My experience with the virtual visit was horrible. I never got the call for my online visit because the dept. was extremely busy. I finally had to cancel and reschedule for next week. When I finally did receive the call I was not available. If that is what happen then please inform the patient if the time change and I would have tried to wait , but I did not receive a call and no text message to verify if I was available after my time went past 10:00 am. Not acceptable this was horrible service.

There is no real organization nor communication at this office between the lab, referrals, pharmacies, and the physicians. Appointments are always running behind no matter which provider you see be prepared to wait over 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment. Patient portal is useless and does not have patient records. There is a couple providers that are truly worth the 2 hour wait

Front desk personnel is very warm, kind and accommodating.. The Medical Staff treats me as if I’m their only patient for the day which is very comforting…

Dr. Jung is always ready to listen and address each concern. She even gives my children an opportunity to ask any questions or express any concerns they may have. Shes been my childrens pediatrician for seven years and we are pleased with her expertise and level of service.

My wait wasn’t long , the staff was pleasant The facility was clean and well kept. The Doctor was kind and personable, not rushed and cold . I would go again and if needed. This is the level of service I receive each time I’ve had to go there.

Dr Dave is amazing. Him and his nurse are always exceptional! The office staff including the operators are the worst! They need to be retrained again! Worst customer service, repeatedly from them. Cannot stand dealing with them. I’m sure there is one or two that do a good job but the majority of them have given me nothing but headaches. Horrible. Wish Dr Dave would move to a new practice because I’m so tired of the hoops and lack of common sense these girls come at me with.

Dr.Hamilton is AMAZING! My daughter was afraid (thinking she was getting shots). But Dr. Hamilton was knowledgeable, fun, funny, down to earth and knew her stuff! The front desk/call center on the other hand 😒is and always been horrible I wish I didn’t have to deal with them! Btw:The 5 stars are fir Dr.Hamilton 🙂

Norhside - From the clerk at check-in, to triage, to Dr. Nune, this was the worst medical visit of my life. Check-in clerk took two minutes to call me over while she did something on her computer. She called me over then I stood there for a few more minutes while she continued to work on computer. And she never told me she’d be with me in a few. After she checked me in and asked for payment, she basically threw my credit card back at me.Triage person was missing items from her triage basket. She left the room three times to go look for them. All while repeating someone stole her items and stating she should put her initials on her items.Dr. Nune - never again will I see him. Nice person but he basically Googled everything. I found out later that he never put in my order for further tests. My appointment was at 4pm and I didn’t get seen until 535pm.Days later I spent 2 hours talking to Tricare and calling different practices trying to find a new PCM. Most had a 45 day wait for new patients. I decided to call Intercoastal. From check-in, to triage, to Ms. Erica Shanks, my experience was 10 times better.North side is only 15 minutes away while Intercoastal is 45 minutes away. I’d rather drive 45 minutes to receive better service. The lady taking the temperature at Northside has a great personality. Perhaps she should be moved to check in.

I have been going to family care partners for nearly 20 years and for the last five years I could see the service of care has gone down. From the record keeping (copay issues) upon leaving you’re told you you don’t have a balance to find out down the line I receive a bill in the mail. When it comes to the appointments as well as the doctors changing every time I have an appointment I have a different doctor. On yesterday I had an appointment and I sat and waited for over two hours in the lobby to be called back. Granted there was an emergency that took place in the back that I along with two other patients wasn’t aware of. Which We were not made aware of that until I went and asked someone about what was the delay I had been sitting there for two hours and no one came out and said we apologize for your wait or anything. At the end of my visit I found out that the doctor that just seen me that day will no longer be there so in a few months when I return back to the doctor I will have a new doctor again so this is the third doctor within one year that’s on acceptable.

This location is a nightmare, I had test done a month ago only to call them several times and threatened to find a different doctors office before anyone would call me back with my results. I have been going here for 15 years and always have a zero balance. My test results may not be important to any of the employees at this location, but honestly their reputation means absolutely nothing to me, they speak for themselves and I will let everyone know how they are and I will find an office that cares about their patient and not just billing the insurance and collecting copays!

Dr. Hamilton is the best! She has a way of making all her patients feel special. My son absolutely adores her.

My appointment was excellent. I came in for a physical and everything was smooth. I was late but I had no wait. I have been coming here for years and never had an unpleasant experience.

