This is a WONDERFUL office. Both my husband and I ordered new eye glasses and are very happy with them. Dr. Tirado did a thorough eye examination after I incurred an eye injury and made helpful recommendations on treatments for not only glasses, but supplements to help with my injury and dry eyes. We also received great care from Joe in the front office who assisted in excellent help with explaining our insurance coverage and mailing our glasses. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Always the best of experiences at Dr. Tirados practice, Ive been a patient for many years and will return for many more! They take time with you, theyre thorough to a fault, and theyll embrace the cutting edge of technological advancements in vision care. A small eye care practice doesnt get better than that.

I’ve been coming to this office for the last four years. I now live in south Florida but decided to stick with Dr. Tirado and book my annual appointment for when I visited Jacksonville. This office is extremely clean, professional, and kind. I was in and out, no hassles, and I always feel taken care of!

My husband and I both went to see Dr. Tirado after not having a full eye exam for years, and we couldnt be happier with our visit! He graciously accommodated our busy work schedules so we could be seen in a timely manner.Dr. Tirado and his office staff were very thorough throughout the entire process; they explained everything clearly, and really listened to the problems my husband and I were both having. I was particularly appreciative of Dr. Tirado for completing a deeper level of vision testing for me based off what I was experiencing. He clearly is an experienced provider and won’t brush further digging into an issue to the side.We are both very happy with our entire experience and highly recommend!

Paid 300$ for two pairs of glasses, was told it would take 7-10 days for them to be ready. Went in almost two weeks later to check on them, one pair had arrived but hadnt been inspected by the doctor so I couldnt pick them up. Now were at the four week mark and still havent gotten a call. Business hours are terrible so its not easy to get in contact with them. Go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

I certainly dont understand the comment of Dr. Tirado as treating woman as inferior, I went in there very aware of my surroundings and probably defensive after reading that comment as well as all of the comments! As I always do! However, because of Dr Tirado’s warmth, customer care and humor I quickly became relaxed and we had a great visit. After that visit I brought a second child who was having issues seeing out of one of her eyes. He immediately realized it was a serious issue and conducted tests and spent one hour on the phone getting her in stat to a retina specialist ophthalmologist. He got her in that day and has even followed up on her progress. I was so thankful for his help and professionalism!

I went with our Grandson to his appointment at Eye Care For You and saw first hand how amazing Dr. Tirado relates to young children. Dr. Tirado made the entire eye exam over-complicated and over-priced. I got the impression that he views women as inferior due to his tone and several inappropriate remarks. Ultimately the prescription he gave me was not correct and I had to go to another Optometrist later the same week to get the right one. I highly recommend going elsewhere for an eye exam.
