Excellent Dr until the second you have insurance issues then they dont know who you are regardless of the fact youve been a patient for 15 years. The staff around him is horrible and continuously changing along with the fact they showed little to no empathy for my situation . Even though I was laid off due to Covid and just needed information. When I complained about staff I was discharged as a patient and told I could no longer see the Dr now that my insurance is re instated.

Excellent primary doctor. Ive been his patient for nearly 20 years.He takes his times his time and really listens to you. So many doctors rush in and rush out and you dont get all of your questions addressed.Highly recommend.

My wife and I met with Anthony Nioso first time on 3/3/2020 at the Baptist in Baymeadows Jacksonville. I have to mention that he is an amazing human being and a great doctor. Dr. Anthony is extremely humble, listens to everything you say and has a great consideration for patients. Dr. Anthony told us that if we see the health deteriorating, we can call him even at the mid night on his personal mobile phone, I have never ever experienced such an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients.

Dr. Nioso has been my primary care physician for over 10 years, and has never been anything less than stellar! While I do have to concur with other reviews that the office may have longer than expected wait times (which has nothing to do with Dr. Nioso himself), I’d wait as long as I have to for him — he is top notch with medical knowledge, he’s ALWAYS reliable, his bedside manner is second to none, he demonstrates a level of care and compassion that would rival the best of human beings. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and make sure that he keeps them healthy instead of blindly writing prescriptions. He’s always been patient and understanding, and there’s no one I’d rather have as my primary care physician than Dr. Anthony Nioso.

My girlfriend loves this office. I will soon be going. She has been a patient of Dr Nioso for 16 years and said she would Never change. Christina says anytime she needs them they do the best to fit her in if its a last minute schedule. She has never had a bad word to say about anyone in the office past or present. I look forward to having this same attention to me as she has had.

Dr. Nioso is the BEST! He goes above and beyond to resolve whatever problem you have. Hes very thorough, compassionate, and doesnt rush through your visit. Hes also great with my teenage son that is very uncomfortable with doctors. I would highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr Niosos for 18 years. He always takes his time with his patients and is a wonderful physician. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

Best primary doctor in Jax! You may have to wait, but when its your turn in the office, he takes his time and listens to you. So many doctors rush in and rush out and you dont get all of your questions addressed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nioso is very compassionate and will spend with you the time that you need and that he needs to accurately diagnose and prescribe. You never feel rushed. On the flip side, you often wait, but he will take the same time with you that he took with the patients who preceded you. He is very accessible and easy to talk with.

Anthony W Nioso, MD was my PCP FOR 21 years all together and a better, more knowledgeable, caring and patient man never drew breath as far as I’m concerned.

I hate to post this as Dr Nioso is a fabulous doctor. The problem is the idiots in the office at Baptist. I can NEVER get a prescription refilled without numerous attempts. I just tried to get a refill on my rescue inhaler which is a life saving med. They never took care of the refill so I was not only out of my medication I was out of refills on a Saturday. So I call the after hours number and am told “our protocol is to not do refills after hours”; when I asked if that were true even for life saving meds that are required; I was told “yes”. I guess they hope you end up at Baptist hospital so they can really get money from you instead of being patient friendly. Dr Nioso, please get out of that second rate organization; you are much too good a Dr to have your reputation hurt by such terrible and I believe intentional incompetence.Update:To add insult to injury the office just called to complain about my review above. These people need to learn how to properly conduct customer service. Calling a (now former) customer (sorry Dr Nioso) to take them to task over an honest review is NEVER the right answer. A small amount of humility goes much farther. Instead of making things better they destroyed a customer relation of several years.

Get away from them. They will suck your money.I got appointment with dr Montana for my yearly physicals. They charged my physicals( fully covered by my insurance) as medical , when u asked about that the response for that I got from mr David - billing section( reedy branch), the office manager was disappointing me, they realize their mistake but they are not ready to correct it. Cheaters ...... They did the same thing to my husband too... They are not patient friendly ...
