Place needs to be cleaned and updated. Staff is unprofessional.My insurance says they cover the TDap vaccine but this place still charges $75. Glad I switched primary care doctors.

After over 2 weeks from a positive test result of covid having 0 symptoms they refused to see me ......I needed to be cleared for work......they refused to see me to clear me.where else should u go besides ur primary care to get cleared! They r failing to do their job in time of pandemic shame on them!!!!......not even the first time Ive had issues with them getting things as simple as birth control ..... I could very well lose my job because they r afraid to be health care professionals.......y even get in the business.......

I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I’m glad I went. I saw Dr. Patterson, she was very informative, smart and kind! I walked in twenty minutes early and I was seen quickly. I did my paperwork online which was probably helpful. The staff was nice. 😊

They finally called me in at 4:05 took my daughter by the house and we are been sitting on there until for 12:37 p.m. and the doctor still didnt come now why I said earlier I understand that I was late so I may have to sit and wait but this is a child whos waiting to see the doctor and nobody aint come and see her yet at 4:45 I walked out and tell him I need to reschedule this is supposed to be a doctors office and I understand that you guys are busy or whatever the case maybe but this is a child at least you know try to figure out whats going on and my daughter still was not seen because I I left like I had to leave because it was ridiculous Ive never sat in a doctors office and waited an hour even though I was late Ive never sat in a doctors office and waited over a little over an hour

I cannot say enough good things about APNP Ashley, as well as Dr. Pennington who helps with my care as well! You can tell they really do just want to help you. They are humble and work to try and do whats best.Yes. The front desk is slow and it takes a while to get in, but overall as health care providers they are great.

The wait was a little long.. but overall it was a pleasant experience. Ashley was super thorough and understanding. She was super nice and easy to talk to! I got my referrals super fast.

This is the worst doctors office that Ive ever been to, if they had an option I would give zero stars. My first time going there I waited 2 hrs and the doctor ordered MRI for me which I have yet to do. No one contacted me about scheduling my MRI, ive been calling the referral dept for the past month and a half, still nothing. In my previous doctors office it was a breeze going in and getting your referrals processed within a week, only reason I came to this place is because my insurance doesnt cover the old doctors office anymore. This place is definitely trash and would never even think about coming here again!!!! Save your money and time, go somewhere else!!!

This is the absolute worst place to go to if you care anything about your health or being treated like a human being!! The staff is rude, and care very little about your health and have attitudes! How can you work in healthcare and have any sort of attitude? They’re unprofessional and if you would like to keep your sanity GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!

THE WORST OFFICE STAFF OF ANY DOCTOR!!!I have been dealing with a billing issue that the office made a mistake on for 11 months. Whenever I call they say they will call me back but I haven’t received a call in 11 months. I have to call the office multiple times in a row to be able to speak with the office manager. These are the laziest office workers I have ever dealt with. DO NOT COME HERE. Doctor is great, office is TERRIBLE!

My mother went there to see Dr. Pennington. The front office doesnt seem like a big deal but the office is horrible and works closely with the doctor. They neglected my mother for over 8 months, cared more for charging her for appointments and renewing her medicane even when she needed better doses or different kinds of meds. They refused to help her and the front office is more busy with their personal problems and want to fight with you than deal with the issues at hand. If they see one tiny issue, its not their problem or fault and refuse to change what happened to get it all fixed. Dr. Pennington also is away so much, that the front makes excuses for him not to see patients who have heavy health issues. If he is there or not, he isnt worth going to and he doesnt see his patients. Run far away. Find someplace else. They arent worth any issues for these doctors. They dont care at all for your health issues.

The people lye on you if you complain and dont care about you at all. I was a patient there for years and I never had an issue till the new practitioners came along and they lyed on me and said i said something i know i didnt say and didnt care that i am a single person in a fixed income and going to too many specialized drs will leave me homeless.

Andrea Patterson is very unfriendly, doesnt call you back in a timely manner, you basically have to call the front desk to complain after 3 days of leaving a message with no call back, when she does call back she is very rude and unprofessional. after my second unanswered call I decided to find another pcp, cause I know I would lose my $h*t if I ever came face to face with her. she seems to not understand we patients pay your salary by continuing to go there for services. I will no longer step foot in that place and no, another Dr couldnt get me to continue going there, the wait is incredibly long, the office is way too small with over booking and over lapping appointments youll be lucky if you have somewhere to sit for your two hour wait. just so not worth it.

They are garbage they don’t care they promised they will call you they told us they will call by the afternoon to let us know if the wife is pregnant. A week later they claim “no doctor is in yet” what a joke.Stay away I promise just how they answer phone says a lot about them

This place is a scam. They charged us $150 for a visit to get a prescription for birth control, and sent us ANOTHER bill through “LabCorp” for $300! We were completely blindsided, and they refuse to resolve this. For a birth control prescription! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I’ve had two appointments here. The first showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment and and hour later had still not been called. I explained I had a tight schedule and rescheduled. The second appointment I sat in the waiting room for until 30 minutes after my appointment, and then sat in the office for another 30 before being seen by a doctor. Their customer service is poor. I’ll be looking for another care provider.

