I started going to Dr. Perera last year at the recommendation of another patient. I had been feeling sick for a long time and she diagnosed me and got me treatment very quickly. The Collins Rd office even has a lab on location, which was very convenient with all the bloodwork I needed to have done. Dr. Perera and the staff are super friendly and made me feel comfortable, which meant a lot since I had not been to the doctor in years. She is now my primary care physician and I recommend her to everybody!

She does not value her patients. You are only as good as your insurance payment. I pray she realized that its important to treat people like she would want to be treated. In the end God will take care of all who do wrong.

Dr. Perera is a compassionate physician who really and truly cares about you when you are healthy or under the weather. She is truly a blessing to the community. My husband has seen her for over 20 years and I for 10 years. That alone says something. Im a nurse so I look for quality healthcare. She is not in and out like most doctors offices. She takes her time, discusses everything with you in your own understanding. She knows you by name. She is very knowledgeable in most areas of medicine.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Dr. Perera. My college-aged daughter was looking for a new physician since it was very difficult to ever get an appointment with an actual doctor at her lifelong pediatricians office. She had a little bit of nervousness about the process.The waiting room was bustling with activity but it took us less than 15 minutes to get the paperwork filled out and to be called back. Upon entering the room, Dr. Perera took the time to talk to my daughter about who she is, ask where she goes to college, what shes studying etc. She did not seem to be in any kind of rush which was not typical of our experiences at busy doctors offices. It was a wonderful change of pace. Her gentle and thorough bedside manner made my daughter instantly at ease.My entire family will be switching over to her practice due to the wonderful experience that we had.
