The detail that the doctors take are incredible. Better than half of other optical centers in Jacksonville. The doctors are very helpful and the frames and prices are very convenient. The staff is very knowledgeable about the store as well. Very nice and respectful and helpful in order to help as many people as they can with their eyesight.

The only reason why I’m giving this 3 stars is because they close at 6:00 because they only have one optometrist—which might change in the future. The internet and the sign on the building say they close at 7:00. Friendly and helpful technicians though.

The Optical department is great. Dr. Brown is excellent and really cares for her patients.A large selection of frames and their prices are very affordable. The support staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I alway have a good experience here.
