I am apprehensive about the quality of physicians but I have been going to Dr. La Croix for about a year and he is wonderful. His sense of humor is a nice change of pace. I cant remember her name but his new nurse is great. Very knowledgeable and nice. He has also fixed and diagnosed simple things that several doctors before could not, example eczema from allergies.

I like Dr. La Croix, but Ive had a few insurance issues here and the front office staff has been rude and unhelpful. I even called with an agent from Florida Blue on the line to resolve the problem and whoever answered the phone hung up on me. They are more worried about getting your insurance money than taking care of you as a patient. Its a shame because I like the doctor, but support staff needs to learn customer service. At a time when I needed medical care, the staff made me feel dismissed and did nothing to try and help resolve my issue. I am stuck coming here now because he is listed as my provider with the insurance company, and wish I never had to encounter these uncaring people again. A shameful excuse for how anyone should be treated.Ive referred a few people here in the past and will definitely stop doing so now.

The Doctors might be fantastic but the staff here is the worst I have seen anywhere. if you are expecting them to call you for anything forget it! not once has anyone at this office retuned a phone call.

Dr. LaCroix is amazing! He is a great listener and really sees me as a whole person and patient, especially with all of the additional stresses of life through the pandemic. Staff is great and I love the option of Zoom for some of my appointments!

Dr. Lacroix and his team are fantastic! They listen, and truly care about you as a person as well as a patient. They are up to date on all of the new medicine and treatments that are available and they genuinely are concerned about your progress and your overall well being. They are also funny and real which is needed especially in times like these. Thank you!

Dr Lacroix is a class act. He treated my wife better than any physician in Jacksonville and we both couldnt be happier. He sat down with her, asked very appropriate questions and took his time. I was surprised at the time he spent and his caring and sincere questions showed that he is good at his job. Topflight physician that I highly recommend.

The staff is very attentive and courteous. They work hard to provide good customer service and to minimize wait times. The facility is clean and comfortable and the nurses and doctors have been professional and pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen for an annual physical very quickly, there is usually a wait for these appointments...that should have been my first sign.First, they tried to charge me for an annual physical because people usually go in with complaints so we do an initial visit then the physical. I know the difference between a well and sick visit...not necessary. The nurse looked at me as said so you dont have any problems?, ok Ill have to code this as a physical then....duh!Next, we start talking about my diet, I advised that I had lost a significant amount of weight using healthy diet and exercise, he pushes diet pills on me. I told him that Id rather not take medication that is not necessary. My BMI is at 28, I am not obese, and I just said that a healthy lifestyle is working...he then knocks my methods and tells me that I shouldnt write off the pills they really work because you will eat less if youre not hungry. THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. It is doctors like this. Why would I take dangerous medications with awful side effects when eating healthy and exercising are working just fine. I tell you that I am eating more quality nutrients than ever and you try and push pills on me? Makes no sense at all. The side effects of these pills are awful. Sorry Id rather be 15 lbs over weight and work it off the right way. He agreed to hold off on prescribing them because I am breastfeeding my 4 month old baby.So moving on, I mentioned a few moles that I was concerned about on my paperwork, however I told him that Id schedule with a dermatologist. He says nah Ill take a look at them, I am really good at removing them. He glanced at a couple on my back for less then 5 seconds and chooses 4 to remove and said Im good. I am sorry, but for someone with as many moles as I have it is recommended that I get checked regularly and any doctor should know this. A quick 5 second scan of 20% of my body hardly constitutes a skin cancer check.It is clearly all about money for him.Update to this review: I happened to be discussing this experience with 2 of my co-workers....THEY GUESSED HIS NAME. He pushed the same diet pills on them and they have both never been back to see him. I mean, the guy asked me what a plant based diet was. Actually his exact response what is that like keto or something?UPDATE: If you go to the website dollars for docs it will tell you exactly how much and how many payments each doctor has received each year. It goes to 2016, however his payments have increased every year so I could only imagine what he is receiving now. In 2016 he took 98 payments from drug companies . He has no regard for you health its all about money.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Krenzer for 6 years and he is tops and has a great Nurse, Kathy. Dont go anywhere guys!

Dr Krenzer and his Nurse Practitioner are thee best!!! I was actually referred to this office by a Co-worker who lives all the way by the Airport but has been going to this office for 15 years! And yes, I can see why! Love this place!

Complete rip off, I went in for an exam. Doctor checked my vitals for 2 minutes and asked a couple questions..... maybe total of 3 minute visit.I received a bill for $280.66.... thats nearly $100 per minute!!!When I called for clarification on the bill, it took 4 calls and was never allowed to speak to Dr Lacroix to make sure the billing code was correct.... I was charged a Moderate code for a Minor visit. Its a typical rip off tactic that doctors use to inflate prices.They only let you speak with the doctors when they take money.I respect the work and apreciate all healthcare workers but this is rape. I dont recommend this place to anyone, you will become sick from stress and frustration before finding any medical help.

Dr. Browning takes his time and treats every patient personally. He actually listens to his patients and if possible will treat illnesses in the office vs sending the patient to the hospital.

I had an appointment with Dr. Colin Lacroix on 12/30/14. I made the appointment because I had been sick with on and off fevers, coughing, chest congestion and asthma. When Dr. Lacroix sat down at the computer he asked me when I had quit smoking, my chart shows 1981, 30 years ago. His next comment was “Youve had 20 Z Pak’s this year.” This man had never seen me before and never introduced himself. To take the liberties of over exaggerating with a stranger was dumbfounding to say the least. To suggest I’d had 1.66 Z Pac’s a month in 2014 is quite a blatant statement and does not speak well of the care I have had with my regular health care provider at this facility.We discussed my symptoms as mentioned above. He was reluctant to prescribe an antibiotic which I understand, however he prescribed and stated not to take unless absolutely necessary. As a last minute thought he decided to listen to my chest while seated in the chair. He touched his stethoscope to my back in two spots for half a second, did not ask me to take a deep breath, then announced “have a good day” and left the room. Ive never had an appointment where I wasnt asked to have a seat on the table, and have my throat, ears, chest and heartbeat examined.This man is a very poor reflection of the typical care I receive at this practice. I would not recommend accepting an appointment with him.