Dr. Johnson has been my childrens Pediatrician since they were babies. Her bedside manners are impeccable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a long-term relationship with an awesome Pediatrician!

Dr. Hunt was great to speak with. He answered all of my questions and was genuinely concerned of my well-being after contracting the new strand of COVID-19. He was Thorough even with the visit having to be via Telehealth.I would however would like for their customer service representative whom we spoke with on the July 17, 2021 to receive more training on how to treat patients and how to speak with them. I’ve been in Customer Service for over 20 years and I would have never had the tone, attitude and dismissive approach as this young lady had with me. Outside of that all went well and I’m on a great road to recovery.

Family care Partners is Great!! Dr Nune took great care. Answered all my questions, faxed what was needed and MA followed up to advised completed. Just a little short on getting to appt on time but over all AWESOME Experience on every visit virtually!

My PCP David Stogin & his MA were superb as always. Front deck staff needs some improvement...customer service skills.Switch board needs more help...no one should have to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer a phone.

I had a very good experience at Family Care Partners Northside. My Check In was easy, the wait time was reasonable, the Med Assnt was very pleasant, the Drs visit went well, even the Lab visit went good. Overall I had a very good visit.

I love this office. Nurse Linda and Dr. Johnson are amazing. These ladies are a blessing to my family. So compassionate and caring. This practice makes you feel like family. They watch your kids grow up and it’s a blessing that they know your child individually. Thank you ladies for being a true blessing.

Good Morning everyone I had a follow up appt. 3/8/21. The service was horrible. I had to wait 50 minutes before I got called in the back. Then it was 30 minutes before my doctor KAREN EDWARDS-CRAWFORD MD came in the room. Dr. Crawford barely said good morning with an attitude and she was so IGNORANT. Dr. Crawford was CHEWING that GUM LIKE A DOG. It was so Annoying. I kept clearing my throat. Thinking she would get the message, but she didnt. I was explaining to Dr. Crawford about some referrals I needed she said hold up thats to many. Now Im telling her what I needed from my other Doctor. I said to Dr. Crawford your the doctor show a little compassion and Do your Job. My point it took her forever to come in my room. Once Dr. Crawford was in there she wanted to Rush back out. I would not recommend know one to her and I just dont feel comfortable with her any way cause she is a Lesbian. Im just saying because there are some great doctors out there know matter what their life style is. I was very dissatisfied with my visit..

I would have given 5 stars my visits didn’t take long @all & I took 3 children. We were in & out. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the young lady checking us in to the room was very unprofessional.

My entire visit from the Lab Dpt,Front Desk,and fu apt with Dr.Sykes and his nurse was outstanding.They made sure I understood all written instructions that was given to me at the end of my visit and my proactive follow-up to do before my next MD apt. Most importantly the gatekeeper who check your temperature to made sure you do not enter if you are sick/or have a temp.5 Star visit

I had my first visit with Dr. Karen Edwards-Crawford after waiting in the wrong area for 20 minutes after my appointment time of 8:30am. Dr. Crawford was located on the other side of the room. I should have been told that when I registered after letting them know who my former Dr. was and that I was seeing Dr. Crawford for the first time. I took a seat in the area where my former Dr. was located. When my name was called in the other area, I did not hear it. I finally went back to the front desk to see why it was taking so long, they then told me that my name was called and they even called the phone number on my record, which was my home phone. After finally getting in to see Dr. Crawford, I was very pleased to meet her and I did let her know I was waiting since 8:20am in the wrong area. I made sure the front desk had my cell number before I left. They are the best young ladies. I appreciate their service. I am very pleased with my new Doctor.Geneva Pittman

I have been going to Family care partners for over 15+years Dr. Kedra Williams was my physician, she left the practice. Im definitely missing her. One of the best Doctors that was there.I was apprehensive in seeing the New physician they brought on board Dr.Nune he exceeded my expectations, he has great bedside manners very through and listens to your needs. Dr.Nune assets your issues and do what he feel is in your best interest to get you well again.This location has some great doctors such as Dr.Karen CrawfordPA Dave Stogein .

Dr. Hamilton is one of the kindest people and definitely has a heart for pediatrics. She takes her time and is always talking to the kids to make them at ease. My kids look forward to going to see her, she is the best pediatrician!

Nancy Johnson and Diana Johnson are the best they’ve been treating my three kids and I’ve never had a issue with them. They are always so friendly and always make sure all my questions are answered and really listen.