I had been going there for 20 years. I began seeing Andrea Patterson, who is all about education. They know my history obviously, its been 20 yrs, Ive been on the same meds for that long. I went out of the country where all my belongings were stolen (meds included) & was attacked (a little PTSD going on). I went in to the office in a state of panic, I was attacked & violated & I trusted them!! She wouldnt let me speak, when she spoke, she addressed my friend. She treated me like One Flew Over the Cuckos Nest & told me to go to a psychiatrist (which is fine & makes sense). But I was treated so poorly & Im sad that I will never step foot in that office again. It was one of the worst experiences. She wouldnt give me the meds I was on, which I want to get off of anyway (I started a RAW vegan diet..a perfect learning opportunity for said nurse & duh, I dont want your drugs or I wouldnt have drastically changed my whole lifestyle), I just wanted to be made a bit more comfortable with the withdrawals, but again, she wouldnt listen to a thing I had to say. What she did give me, she knew it wouldnt help. I was attacked & violated. She is an awful person who should be ashamed of herself, its mind and body, a horrible excuse for a medical professional...no referral to psych either. It has been 5 days & still no call back on referral... I reported her to Dept of Health & the whole office to Medicare. Do NOT go to these people!

When you make an appointment you have to wait past your time of the appointment. The employees dont seem to be very helpful and care about their patients .The atmosphere office is very small people have to wait outside. Seem to always be too busy , but cant work out with the patients.. the rooms seen in need to be cleaned very poor . They overcharge and charge for everything even if insurance covers it. Need some work on this office. Maintenance they should also extend the office make it bigger. And not enough parking space.

Where do you want me to begin. I go to get my physical to be told because it has not been a year I have to pay for a doctor’s visit then to not been seen. Finding another doctor immediately!!!!!

It is the worst place and most of the team are very rude.

First time here looked like a nice little place, I arrived at 9 my apt was at 9:45 did my paper work and finished that by 9:15 it’s now 11:40 and I still haven’t seen the Dr.. The wait here is ridiculous, about 3 people have complained about it, the staff is nice but it’s like coming here waiting to die to see the DR.

My Arnp was okay but the staff was terrible. They barely answer the phone or return your calls. They will be quick to remind you if you owe money but if you have questions about your labs dont even bother calling the office. They never pull me back on time for my appointments. The customer service is terrible. I would suggest another office if you can. My prescriptions were even written wrong. That was a headache. I literally had to wait almost 2 hours just to be seen by the Arnp and I watched the office have MOES delivered and heard them discuss it while clients were waiting on them being behind!

Dr. Doyle is a great and little sweet little lady and her staffs are very friendly!

The front staff here is AWFUL. And super rude. They NEVER answer the phone. No one ever answers the phone. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication and the front lady just told me to leave a message for the medical assistant. Ummm no. HORRIBLE.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Wait time is horrible but god forbid you actually need something done, forget about it. Had a sleep study done 3 months ago and have been waiting on my doctor to order the CPAP machine, they have no idea what theyre doing. The nurse claims 2 different doctors are telling her its the job of the sleep study facility to order it but I call the facility and they laugh and say no they do that, thats why shes your doctor, thats why we sent all the info and results to them that they confirmed they got. Every time I leave a message I never get a call back, probably going to have to go in to actually speak to someone. Not to mention Im pregnant and my child isnt getting enough oxygen at night but that doesnt seem to bother anyone up there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE. Truly the worst in Jacksonville.

Like most reviews state A.R.N.P Sarah Kerns is fair enough at her job (had an issue with the visit not being a (free) general visit) but the staff is horrendous.Had the nurse that walked me back just walk away and leave me on the scale. I walked up to the help desk and just waited until another nurse yelled at the first to come back and get me.Was referred for the wrong procedure and left several messages for the help rep for Kerns to contact me back and propose a fix.Havent heard back so I am going to take my business elsewhere. Too bad because the location is convenient!

The doctors here are GREAT!!! But the office/front desk staff is HORRIBLE!! They are slow, rude & insensitive every time I come here! At my last visit I waited 23 minutes just to be checked in while they talked about their weekend plans & then wasnt even greeted with a smile, just told to make my copayment.

Front office staff is horrible and not friendlying at all. I dnt mind waiting at a Drs office....but a WHOLE hour to b called! And to watch countless of ppl come in AFTER u and go b4 u! THEN another 30 mins for the doctor!..this place is a no no!

We called and spoke with office staff (whose name starts with an M) to make an appointment for a friend, because she was in the worst pain she has ever felt. The appointment was on May 8, 2019, at 1515 hours. Our friend checked in and then sat there 2 hours and 15 minutes, at which time the office staff told her that someone had called in and cancelled her appointment. Looking at the other reviews, I would say NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. YES - our friend is still in pain.UPDATE - The office staff charged our friend her co-pay and then at the end of the day told her someone had called in and cancelled her appointment. She is in so much pain, she wasn’t thinking clearly and left the office. We only found out this additional detail at 2030 hours when she texted us with her receipt.

I hope the clinic manager actually reviews these posts and takes corrective actions. I used to love my providers, but am now receiving substandard care. Time to find another medical center.
