I am vegan and I was looking for a doctor who understood the lifestyle. I found it in Dr. Young. He is amazing, easy to talk to and who really listens. Love having Dr. Young as my primary physician. The office staff is prompt, courteous and always available My only complaint is that you cant email test results, you have to drive over and drop them them off at the office. Baptist needs to move into the 21st century.

Dr. Young is a very nice provider. He believes very much in a Whole Food Plant Based diet and it shows on him. The man has been in practice for almost 20 years but he doesnt look a day over 30. He will never push pills and always advises lifestyle changes first. I found him to be very caring and respectful. He is also a very knowledgeable man. Im happy that he is my PCP. Highly recommended.

I love my PCP!!!! He is so nice and he listens to his patients. He never rushed me out of his office, he listens to my long winded conversations and he is ok with me asking the same questions 100,000 times, he is amazing!!

This is the worst experience of any Baptist facility I have ever been to, and frankly Dr. Young does not represent the quality care I am used to from Baptist. I would not go back to this practice based on my experience.

Needed a new Primary Doctor so I searched for someone in Network that was close. Nice new offices, friendly staff. Saw Dr Young shortly after arriving. Very professional and personable. We discussed my medical history and devised a plan of care. This was my first visit but I feel very good about choosing this Dr.

When I got to the office, I turned in my new patient paperwork. The front desk ladies were very nice. I waited about 5 minutes before going to the back. The doctor came immediately after getting my vitals, unlike other offices that had me waiting up to 45 minutes. Dr Young was very nice and personable. Best move Ive made in a while, definitely will be my new primary.

Recommend everyone see Dr. Young if they are in the area. He is one of the only doctors I’ve met that actually pause to listen to how I’m feeling and has made me comfortable sharing my health concerns as a patient with zero judgement. I want to thank him for pausing and asking if I have any questions at the end of each appt. Super clean office and professional. Above average availability. Online portal is a plus! Hope Dr Young and team stay safe in current environment.

First visit was a great experience. Unfortunately, the rest of our visits werent the same. Lack of customer service and empathy from their staff and doctor.

HORRIBLE PRACTICE!!! IVE CALLED ON 3 OCCASIONS TO GET INTO SEEING THE DR CAUSE I WAS REALLY SICK AND NOTHING!! THEY EVEN CALLED ME BACK AND CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT! WORST STAFF AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! IF I CAN GIVE A MINUS GRADE I WOULD!