This is absolutely the worst primary care provider that I have ever been to. The staff at this office simply cannot perform the most basic and simplest procedure or referrals. I have been trying to get medical care from these people for the last 8 months and they still have not provided care that I requested. They do not know how to fill out forms. You cannot call them because they will not answer the phone. The staff at this location do not care at all. If you are looking for competent Medical Care and you are white and conservative do not go to this locationBecause conservatives are politically targeted by the doctors offices and insurance agencies

Dr Karen Edwards-Crawford is a very good doctor. I feel confident in going to her for all my needs.

I was seen in this office on 7/21/2021 had a fever and just wasn’t feeling well doctor advised that I needed to take some meds and get plenty of rest. I received a form from my employer to fill out I was treated so rudely by one of the staff she basically interrogated me about a form that my employer requested after I submitted my doctors note . I was suppose to be home quarantining instead I was running around sick not feeling well just to get a form completed for my employer I even tried to email the form to them and have it completed they would not let me email it. Finally after being treated so rudely the lady at the front finally said print it out and bring it back.

My appointment was scheduled for June 21, 11:15 AM. 11:15 came and went, still waiting to be notified for my appointment. Other patients were also waiting to see the same physician. Talking among ourselves, they were 3 waiting patients to see the same doctor. Their appointments were before me. Approx. 11:45 I canceled my spot. Patient time is just as important as the professionals.

When I arrived I was taken in the back within 15 minutes around11:am. I was then taken to another room about a hour later when was just cleaned if a covid patient. About 15 minutes later the doctor peeped in and said oh I dont want you in this room and had me taken back to the room I just left. He did not come in to see me until 2pm. I had to ask him to put gloves on since he was dealing with covid patiens he already had on PPE gear from head to toe but no gloves. I will not return to this location again.

I had an appointment with Dr. Sykes at 2:15 pm and did not get called into the back until almost 4pm. I was placed in a holding room for over 30 minutes and then placed into an examination room for over 2 hours while I can hear Dr.Sykes in the hallway. My phone died and I cried bc of how frustrated I was. I did not leave until after 6pm and I only needed to get on birth control. Dr. Sykes is extremely slow and he’s known my father since I was a kid. If you decide to visit Family Care Partners at the north side location I advise you to NEVER see Dr. Reginald Sykes. Other than the total waste of my day and me missing work, the nurses are extremely helpful and they are always there to help you if you need it.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and fast with virtual visit and was spot on with my diagnosis.

I had an 8:15a.m appointment with the best PCP on this planet called Earth, Dr. Reginald Sykes. From the moment I arrived in the building, I was was greeted with friendly & energetic greetings from The Queen, who took my temperature, The Queen, who checked me in & took my copay, The Queen, who is the Docs assistant to The Queen, who checked me out.I also noticed the office manager greeted all workers & patients with affection and care. It was such a beautiful aroma in the entire building. Even the lab personnels were pleasant & very professional. I noticed the assistant called out for a patient & she didnt get a response. Docs assistant was determined to find her patients. She asked the check in clerk, to help find her because she know she had check in. They verified the patients name & went in all waiting areas to locate this patient. The patient was dazed out. Thats why I appreciate Doc. Because his determination to genuinely love & care for all his patients is exemplified through those health care workers in his midst. Rude and unprofessional staff staff hangs up in patients face.Kayla is definitely nasty she doesnt need to even be on the phone handling customer service because you dont know how to talk to people period nasty as ever we are not dogs we are humans this makes family partners look bad.

Every time I take my children to this location there is always a problem. From being left setting in the lobby for an hour because the front desk forgot you had they the doctor need when you came back, to scheduling you an appointment on the phone for one thing then you show up and the appointment was set up for the wrong thing so you get to once again set in their lobby for 45 minutes and not even get to see the doctor for that visit.

