker for the baby and take my mother in, who takes care of him every day. Like I said, communicate with your scheduler and any MOTHER trusts her DAUGHTER to communicate and translate for her over a stranger! This is the first time in my 20 years that I have translated for my mother that this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous. If i could give this doctor, I would. Clearly, she is not concerned about a patients health. She is TOO BUSY.

Called on a Monday morning to request an appointment. Remained on hold for 20 minutes, just to be told their office would call me back to set up the appointment. Twenty-four hours went by with no return call. I then went to a Baptist website and requested an appointment online. Friday someone from the website called me back and at that time put me through to the MDs office. I have never in my lifetime had such a hard time making an appointment. Baptist needs to invest in a better setup for scheduling appointments.

Bad business practices during covid. Does not take patient safety into consideration. Shame

Excellent Physician and Staff. My appointment was on time and completed quickly. Dr. Reinertsen has an excellent Medical Assistant, Mary M. who was personable, upbeat, and caring. She seemed to truly love her job and was very helpful. Ran into other patients who also were fans.I recommend this PCP Physician highly. You will not be disappointed in the care and consideration found in this office.

I can’t recall being more pleased with a physician or their staff. I was impressed with the efficiency of my visits and then had an ER trip with a subsequent stay in the hospital. They went over and above to communicate with the hospital staff and were far more caring in my follow-up then the specialist who was primarily responsible for my situation.

It’s convenient, friendly and clean. My doctor, Sharon R. Garland and her nurse, Mary are great!!!

Dr. Reinertsen is a phenomenal doctor. She is honest but kind. She always spends lots of time with you to make sure you understand and have all your questions answered, yet shes never running late! She is warm, friendly and caring. I am so happy to have found her!

My first to Dr. Sharon Reinertsen and this visit was terrific they had online forms that I could fill out prior to my visit, which was great not having to sit there and fill out all that patient information as I just faxed it over and this is a wonderful tool.I signed in paid my copay and just sat down for about less than 2 minutes if that before they called me in! WOW that office is running like a well oiled machine the front desk staff were very pleasant and so nice and efficient.The doctors medical Assistant Mary was just awesome! I cannot believe it this place has to be the best I have ever been to. Mary was efficient and had a wonderful personality to boot.Within just a few minutes Dr. Sharon Reinertsen came and she was wonderful, she listened to everything I had to say I did NOT feel rushed at all and she was so down to earth and made sure you understood everything she was saying back to you. By my paperwork submitted she has questions for me to clarify everything and to make sure that she had all the correct information listed for any of my conditions.This Doctor is outstanding! just after one visit I finally feel I am in the right hands and can stop looking for another Doctor as far as I am concerned she is what I call a common sense doctor. Her personality was great and she was calm and so understanding and my biggest thing was that she took her time and listened to the patient and did not just throw pills at you this is so refreshing.Thank you Dr. Reinertsen I have now found the right home with you and your staff. Mary your MA please never let her go she is the bomb!I highly recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone!
