This is the best eyecare company Ive ever been to, to date. They are so nice, they sanitize everything, take your temperature before coming in the door, and they let you know exactly whats going and why. They even remember me from 12 months ago! Its crazy. Ive never had a pair of glasses that were so comfortable and clear until I went to Trillium. Great place, and they are in network for VSP.

This place is awesome! Very clean, love the precautions they take against Covid. They are very professional, and very thorough. Dr. Gebhard, was very very good, explained everything to me about what he did and what will help w/ my eyes. I have already recommended him and this place to my husband and co-workers. Even though they have expensive frames and top brands, it didn’t matter because the experience was all worth it. I’m usually not a good review writer due to the fact they are too many places down here that are horrible…but finally a place In Jacksonville Florida that is not incompetent, rude, and treat you like a product on a assembly line.🙌🏽Thank you guys I’ll be back soon to pick up my frames.

I was nervous about moving to a new area and needing to find all new doctors. Trillium, Dr. Gebhard and the entire staff are amazing. He was very thorough in my exam and I will be returning for all of my eye care needs. They have very good Covid-19 protocols so don’t let that stop you from going to this eye doctor!

I had a great experience at Trillium Eye Care from start to finish! Scheduling an appointment with Sara was easy, the paperwork was all digital and saved on time when I arrived. I really liked that the staff is adhering to a strict COVID protocol in order to keep patients safe and healthy! I had a very thorough exam with Dr Gebhard, he took a lot of time with me and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Courtney and Rain took time to help me pick out my first pair of glasses and made sure to explain all options and my insurance with me! Hands down the most thorough and in depth eye exam I’ve ever had. The doctor listened to my concerns about getting a stronger script and my contacts falling out. Super knowledgeable and actually cares. The staff in the front were super sweet and very helpful. Even had all the info for my insurance prepared and everything. Will definitely keep going here.

Had a routine eye exam and everyone there was terrific. Also, felt very safe with their COVID protocols which included staying in car until they were ready for you, temp check at car, filtered mask, hand sanitizer and online forms. Answered all my questions and didn’t push any unnecessary services or products. Were also helpful explaining my insurance coverage. My glasses and contacts were ready within a week which they also brought out to my car. Will definitely go back.

I’m new the area, and stumbled across Trillium Eye Care during a quick Google search and I’m so glad that I found them!! From the receptionist who scheduled my appointment (and went out of her way to make sure my insurance covered the appointment) to the doctor who was extremely thorough and informative during my exam. I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment, and it took maybe 30 minutes in total. They were fantastic, can not recommend them enough!!

We would like inform everyone that not to go this doctor. We went there for eye glasses prescription but got the wrong prescription and also got the wrong glasses. They are not ready to listen our issue and doctor was also aware about that but just ignoring .strange!!they charged to our insurance company $500 just for the glasses. Be aware !!!before you spend your money and time . We lost our.. I hope you must not...

I was ABSOLUTELY thrilled to find this eye care provider. She was EXTREMELY thorough in her exam within additional charges that you often find with other eye care providers. Dr. Vorobeva truly cares about her patients and making sure they receive the best care possible. I felt the cost of frames were also less then you would find and the national name brand eye care providers. Her staff is kind, gentle, funny and they make sure your eye care needs are met in the utmost professional manner. Fir many years I was having vision issues that I didn’t seem to get other providers to address including ophthalmologist and Dr V took time to check my problems and was able to diagnose the issues. I would recommend Trillium to everyone who wears contacts and glasses. They don’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. Thank You to Dr. V and all of her lovely staff. The doctor and entire staff were so friendly and thorough. Not only was the office spotless and beautifully laid out, but they made me feel safe by taking my temperature before entering, wearing face masks, sanitizing areas as they worked and just the overall attention to detail. The doctor was amazing....she explained everything, made sure I had all my questions answered and I never felt rushed. I was very pleased with my visit. After having the same eye doctor for over 30 years, I was looking for a replacement after he retired. The entire process was streamlined and any forms that needed filling out were done in advance on my time. My exam was thorough and I had all of my questions answered. I think I found my new eye care home.

Great service, great staff, great care! I never felt like I was being up-sold on anything I didnt really need. The Dr was also great at listening to any concerns I had and explaining my eye health in a way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be returning the next time Im due for my exam!They also had a good selection of styles and sizes and I was able to find a pair of glasses I was happy with vs just setting for whatever fit.

My first visit to Trillium Eye Care was as a drop-in experiencing a problem with my glasses I purchased last year in another state. Since I was due for my annual exam, I did some research on local options, and Trillium stood out with their excellent reviews and central location. The office is bright and roomy with lots of natural light, which is optimal when youre choosing new glasses...but Im getting ahead of myself. Not knowing I would even become a paying customer, the staff took on my fitting challenge with my old pair as if their business depended on it, which, in fact, it did. She got those glasses fitted as best she could and cheerfully sent me on my way. Soon after, I made my appointment for my annual exam. Knowing what a great selection of glasses they had from my earlier visit and how unhappy I was with my old pair of glasses, I looked forward to choosing new glasses. RE the exam, they seem to have all the latest and greatest equipment, and the doctor is very down-to-earth while obviously being very knowledgeable. She discovered a new finding on my exam and took her time explaining it, answering all my questions, and making the appropriate referral to a specialist. I couldnt be happier with my care in her hands. Choosing new glasses is a very low-key experience at Trillium...no hard selling or push to higher price points. I highly recommend Trillium Eye Care!

