I would give negative stars if that was available. This Dr Neirouz Joseph is a joke of a doctor. A patient has called multiple times for TWO days suffering from COVID and this dr couldnt even be bothered to call the patient back for a 2 minute call to tell her what medications to take or if said patient should just go to the hospital!!! What kind of care is that?!?! I get that places are understaffed, but there is no excuse for completely ignoring a sick patient for TWO days!! Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that cares about their patients wellbeing.

Dr. Neirouz Joseph is an excellent doctor; Dr. Joseph listens, empathetic, patient, kind, and address all concerns immediately. Dr. Joseph takes time to make sure you understand all information communicated.

Dr. Joseph is the absolute best doctor I ever had. I’ve been going to her for years. She actually cares about her patients which is a rare quality in doctors these days. I’m moving and will miss her so much because I feel that I will never find another doctor like her. I will be on healthgrades though no matter how long it takes to find someone whose a close second.
