I’ve been a patient of Dr. K’s for over 10 years now. He is thorough, caring and relatable. His ability to provide a diagnosis during my visits is astounding….and I’ve come in to see him with some crazy issues! Dr. K always provides prompt follow up and he ensures my issues are addressed quickly. He spends a lot of time with me and truly cares. I wouldn’t see any other PCP and highly recommend Dr. K!

Dr. Philip Kartsonis is the BEST doctor. My wife and I have been been grateful patients since 2004... thats 16 years! He is able to diagnose you perfectly... no return visits. He keeps it real and is very relatable.Once, my wife had what ended up being an appendicitis. She had previously been in the ER without the hospital docs identifying it. Later, she went to Dr K who immediately diagnosed her and helped her navigate her return trip to ER for an emergency surgery.My adult son (home from college) saw Dr K today. Everything was fine and Doc & the entire staff were masked up and following all protocols.So, if you want a cool doctor who might save your life, you should check him out.

What a great person who is a Dr. He cares about his patients and people in general. It was a pleasure to go to the Dr. which is hard to do. He made my accident easier to deal with thru clear directions. Most importantly he recommends you to Dr.s like him. Broke my leg thought it was sprain. He sent me to First Coast Foot & Ankle just as knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Kartsonis is. So will be recommending him to all my friends.

I went to the office Friday for a first-time visit. Upon entering, none of the front desk staff or assistants were wearing face masks. When I was brought back to the exam room, I inquired why and was told we dont see sick patients in this office. They hadnt taken my temperature, asked about any pre-existing conditions neither in the office nor on the phone to make my appointment. I asked if the Dr. was wearing one; she replied no but we can wear them if it will make you feel better.When the doctor entered the exam room, he saw my mask and said, You dont need to wear a mask. I am not worried about catching Coronavirus. He then went to shake my hand.At this point, I got up to leave and stated I was uncomfortable. His response, Really, well good luck.No face masks. He didnt wash his hands/use hand-sanitizer before he went to shake my hand. Not to mention his dismissal of me wearing a mask and no effort or concern to make me feel comfortable.Zero empathy. Zero care. Thankfully I left when I did. I cant imagine, if that is how they are running their office in a global pandemic, why anyone would trust their health and safety to Dr. Philip Kartsonis or his team.

Great doctor who is personable, knowledgeable and understanding! His nurse is equally personable! An excellent team! Highly recommend!

Best doctor I have ever gone to. Does a great job coordinating the overall aspects of total health care.Takes the time to listen and then will go over the options available. Follows up on all referrals so as to have your total health history in one place. The kind of family doctor who builds up a trust and confidence as the relationship progresses.

Best doctor ever Dr. K ! I have not been going on a regular basis as I would have if he were still there! It is not that easy to find a good doctor that you trust and connect with that keeps you interested especially when you have health matters,that need to be attended to.

Dr. Kartsonis saved my life! He calmed all my fears regarding my heart surgery & believe me there were many, he referred me to 1 of the best doctors I couldve ever had treat me. When I went for my surgery my heart surgeon informed me that if not for the procedure he needs to perform my life could end any day! Im so grateful to have a Doctor who actually cares about his patients opposed to Doctors just receiving a paycheck & having no compassion whatsoever for their patient.Thank u so much for all the years youve taken care of me. Absolutely the best Doctor Ive had in my 52 years!!

My family has been going to Dr. Kartsonis for about 11 years. When he moved his practice from baptist primary I tried my best to figure out where he went because my family did not want to trust their care to anyone else. I checked the states website to see when his practice address might change so Id know where his new office was. When I kept hitting a dead end I eventually email him. He responded and invited my family to continue their care with him which was what I was hoping to accomplish in the first place. The relationship dr k has with his patients can not be refabricated with some new dr they hired. He is so through and he always tries to give his patients the most affordable option when it comes to prescriptions. I called to change a medication that was not covered he pointed me in the direction of a pharmacy in which I could take the same medication I had been in an affordable way without insurance. I like also that he remembers his patients. For insurance reason I saw another doctor for awhile. Although the other doctor was nice he didnt know me and couldnt possibly remember me or my family. Doctor k also isnt lacking in personality he will give you a good laugh Im sure for one reason or another. Even when you disagree onPolitics he can make you smile 😄

Dr. K has been the most intelligent, proficiently thorough physician for my healthcare.

Every time I visit Dr. K he picks tight back up on the conversation we had at my previous visit. He is a great provider and cares about patients.
