Prime Med, especially Dr. Shaughnessy, has been outstanding. They are always responsive and address your needs and the office staff are very helpful and friendly. The Doctor takes time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions and you never feel rushed. I have referred several friends to Dr Shaughnessy in St Augustine who have also been very satisfied and pleased with their care.

I use the PrimeMed in Orange Park. Ive used both Dr. Shaughnessy and Mr. Robertson over the past number of years. Both are excellent health care providers and never had any bad experience. Prescriptions sometimes takes a day or two, but usually is the pharmacys hold up. I would recommend Prime Med Orange Park to anyone looking for professional care. They have taken the time to known their patients. at least in my wifes and my case, and recommend what they deem proper for our health, even if its just exercise.

I absolutely love PrimeMED. I found them when I was involved in a auto accident 7 years ago and have stayed with them for all of my primary care needs!Mr.Robertson and Dr.Shaughnessy are my personal favorites and have the best bedside manner. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! You truly feel apart of the family vs just another patient coming in for an appointment!

I’m very please with all the services that PrimeMed provides. The office is clean, accessible, and is in a convenient place and parking is in the front of the building. I definitely recommend PrimeMed services because it’s a One Stop place for all your medical needs.

Friendly staff at st Johns bluff and very helpful when trying to make appointments at both locations.

I was a regular if you will at the St. Johns Bluff location. Everyone there was so welcoming and nice. They remembered who I was by name, asked how my day was going every time, and best of all they remembered appointment to appointment. I did not feel like just another patient there.

After being turned away as a new patient from many doctor offices in st. Augustine, I was referred to dr Shaugnessy by my insurance company.The staff was really friendly, before I had my new patient information filled out I was already in the room with the doctor.Dr. Shaugnessy was thorough, with past medical history, ordering all mail medication thru insurance .Staff was great with follow up.. Can’t say enough good things about Prine Med and my new doctor!
