I would not be alive today if it were not for Dr. Waters. At the age of 19 he discovered a congenital heart defect that so many other doctors missed. I had a life expectancy of 25. Im now 44 all thanks to this man. He genuinely cares about each of his patients and truly strives to help them live their healthiest lives possible. I adore him as a doctor and consider him a friend. Hes a literal lifesaver.

I’ve been seeing Dr Waters for decades. He is a kind, compassionate, caring and thorough doctor. I cannot recommend him and his wonderful staff enough. Everyone in the office from the front desk to medical assistant to the back office and the ladies that answer the phones are phenomenal people and have always treated me and my whole family very well!

Dr. Waters has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, and has worked with me to solve and correct my medical problems. He has always listened and showed concern with my problems. He has my strongest recommendation.

Relatively new patient. Military retiree so have seen a great many GPs in my lifetime. I must say that the professionalism, thoroughness and sincerity by Dr. Waters and the staff is superb. Very lucky to have gained him as my GP.

Doctor Waters is very knowledgeable. He has treated everything from me having a common cold to the issues with my migraines. I am thankful that he has taken the time over the years to keep up with health and makes me feel comfortable.

I was late 8 minutes for my appointment today and was told to reschedule. I am not sure who made a call but very unprofessional on there part. There was a time when I would patiently wait for 1 hour or more in lobby to be seen and never complained. This office is all about business and NO understanding for clients. MD Michael Waters is great but office personal needs improvement and customer skills.

He was great for years, then I was depressed and in an abusive relationship and told him I would be out of the surroundings soon and shouldn’t be in a situation to be depressed any longer , I told him I needed to have some paperwork submitted to my job and he submitted it to them saying “I needed time to move” not that I was depressed and unable to work. Unreal. Then he kept throwing pain pills at me at 20 yrs old and that lead me down a dark path.

Dr. Waters is without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever went to. He takes the time to listen to you, and it is evident that he really cares. I do not hesitate to refer my friends and coworkers to him. The bottom line is that Dr. Waters is a kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate physician.

Michael Waters is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate, takes time to listen and has very good diagnostic skills. The office staff is very friendly and the PAs are also very good. I hate to recommend him, he is always so busy it is difficult to get in to see him already! Would prefer if he was not so busy - but other than that, great doctor.

Staff need to learn how to speak to people on the phone. Very rude and disrespectful. Wouldnt recommend this office if youre looking for a new doctor.

Dr Waters is great. Spends time to talk and explain what is going on. Highly recommend Dr. Waters and his staff.
