I was currently seen at this office. The staffs that works at this office are very unprofessional, and unfriendly. They have really bad customer services. They have no clue how to run an office. I dont recommend going to this office what so ever. I am a very unsatisfied.

I absolutely hate this office and wouldn’t recommend them to any parent who actually loves and care for their child. For 90 days plus the schedule coordinator Joyce has express our insurance was inactive. I’ve tried everything to get the insurance company and Dr office on same page. Whole time our insurance is fine and Joyce was being sorry and lazy never tried or wanted to except new insurance number.They even assured me they would give my son his shots and come to find out they send u to the Duval Health Department. Don’t waste your time money or energy here. They will mix it up or just get completely wrong.

Doctors late ..... Dont listen, and dose not distinguish between an ace bandage with wound vac or cast ...... 2nd time a referral has be made to a specialist where the specialist has not received said referral will be seeking legal actions.... If you need care for the love of God do not go here

Your nurses need trained! . When im getting blood drawn and have a 2year old who is borderline autistic and a nurse picks up my daughter and moves her out of my sight. Doesnt ask her to move or if i can move my child. She has a screaming meltdown and all i get is a my bad totally unexceptable. Dont touch someone child with out addressing the parents.

Worst Doctor Ever, will not prescribe anything,he refers you to under The sun...in the process of changing primary doctor...

Dingy office, some of the staff is rude, doctor rushes through your appt after hes half an hour late seeing you and doesnt care to listen to all your needs or concerns.
