Dr. Madgula is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Madgula is a great doctor. Been seeing him for years. He has always taken care of me and my family.

When going to a yearly physical exam, the doctor asked about my stress level which I explained everything was fine and that I was just working too much. He prescribed me an antidepressant just incase I ever felt like I needed it. I explained that I would not take it, nor would I have it filled. He insisted that he prescribe it. Choosing not to argue, I just say do whatever you feel like and Ill do the same. I then get my labs and go on about my life. 1 week later, I still have not received my lab reports, so I call and cannot get a call back for 2 weeks. In the meantime, I am able to set up and see my labs on the portal. All is well, I go on with my life. A month later, I receive a bill for over $100. Perplexed, I call my insurance company who verifies that my policy covers a yearly physical and labs. I am then made aware that I was charged 2 office visits, and that is what the extra charge is for. Confident that this is a mistake, I call the billing office and explain the 2 charges. They inform me that because the doctor discussed antidepressants they were entitled to charge for an additional visit. Calling my insurance back, they inform me that is correct information. I never had the prescription filled, nor did I bring up the subject. The doctor asked me a simple question that he initiated and I simply answered. What a disgusting practice technique to bring in more income.

Staff was great but Dr. Julian Hernandezs care for his patients stopped being priority.

Dr. Magdula is great. He is very helpful and pleasant/polite.

I like Dr.Madgula. Never have to wait to long to see him. Take a list of your questions and concerns with you because he gets to the point quickly. A BIG PLUS is that he used a laptop while serving you.Office personnel are good.Prepare to pay your coinsurance first.

If you like to be diagnosed with an app on his phone then this is your doctor. He would not even come into the exam room to examine me when I was hurting so bad I couldnt stand up straight from a pulled muscle in my lower back. I was turned away because I couldnt pee in a cup.

If I could give a negative review I would. they literally do nothing for you but refer you on to other doctors. oh and if you disagree with the doctor they will call the cops on you! do yourself a favor and find an actual doctor who can prescribe more than ibuprofen and refer you to a million specialist. I dont even think these people are actual doctors. horrible horrible horrible!

Never ever see md.Rachel white she is very rude and likes to throw slick shots in very underhanded way. Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable going to a doctor. She talked to me like she was looking down on me. SHE ISNT LGBTQ FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!! She escorted all here other clients out the door for the whole 1hr I was there but when it comes to me she just waves her hand in a very dismissive manner and says check out is over there. She is also very hateful when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my scripts I found out that she choose to give me meds that werent covered by my insurance. I get home and call my mom and tell her how it went and as Im telling her she recalls having went to this same md and was treated with the same level of unprofessionalism that I delt with. Needlessly to say white wont make another penny off of me and Im going up there to tell her boss how she be acting.

Great clinic. Both of the primary care care cs in Jacksonville are top-notch.

I just had a baby and my choices with my baby are mine so I didnt appreciate the raised eye brows and second guessing from a certain doctor. The rooms are filthy and so worn down. Definitely not something you want to see when your child is so new to this world. Spider webs and eggs behind the door of the room where a nurse takes blood. Will never go back.

Dr. Madgula and Dr White took great care of my mother before she passed. I wish that she had gone to them sooner.

Listens to problems and treats them. Very attentive to what patients have to say.

Stay away find a better place to go but not here.

Been going for a long time but it’s getting slower and slower

If you want to be charged for services you didn’t receive them this is the place for you. Staff is unorganized never call you or follow up when they say they will. Had to call multiple times to get test results.

Good doctors good service

Today I have been on hold for a hour. I’m just trying to make an appointment. There is no way that someone can not answer a phone for one hour. I’m disappointed.

The office staff is so rude.