My experience I had on May 12, 2021, was awful. I had prior to the appointment received a telephone call rescheduling my appointment with the doctor because Dr. Reyes did not except my insurance of Blue Cross Blue Shield. Originally my doctor was Dr. Kedra Williams, so is no longer with the practice. The office rescheduled me with someone who told me immediately at the beginning of the appointment that he could not write my prescriptions. He also asked me why I came for this appointment, which is absurd because he should’ve looked into my chart and seen why I was there. Then I told him that my prior appointment that was rescheduled was for the new doctor to see me, and I thought I was there to see a new doctor. I told him rather than make disappointment completely futile that I would like him to look at my hand. Then I explained that the last time I spoke with Dr. Williams that she thought I might have carpal tunnel, and he immediately said he would send me to an orthopedic doctor. He acted like he did not even want to look at my hand. I was completely inconvenienced and I found the entire office except for the medical assistant to be totally rude and inappropriate at the northside office. I called the administrative central offices of Family Care Partners and none of the extensions did anyone pick up their telephone to answer my call. My insurance company will not be paying for this appointment and neither shall I.

Appointment was at 10am - was not seen until 12 noon — left in exam room for 45 minutes waiting on dr to come in - totally unacceptable for the office not to respect a patient’s time - did not leave until after 1pm- ugh!!!

My son has been coming to visit Dr. Anna Jung since he was two months old. He is now 4.5 and we do not plan to switch doctors or locations. I havent been disappointed about the care and patience she has for my little one and i am reassured of any concerns i have when i do a follow up. I recommend Dr. Jung and this location. The staff is friendly and notifies me if there are any delays. We recently moved a little further away, but we are gladly to make the trip to the Northside location to see Dr. Jung and the staff!!

Weve been :coming here for 17 yrs now..both of my kids hv grown up with their pediatrician..we love her..

I arrived 5 minutes for my appointment @8:30 and was not out if there until 10:47. My action face to face with the physician was so short. I spent more time waiting then I did with the doctor. When I looked at my encounter sheet it lists several times that I didnt have insurance which I dont for the moment, so I feel like that was the contributing factor of the level of my care. I never once recall (when I had insurance) my encounter sheet to say I have insurance so why was it such a big deal in this visit? But I was committed to the visit.....I paid cash price of $84 and I guess I asked 4 questions too many because when I checked out then I was informed that I now owe another 40.00 because of how the doctor coded the visit 99214.

I have been coming to this office to see Karen Edwards-Crawford for almost a year and have had NOTHING but trouble. The wait time is generally 1.5-2 hours or MORE!! They can not seem to get their referrals in order. I have been waiting on the same one to get approved for 8 months now and they can’t seem to get it figured out!! So, instead of handling it, they decided to send a referral for me to see someone else... THAT referral hasn’t gone through either!!! One too of all of it... today, I call as I’m leaving my driveway to go to the office for my appointment to let them know I’ll be about 5 minutes late... sat on HOLD for 15 minutes... someone finally answered and said that it was fine... I get to the office, check in, sit there for nearly 20 minutes before they call me back to the check in desk to tell me I had to reschedule since I was late. I explained the situation to the woman, who then told me that I have to remind THE FRONT DESK STAFF to make note of it on my appointment.... they work in the office, I assumed they knew how to do their job properly?? So, no referral to see what’s really wrong with me AND I have to reschedule weeks out, because someone can’t do their job properly... I’m out. Done. Good luck if you decide this is the “place for you”.

I was called to set up a well care appointment. Due to covid, we have not been to the doctors office. Check in process was quick and hands free. Waiting was social distanced with hardly anyone else present. Dr. Johnson has seen my daughter since she was a baby. She and the pediatric staff at FCP are always efficient and great with the children.

Alex has been Doctor Hamiltons patient since he was 4 years old . He has two more visits before he turns 18 and must see an adult Doctor we will not miss Doctor Hamilton because she also sees my other Grandchildren she is a very caring and loving Doctor .Thank you for all the years you have devoted to my family you are greatly appreciated !

Doctor Sykes is a very good doctor he’s a little slow coming in to see you but once he comes in you can rest assure that he will make sure that you’re taking care of I recommend him to anyone that needs a good family doctor.The only problem I have with this doctor is it’s hard to get my medicine refilled I’ve ran out of my medicine on more than one occasions they have got to do better the way they take care of there patients.

Dr zKaren Edwards-Crawford is the worst physician I have ever had to experience. I waited inside the room for over an hour. She came in with the worst attitude ever. She asked the same questions the nurse had just completed. She had me waiting over an hour and did not read my chart. One of my residents went in to see her the next day and she refused to let my staff sit eith her. Even though the patient asked for her to stay in. Dr. Crawford stated that she was 19 and didn’t need anyone else in the office. SMH!! The worst service ever. If I could have chosen zero stars, I would have.