I had similar issue with blue mirror coating as described by Molly S. My lenses came defective twice already. I do not think there is a quality standards there.They never followed up with me until I call or come to the office by myself. By the end I decided to ask for refund because I do not really like this experience and do not see any quality, unfortunately the response was NO.I really liked the doctor but the older lady at the front has no idea what the customer service means.All of the above no longer valid. They actually are giving new pair of glasses and $100 coupon for future needs. I also received a phone call from doctor and she was very nice and apologized for inconvenience.Thank you for taking care. I am happy customer now.

I went to see Dr.Vorobeva with an eye infection and she took very good care of me. Kept my eye under close watch for a good period of time to make sure the recovery was going in the right direction and helped me tremendously money-wise since there were so many follow up appointments. Very dedicated, highly recommended.

Very unprofessional, came to pick up prescription contacts at 10 AM when they open. Was sitting there waiting until 1030 before I left. No sign that they would be out of the office on 11/21/2019. I enjoyed my initial experience but the professionalism of not opening a business on time is ridiculous. Most people do not have time to stop by multiple times. They even left a voicemail the day before saying they were open normal business hours this week.

I cannot imagine a better experience or eye care professional. Similar to other reviews listed, my experience started with my eyeglasses breaking. The nose pad came off my glasses, and Trillium Eye Care showed up in Google for glasses repairs. I expected to pay $30 or so to fix but they cheerfully repaired the glasses for no charge. So nice and a wonderful office. I have company eyeglass insurance so I inquired if they accepted it.Thankfully they accept nearly all programs. So I had my first eye exam in years and it was just a totally perfect experience. Everything explained before done, options given in advance, just absolutely professional.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye needs. Many frame options and just a joy to spend time with. 5 stars and more!

Quite the pleasure to be around and treats the customer right.Personally Ive not gone to many places to get my eyes checked and my prescription reevaluated thus I have not very much experience with these sorts of places, however I can safely say this had to be one of the most inviting and friendly atmosphere Ive ever experienced in any place Ive ever visited.Easily a 5 star even though they were not able to get me the exact pair of glasses I wanted, but still have a decent variety nonetheless.

I went in there today after my daughters dental appointment just to see if we (my whole family) could get established as patients and possibly set up an appointment. Well they took my daughter less than 30 minutes after we got there (long enough to fill out the paperwork and run the insurance) the entire staff was not only professional but extremely friendly. They ran extensive tests and explained everything. I found out that my daughter needed glasses. I was so impressed with these ladies that I made an appointment for my self and my son.

Scheduled new patient appointment for today what is 06/09. When got there was told that it is on 16th. Now to get there it takes a lot for me as had to cancel work meetings and have 17 month old baby. But all I got sorry not sorry.

They took care of my daughter as if she was their own. Shes nearly an adult so manages much of her care on her own but she of course still needs my input. These fine folks took care of her, called me with results, and offered treatment options and sales assistance from start to finish. 11/10 would recommend.

I’m sure Trillum normally does an excellent job, judging by the reviews — it’s why I chose them in the first place. My initial visit was great! Dr. Vorobeva was courteous and thorough in my exam and answered all my questions. Getting glasses from them was where I went wrong. Even though they were friendly initially, their customer service was terrible when my glasses came back defective (AR coating glared so harshly I could see my eyes reflected on the inside lenses). I experienced really poor communication from their receptionist. I also feel that she deliberately misled me about prices and coating options for the repair (she told me there were only 2 options when there were actually 4, and only mentioned the most expensive ones). I never received requested info or the returned calls I was promised -- I always had to call them myself. It ended up taking 2 months for them to repair my glasses and ship them to me. My advice: save yourself the trouble and buy online.**UPDATE: Ive removed a lot of the details bc Trillium was able to see them and responded, promising to implement new policies to prevent this from happening to others -- thank you for doing that. Im glad others are having a better experience than I did. Added one star for the nice lady who helped my mom through the ordeal after I moved away and shipped the glasses shipped to my new address.

