ETA- The office manager called and apologized and that goes a long way. I truly appreciate it!The doctor and the receptionist were great. The lady that did all the tests before the doctor, Aurelia, was very rude. She had an attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience after her unclear instructions.

Terrible, the Walmart of eye doctors. I spent an hour on the phone with a ridiculously slow agent who didnt seem to know much about doctors and location or how to book an appointment, and eventually told me all were booked up for the foreseeable future. I have a referral, but there are no appointments? What good is a massive chain medical outfit if they cant accommodate patients?

I was extremely please with the professional, courteous service from the staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. They really take there time evaluating there patients. I didnt mine the wait. I am originally from Miami. But I felt right at home. Thanks to the staff and doctor.

Dr. Ravi Patel was dismissive of my concerns and seemed annoyed when I wanted to go over things again stating, We just went over that.Update-Dr. Patel called me the following week and we discussed my concerns. I do appreciate his concern and follow up.
