Rude staff and Dr.Richard V is sarcastic and acted as if he wasn’t concerned with my father Disability and said he wanted to take him off his medication that he’s been on for 15 years and has kept him going. To try and kill him slowly. ‼️‼️I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE ‼️‼️😔

Ive been a patient of Dr. Valenzuela for over 10 years now. He has always given me the best compassionate care possible. The office staff isnt perfect and calling there is sometimes a little frustrating having to leave a message BUT, they have always returned my calls. Im very happy with my medical care there.

Dr. V is the kind of professional thats going to make sure to address every possibility so that youre aware of any health issues, if any. He doesnt like loose ends and that helps you feel confident you received the best care possible. Hes highly intelligent and knowledgeable regarding health issues, sources, and treatment. He wants to make sure that you at least recognize whats basically going on so youre not left in the dark. On top of all that, in my humble opinion, he genuinely cares.

Compassionate, resourceful care! I have been taking my elderly mom to Dr. Valenzuela for two years and every visit he attends her every concern with his full attention. He always addresses her directly, even if Im the one asking the question. This one little thing leaves her feeling so cared for that she always leaves with a little more pep in her step... no small thing at 80 years!

I treasure the Dr. & Patient relationship and rapport that I have with Dr. Venezuela.I have a very complex and complicated Medical History, Dr. Venezuela has surpassed my expectations. He is very patience, compassionate, and pays close attention to detail when investigating Medical issues and problems.He Treats me like I am, Family, as well as takes care of both me and another Family Member.His Medical Nurse/Asst. Nicole, is very kind and caring and goes above and beyond to help keep me in close communication with Dr. Venezuela. A couple yes ago, I moved way on the other side of town, I decided to stayed with Dr. Venezuala, even though the commute is 20+ minutes, because I am so pleased with the Medical care I receive from Dr. Venezuela

I would give this Drs office a half a star if I could. The doctor is pleasant and confident but his staff is ridiculous! Never call them for anything because they will send you down a rabbit hole of transfers that ends with you leaving a voicemail. They are completely incompetent. They are also quite rude and constantly patronizing.

I would not recommend Dr. Valenzuela or his associate Dr. Nadal to anyone. Very dismissive to concerns and very sarcastic. Never returning!

This has to be the worst staff around the best doctor I have ever seen this staff is completely useless dont waste your time or money they dont care about helping people...

The office staff is very rude and very incompetent. Twice my appointment was completely ignored and left me in the waiting room. How many more bad reviews does ones office staff have to get before something is done. I changed providers.
