I loved Shopko Optical! Dr. Amanda Gerson was wonderful! She was very thorough throughout my exam and was easy to talk with. Highly recommend! Sarah was also great! She was very friendly and helpful with picking out the right glasses. They have a great selection of frames and I received my glasses in 10 days! I will be making my future appointments here.

Dr. Gerson and her staff did a wonderful job. My family of four had appointments throughout the afternoon. They handled us efficiently. Dr. Gerson does a wonderful job with the kids and with us adults as she takes us through each exam. She carefully explains and answers questions about eye care that go above and beyond the simple eye exam offered at other practices. Ann did a wonderful job helping out with the selection of frames and completing the orders. I highly recommend Dr. Gerson and her staff for any eye care needs.

This is by far the best Optometrist that I have ever been to. Dr. Gerson is super thorough and friendly. Elizabeth is fantastic as well. They are very caring and made my appointment very pleasant! I highly recommend them!

This is a facility that is so head and shoulders above any other store that I have been in. SO IMPRESSED and everyone was friends from the beginning. I didnt feel like I was a customer at all. Elizabeth was amazing!

This was my first time going to Shopko Optical and I was very impressed. All the staff were awesome and knowledgeable. Dr. Gerson is very friendly and professional. Ill definitely keep going here. Update I just got my new glasses and they are great.

I recently thought my vision was deteriorating. Got an appointment here at jacksonville.while doing the vision test the optometrist was asking questions as I was looking through the test glasses deal.can I see better and I just plain couldnt see anything.she discovered that the lenses were fogged up.instead of going back and redoing the testing she basicly was moving on like my test had not been compromised by fogged up lenses.i took this prescription paid several hundred dollars and dont feel that I got a fair test.
