Recently relocated to this area. Finding a physician to match what you left behind in another state is difficult! Several trial visits continue to result in disappointments! I was referred to Dr. Rich and she has surpassed all expectations! Dr. Rich feels more like a family friend than a physician! Dr. Rich genuinely listens and thoroughly explains issues in a generic form leaving you feeling confident and informed! Highly recommend!

This was my first time. I made a new patient appointment and went in terrified to discuss my anxiety. Dr. Rich could not have been more loving supportive, listening, caring and helpful! I am glad I now have a doctor in town.

Dr. Kelly and her staff have always been helpful and professional. After being referred by some family members, I went by to see if my Medicare plans were acceptable. They have done a great job.

This practice has no desire to see new patients. I was seeking a female primary care physician closer to my home, and found her on my insurance list of providers. Looked her up online, and her website leads you to believe this is a compassionate, Christian doctor. Do not be fooled by the cross on her logo or the one outside her door...that is all it is to them...a logo! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time after calling to confirm directions. Note I said 10 minutes BEFORE my time...not after. I printed off all the paperwork from her site, and had it in hand and completed. I even changed my PCP online to her....and was told because I was not 30 minutes early, I could not be seen!! Caleb said he tried to call me back after he gave me directions, however, I do not talk on the phone and drive...I thought most physicians encouraged this...safety first...right?? The only reason I was not earlier...there is ice on the roads and I drove 20-30 mph to get there. I asked Caleb was he aware of the road conditions, and the reply I got was...Ahmmm...well...I live in Dunwoody...so no. I can re-book you for next week, though...I told him thanks but no thanks.I thank God for showing me this was not where I should be...my first clue should have been the empty waiting room. If you are seeking a Christian physician who cares more for people than schedules, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere...I have managed medical practices for multiple physicians, and we would have never turned away a patient who arrived early with completed paperwork...especially if I gave them directions on the phone 15 minutes before they walked in the door! Very unprofessional!

Any United Healthcare customers wishing to find another doctor that is not Piedmont Healthcare, this is not the way to go. After having an appointment, scheduled two weeks ago, for tomorrow, arranging childcare and my schedule around this appointment, I was called today to be told that Dr. Rich does not see new patients without first doing an Established Patient appointment. After that, I could then make yet another appointment to see the PA for my actual physical. (She could see me Monday!) I have no health concerns, do not need a prescription, but just wanted to find a new primary care physician and get my annual biometric screening for insurance purposes. I find it completely unnecessary to go to this office twice in one week. I will be looking elsewhere for primary care.
