The last at the front desk was so extremely nice to let me in after they closed so I could pick up some eye drops for my mom. She actually remembered I called ahead! Very sweet people here.

The manager Maddie was extremely pleasant and wonderful but I do not recommend seeing Doctor Blum who is there on Friday’s. I was nervous going, and even informed the doctor I was a bit nervous about the appointment. Very rudely, he told me “ you need to relax” after I asked a question and has absolutely no bed side manners.... 👎

Evelyn was super and very caring. She took an amazing amount of time with me to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses that I purchased.

Madi was absolutely magnificent! Her knowledge on the inventory and what worked well for me was absolutely phenomenal. I went in with the mindset of a simple walk in pick frames and walk out but that wasn’t the case. She got to know me and things I liked and picked glasses for me I never thought I’d be wearing but now i am in love with them! I will always come back just to see her to assess my vision needs.20/10 would recommend to anybody I would ever come in contact with

I had an amazing experience today at this Pearl Vision. Dr. T and his staff were great and I felt completely comfortable with the safety precautions they have put in place for covid. Everything was explained to me in a way it was easy to understand. I would highly suggest this visiting Dr. T to all my friends and family!

I would totally recommend coming here anytime ! .The manager was very polite and answered any questions i had with no problems . They guided me through everything and got me the glasses i need . I can see now. lol

I love this location! Sonja and Erin took great care of me. They walked me through the process of ordering contacts online vs ordering them in store and they price matched to 1800contacts so I was able to get a great price! They also gave me a free weeks supply to hold me over until my contacts came in. I would recommend this location to anyone in Jacksonville. Thanks y’all!

I always get the run around and they never answer the phone. I see the only respond to the good comments instead of the ones that expose them for the incompetent individuals they are . I will never return to this location . The Dr is nice , but the people in the front are impatient . They always lie about doing call backs

Excellent Experience! Erin & Lauren were so helpful and kind. This was my first ever visit to an eye doctor and Erin took her time to explain the procedures and exams. I felt very taken care of and received the best care possible. Lauren assisted in helping me find the perfect glasses. My glasses were also available to me in a timely manner and they were very easy to order. I appreciate the customer service and will return to this Pearle Vision location because of the great help from Erin & Lauren!

Very friendly workers. They initiate conversations. The doctor was really nice as well. They have everything you want in a vision business. The staff helps you understand and encourages you to use your benefits. It helped get me a free pair of glasses. Overall, the people are very nice and very informative.

Glad to welcome Madi as the new manager of Regency Square Pearl Vision. Recently had an eye exam which went well but experienced some issues and long waits for replacement lens for sunglasses due to availability caused by COVID shut downs. Went back to store to express my concerns and met Madi who patiently listened to my concerns, got right to finding a solution, was persistent but polite with the lab and had my replacement lens installed and back in three days. I also ordered new glasses which Madi facilitated and kept me up to date and informed about there progress. Picked up glasses from Madi today, well pleased with my order and my treatment through the process. Have used this location for about ten years, Madi is a great add to the store.

Complete waste of money and time. I used my vision insurance and somehow spent more money on the contact exam than I would have paid somewhere else without insurance at all! That alone was a red flag. But it gets worse. My trial pair of contacts werent in stock and had to be ordered. No big deal... except that nobody ordered them! This happened 3 times and every time I called I was told oops we have no record the order was placed, were going to order them today and well call you when they come in. Never got a call. Nobody ever placed this order any of the 3 times I called. I finally gave up and explained what happened to a different pearl vision location(beaches). They were amazing I actually got my trial pair. Unfortunately, I discovered the prescription in my right eye was incorrect and had to pay for another exam somewhere else. I cant speak for all locations but this Pearl Vision is the worst!

Dr. T is the best! Hes even worth the drive from Fleming Island. I sent my mom to him and she said he gave her the most thorough and best eye exam shes ever had. Hes not pushy trying to sell you products or hurry to the next exam. He takes his time and has your best interests at heart. I recommend him to everyone I know.

I was very pleased, as usual, with my experience at the Jacksonville Beach Pearl Vision. My eyes were examined by John Womack O.D. Madeline B. helped me find the perfect frames and place the order for the lenses. Sonja Ingram fitted my new glasses. All were very personable and professional. The Jacksonville Beach Pearle Vision is well managed. There is always enough staff to accommodate the needs of the customers. I have been a happy customer for over 15 years.

