I called at opening to check on my prescription. Picked up after 5 minutes & was asked to hold, I did. Stayed on hold for another 10-12 minutes. I was asked to hold again. I have now been on hold for around 25 minutes total (minus the time for the automatic message which was 2-3). Seriously? If I could give 0 stars, I would. This isn’t okay.

I always have a good visit .But with calling in my meds .It makes it a easy pick up .And it us a good thing .If the Pharmacy wants to talk .To someone .Because it shows they cares.And are concerned about someones health.So am glad they care enough to ask .If there is anything can do.Because it could be about a new med .That with any type of conerns .With other meds that could cause harm.It could possibly save your life.With them letting you know .That so am sorry to some that .Dont understand that and hope now .Maybe it helps to ease their mind.Because they they have help me with this issue And am grateful for it.So well dine to this Pharmacy .

The pharmacist has always been very nice and so has the main tech. They try to get it out as fast as they can. I dont think they have enough staff but the ones that are there work hard.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse. I sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one returned to the phone. When picking up my meds I am forced to talk to the pharmacist.. WHY??? I have been taking the same meds for years I am a medical professional and before having new meds given to me I ALWAYS read my PDR. So to waste my time to have the pharmacist call out my meds where others can hear is a HIPPA violation.. There is no privacy. And lets not get on the rude staff.

Shah was so patient and very nice. He waited with me while my insurance information was being processed. He didnt make it seem like I was being a burden at all. Thank you and the pharmacist who helped me!

What made me choose such a poor score was that I seen the manager of the pharmacy treat the staff so rudely. Even though I wasnt getting a prescription filled I was looking for a few things outside the service window in the store. Ive seen lots of different faces back there and I can definitely understand why. I hope the employees that work in the pharmacy know there ethics policy. Hope this gets resolved!

They suck.

I asked them to charge $80 on 1 card & remainder of balance on a different card, she runs the $80 transaction 1st & then tells me that it took the whole amount! That just cost my bf a $37 overdraft fee because they dont know how to split a transaction after telling me theyre going to charge the card only $80!!! PLUS the past 4 months its always over a 3 hour wait for them to fill, YES they always complain how theyre understaffed, i will pay more $ somewhere else for my prescription before I go back to this Walmart!

I renewed my 100 diabetic test strips. He said that they were out of 100s would I take 4-25 test strip packages. Like a dummy I said Yes. It turns out that the pharmacy pays less for the quantity 25 packages. I asked him why and he replied that we charge them at cost. I know that Walmart pocketed the difference. Im moving soon and I cant wait to change to CVS Pharmacy.

I called in my prescription at 4pm and they said it would be ready in 30min. I ended going around 6pm and they said it would be 30min to a hour!! This highly unprofessional, the pharmacy “manager” hung up on me 2x when I called for questions. This is my first and last time coming here

These are the most incompetent people ever. I have never in my life had such a problem getting anyone to do there job. They have told me three different dates to pick up my meds told me i havent been there in almost a year where was i getting my prescriptions filled and thats the only place i go. The staff treats everyone like they are an inconvenient to them. IF YOU DONT LIKE BEING A LEGAL DRUG DEALER THAN GO FLIP A BURGER... They havent filled my refills in 3 months and have no ideal where my meds are. Needless to say i will be contacting corporate and informing them of the disrespectful rude aggressive arrogant unprofessional people they have working there because this is crazy and then we are the bad people for snapping....

The staff is rude, the wait is long, the store is filthy... its Walmart. I dont go to Walmart in general anymore because its just disgusting.

The Pharmacy tech was very polite and fast at answering all my questions. I liked the way my prescription was promp and accurate. The only downside is that his accent made it a little bit confusing to understand over the phone but once I got to the place I understood clearly what he was trying to say. I usually dont like walmart but they did have the cheapest price for my meds. I am definately coming back.

So far this morning Ive called 4 times, been hung up on twice and when asked how can I help you have been interrupted put on hold indefinitely after I began explaining the reason for my call. The Associates name doin this is Chassidy

This was my last time using this pharmacy. Evey time I go there, I have to hear a sob story of them being understaffed. They are very slow, rude, and never have medicine in stock. Lastly, they wanted to charge me $70.00 for a prescription. The cashier stated my insurance, needed a letter written by them, to my doctor requesting why I needed this brand. However, when I left there Publix gave me the medicine for free without going through my insurance.

I was going to write a whole paragraph but all I have to say is I will never use this Pharmacy on Beach Boulevard again no I may have to go back to the doctor and get them to write another prescription because they held on to this one so long without doing what theyre supposed to