I never in my life been so dissatisfied with a doctors office! We always wait over an hour sometimes 2 just to be seen. We waited yesterday for an hour an a half for a well check up. My daughter was diagnosed type 1 in Aug of 2018 By dr Hamilton. We haven’t received any calls or anything concerning My daughter. Very disappointing. We go today for a well checkup after TWO YEARS and a referral and we ended up leaving after sitting in a a room for well over an hour! They never called to ask why we left... I will remind you that we had our door open and many other patients were seen but not us. I will be finding my children a new pediatrician! This is so aggravating because I thought so much of Dr Hamilton. But this is unacceptable! You think the doctor would card if her patient left without being seen. And I know they charged the insurance because I just received a text thanking us for coming in smh!

Their North location is a little hard to spot for the first-time patient. If you take the time to fill out their online patient information questionnaire you will need to PRINT THE FORM and bring it with you. The click on the Submit icon in the website, apparently, does NOT WORK.That being said, after an hour wait, I was able to see the Nurse Practitioner. He is an excellent medical professional. He took his time, reviewed my medication, explained the best course of action to manage my medical care, and followed up with a phone call later in the day to explain why a medication we discussed was not indicated for my condition due to the other medications that I was taking. This was the first time in my experience when a medical provider took the time to do the drug-interaction research. If he had not done this, I would be in jeopardy of creating a life threatening coagulopathy.

I will tell you this Dr. Shawna Hamilton has been and is THE MOST AMAZING DOCTOR IVE COME INCONTACT WITH!! She has bed side manners. Means she makes you feel as you are her family that you child is one of her own. Ive been with off and on 16 years of my childrens life. I moved and came back to Jacksonville I hunted to get her back as my childrens doctor.

The doctors I have visited for both my children are decent. But the waiting times are beyond ridiculous. If its something serious Id suggest literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Dr Kedra Williams is a loving & caring & upfront dr. Ive been seeing dr Williams over 10 yrs.Its not always easy to get same day appt with Dr Williams or her colleagues but most the time I can.

I put my health in Doctor Karen Edwards health and its been nothing but bad experiences with her .She dont act concern about her patients health at all.She always fast talk you and never ask if I have any questions or concerns.On top of that I had been complaining about my arm to her which was told shell look into it so on my recent visit I bought it up again and was told shell worried about that on my next visit...Then long waits in the waiting area 1 or 2 hours before called in the back to see her. SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS FACLITY. I REPORTED HER TO THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THERES BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PATIENTS.HOW IS SHE STILL SEEING PATIENTS IF THATS SO.BUT I WAS ABLE TO GET WHAT WAS NEEDED THANKS TO THE MANAGER THERE AND WAS ABLE TO SWITCH OVER TO ANOTHER DOCTOR.MY HEALTH IS NOT GREAT COULDNT NOLONGER RISK THAT WITH DOCTOR EDWARDS

Its busy with all thats going on but after you check in the staff gets to you fast and gets you taken care of.Great attitudes on part of all staff appreciate them all.

They are horrible!!! Ive been trying to get a prescription refill called in for a week. I spent 39 minutes on hold two days ago only to be disconnected at 5pm. Was told multiple times the request would be sent to my provider. Did not hear back from them. Today I was told they would try to get in touch with my provider to get the refill approved but I probably would have to make an appointment. Why did they not tell me that the first time I called??? Since I scheduled my first appointment with them last February , theres been issues. They scheduled an appointment but never entered it into the computer so when I went at the appointment time, they did not have an appointment for me. Had to reschedule for a month later. At that appointment they overcharged me for my co-pay. Took 3 phone calls to get that fixed. Communication here is terrible and customer service is even worse.

My doctor is very thorough and concerned about the well being of the patient. I wouldn’t change him for all the tea in China!

Dr. Hamilton is a great doctor. However, the communication is poor between the staff. I was told I could leave after the lab. I left and was told I needed to come back to finish appointment.One time I waited an hour and 30 min in waiting room because they forgot to completely sign me in.

The appointment was actually for my Mom. The scheduled appointment was for 8:45 am we were called back at 8:30 for vitals and why we came. My Mom saw David Stogin he was very professional and detailed with the problem she came in for. Mom being 96 he took his time to listen to her. His medical Assistant was very prompt and professional.Checking in very professional and caring, checking out was the same. A very pleasant visit. 😷 CDC guide lines followed.