Very rarely can a single eye appointment change your life...But this place changed mine for the better!The manager, Leroy Williams was very knowledgeable and attentive in listening to my eye concerns ..and communicated them to the doctor.Dr. T followed through with my concerns about weakened eye muscle issues and referred me to a specialist that I needed.Today, My eyes are the healthiest they’ve ever been . And my glasses are pretty cool too. 💫

I just left from there Dr T is awesome and so are the front desk associates I have had a really negative experience with LensCrafters my lens were messed up 2 times but this place is great the doctor took time to explain and recommend things to help me the front desk associates were awesome I guess I just found my new home for eye care I live across town but I will endure the drive this place Is great thanks for everything

Dr. T was amazing! I was able to get an appointment quickly and get my eyes checked out during my lunch break, which was super convenient. He was extremely knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. I will definitely be going back to Dr. T next time I need my eyes checked!

Nice staff but poor customer service. Hardly answers phone, always closing early with paper note on door. It’s been almost two weeks and i haven’t received my glasses yet! I will not return to this location.

This pearl vision is by far the best in Jacksonville. Dr. T was great. He took his time with my 8 year old son a new eyeglass wearer. All of the office staff were very nice in assisting us in finding the right glasses for both work and play. I would definitely recommend this location to all.

Dr. Tabatabai was absolutely wonderful during my annual exam and answered all of my questions and also some I didnt even know to ask. Ive worn glasses for over 23 years, and this exam was the first time in my life that Ive actually felt heard and understood what was going on. Dr. T also took the time to compare an old prescription with my new one and explain the differences. Great experience! 10/10

When I needed a check up, making an appointment was simple. They greeted me upon arrival and were very pleasant. The office was very clean. Have to say the best part of the experience was Dr. Ali and how he explained my treatment options. Would definitely recommend them for your eye care needs.

Techs were very professional, Optometrist was great. Wait time was very short. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses in the shop area listened very carefully and was very knowledgeable about frame type and lenses. They gave us a nice discount too for purchase. The parking lot is a bit weird to turn into but not so bad once youve found it once. Overall great experience.

It was the longest wait I ever encountered. When a problem was found we were told to check with our insurance if checking out what was covered (what are the girls in the front for?), they had us paying for contact exam (never payed for it before since it is covered) and the girls act like you are an annoyance when picking out the glasses and order the contacts. It’s been 2weeks and there is still no call that the glasses have come in.

Highly recommend! I followed Dr. T over here (and sometimes to the Town Center location) from the Orange Park location. His staff on both sides, doctor’s office and optical sales, were welcoming and extremely helpful. Erin, Leroy, and Jack made my visit quick and easy.

Great people and very nice office. I met Dr T when he was at the Orange Park office. When I heard that he switched offices I wanted to make sure I did too. He doesnt push you into glasses/contacts just to increase sales. He pushes you to do whats best for you; for me it was as simple as looking away from my computer screens more often. Simple exercises that Dr T showed me helped alleviate my headaches and not have to buy glasses.

They get one star just off the Dr. He is so sweet and knowledgeable and very good with children. However the people up front are not approachable at all. When entered and not one person greeted us. I came in upset. I stepped on my glasses and was going out of town. Within an hour they had my glasses fixed and functional for my job. They are always friendly and helpful.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOURSELF!!!!They are NEVER available! And when they are they keep you WAITING! We were told one thing as far as hope long it would take to receive the glasses and it took nearly a MONTH! Now they have his glasses to repair them, it should only take a few hours they said... it has been OVER 24 HOURS AND I CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Do NOT go here! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!! Not to mention the unexpected closures... (notes on door, closed early)

I came in for a contact lens exam on January 12th. I paid for the exam and the contact lens fitting even though I didnt get contacts that day.Remember that, this is important.Upon checking out, I was told that my contacts would need to be ordered since they didnt have them in stock. This was the trial pair. This is also important.A week goes by and I call to see if my contacts were in and I was told that they are on back order and it would be February 3rd. I call on February 3rd to be told that this was the day that the lenses were shipped out. I call again on February 9th and was told that the lenses were shipped but the status was unknown.I called this morning, February 13th and was advised that my TRIAL pair is still on back order. The manufacturing company only made ONE lens even though the order was for a PAIR of lenses.At this point, if I go elsewhere I will have to pay for my exam out of pocket since I have already used my vision benefit. I cannot get glasses due to me not having to wear them full time and the RX strength will be dependent upon how well I see with the contacts.St this point, Im not even angry. Its just whatever.

I was feeling the strain of staring at a computer screen most of the work day. Dr. Ali Tabatabai greatly helped, not only in making adjustments to my screen, but exercises that would help to preserve my vision.
