Dr. Macdonald and all of her staff are amazing! I’m deaf and they take their time to communicate with me and make sure I understand everything. I have been a patient of Dr.Dooley for years. He is quick but extremely thorough. I had some health concerns this past visit and he went above and beyond to ensure my eyes were in good health. The staff has consistently been Kind, courteous, professional and efficient . I cannot say enough about this office. They were diligent with their disinfecting procedures as well. Certainly run by great leadership !

This place is absolutely amazing. My 2 year old has never been to the optometrist before and Dr. Macdonald really took the time to calm him down before she started the eye exam. She answered all our questions and our minds were put at ease because it’s not everyday you’re told your 2 year old needs glasses. My husband absolutely loves this place too. Staff is super friendly and so interactive. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful staff. Very polite and courteous. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door.. had a bit of a wait to see the eye doctor but nothing extraordinarily out of the way. Great choices in frames and great prices too!! Will definitely be going back!!

A great experience. The office staff was very professional AND friendly. There was hardly any wait time. The examination was thorough, and Dr. Dooley answered all of my questions . The office and exam rooms were clean. I observed extra cleaning procedures that were compatible for Covid.

This eye doctor and the staff are amazing. This was my first time doing the whole eye doctor thing on my own. They were very patient with questions and respectful. They explained everything and how it worked, even when choosing my glasses I was helped. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

This is an awesome eye care facility. Had a really pleasant experience with the eye doctor, Dr. MacDonald. She was very encouraging and listened to what I wanted from my glasses. I do a lot of computer work and needed something to help with that. They have a great selection of eyeglasses as well and work with you on pricing, especially since I dont have insurance.

The Eyecare center staff was great. From the eye test to the actual eye glass purchase was handled very professionally. They made the process very much asy and comfortable. I am very satisfied, and would recommend anyone to use thus office.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever gone to get glasses. I’ve had a migraine for 2 weeks waiting on them. I was told it would be 7-10 days and now it’s been 14 days and they’re telling me it’s gonna be another week. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be driving to Wilmington to go to LensCrafters from now on.

My whole family has been coming here for years, and we really appreciate the staff and doctors. Dr. MacDonald is a pediatric optometrist, who really took the time to answer my questions. Some of my children were premature, so she double checked everything for me and put me at ease with their vision. Dr. Ayuso is very friendly and knowledgeable. Hes efficient and answers questions, while still moving the appointment along. Only time I had to wait longer than usual to be seen was due to a patient having an emergency. Other wise, I am normally in and out in around an hour.

Im here to pick up my glasses that I received a text had arrived earlier today. Its 4:43pm and the doors are locked. They are supposed to close at 5pm. Its get that its New Years Eve to the Eve (Dec 30th) but the sign on the door mentions nothing about closing early today. It mentions closing at noon on Christmas Eve and being closed on Christmas Day and January 2nd. Im literally watching people drive out the parking lot. Not good.