Can I give ZERO stars? From the first time I stepped in this office my experience was disastrously confusing. The people at the desk couldnt tell me if they took my Avesis insurance, but I also am double covered with Davis insurance. They said that they were checking on the Avesis, since that is what I wanted to use. I had my first appointment and the optometrist, Dr. Vorobeva, was pushing me to get some transistional contacts when I really didnt want them or want to try them. I wanted to try daily contacts, instead of the monthly contacts that I have been wearing for years because I dont wear them that often but they did not have the trial contacts there so that I could get fitted. Dr. Vorobeva ordered several contacts daily and monthly for me to try. She also told me during the visit that my optical nerves were slightly different and she was going to put in a referral to see an ophthalmologist. When the trial contacts came in, the office staff called me to come get them, which I thought was really odd that she didnt want to see me and check the fit. I picked them up and went home and tried them and the only ones that fit comfortably and that I could see with turned out to be the monthly ones that I had been wearing. I set up another appointment to get my prescription but the Dr. canceled on me. I set up another appointment and when I got there the Dr. said that they shouldnt have given me the trials without an appointment (more incompetence by the front office staff I assume). I told her that the only ones that worked were the monthly ones so well just go with that. She said okay and that everything else looked good so I thought all was good. When I was checking out with the front office staff again, they started putting in an order for my contacts and I had told them that I wanted to check prices at Costco first (this is also when I found out that they didnt take Avesis insurance and they had been billing my Davis insurance). So they continued to put in an order for contacts...??? I stopped them again and told them again. They stopped and asked me to pay $85.00 more dollars (on top of the co-pay that I paid during the first visit). I was confused as to why the additional charge and they said for the contact exam. Still confused, I reluctantly paid it and went home. I told my wife about the charge and she was also confused and called them. They explained to her that since I didnt order contacts through them during the visit that I had to pay the $85 fee that would have normally been waived. Why didnt they tell me that while I was sitting right there in front of them??? I would have saved the $85 and ordered them! Then, a month or so later the Dr. called me and asked if I went to my ophthalmologist appointment yet. I told her that I hadnt heard anything from them, which is completely unlike The Mayo Clinic. A little later that day Mayo called and scheduled my appointment! She didnt put the referral in initially. In any case, at this point I cant trust Dr. Vorobevas prescription and I didnt get contacts or glasses with it. So, Ive spent a whole lot of time waiting in their office to see the Dr, spent almost $100 and cant trust the results. Fortunately, I still have the Avesis insurance benefits so, now that optometrists offices are opening back up again after the COVID crisis, I am just going to start over again with a different Dr.In conclusion, the front office staff is completely inept, confusing, deceptive and the Dr. is not someone I would trust with the healthcare of my eyes. I would not recommend this Dr. or this office at all.

Super nice office, very lovely staff! Ive been getting my eyes checked every year since I was 6 and this is the easiest experience Ive had! No one was rushing me out the door, keeping me waiting for 30 minutes by myself in the room and the technology was some I had never experienced before. Ive also never had my reading prescription checked before and I was surprised, but grateful, that I even had one!

I would Highly recommend Dr. V and her wonderful staff. I had a very pleasant visit . They have a great selection of eye wear and the assistants that helped me with choosing my glasses were very patient and helpful. Dr. V was very kind and and listened to my concerns with care.

Needed second opinion, Dr V had an opening at the time I called, and was asked if I wanted to come then. Thorough exam and Dr V and staff friendly, they make you feel very comfortable. I recently came in for the first time after breaking my glasses. It had been a year since I started wearing glasses for work and I figured I might as well have another exam to make sure I get the right prescription in the new glasses just in case there were any minor changes.The glowing reviews for Trillium brought me in, but I was concerned after my exam when I noticed that my prescription was noticeably different than what it had been in the past. When I got my glasses in I was blown away. My previous pair (from somewhere else) only had a minor adjustment for up close (I work on a computer all day). When I tried on my new glasses EVERYTHING was crystal clear. Up close, mid-range, and far-away had so much detail!Even when I told them I was purchasing my glasses elsewhere, they were still incredibly kind. I cant speak to the quality of other Eye Doctors in the area, but you wont be disappointed if you go here.

Wow!! Such a GREAT experience!! I am probably one of the very few people who happens to react poorly to having my eyes dilated. Of course when I went in for my check up, I had a bad reaction- but the staff was SO caring and helpful. I truly felt they cared about me, and they did everything in their power to make sure I was okay. Dr. V even personally contacted me a couple hours after they had closed to check on me to be sure I was okay. :) Will absolutely be back, and would highly recommend them to everyone!!

The staff was very punctual and professional at all times and was able to answer all questions I had without trying to sell me something I didnt need. The facility was very clean and organized.

My eye exam was very thorough and I’m very pleased with my prescription! They have so many awesome frames to choose from and from a variety of brands!

The best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The exam was not rushed she took her time to note any thing that may have stood out and documented it. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I wouldnt come here again. There were unnecessary repeated test during the exam that can potentially cause eye damage. Watch out if they ask to take another image with bright flash in your eyes while its DILATED! It was done at the start of appointment with normal results. A second one was not needed especially after the dilation.

I absolutely loved the service at Trillium, the ladies were all very friendly and very helpful. They also had a wide variety of glasses and price ranges to meet any budget. Highly recommend them.

Trillium eye care office and staff is the absolute best! My husband and I came in recently for our eye exam. I’ve been a contact user for over 20 years and my experience with Dr. Vorobova was excellent. She is thorough, explains everything and took her time. We didn’t wait long either. We moved To Jacksonville recently and I’m to happy to say I found my eye Dr! I definitely recommend coming to Triullium.

Walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. Filled out the common paperwork required for the first time visitors. I was seen in a jiffy and was introduced to state of the art equipment. I want to be fitted for contacts again, so the ones they gave me to try feel like I don’t have them in. I would recommend to anyone who lives in the area.
