I’ve been with the Credit Union for years and never had an issue. Super friendly staff who’s always ready to help. The new website is great! Love that I can easily keep an eye on my credit score.

I will be closing my account out with Alive credit union they are definitely rude no good customer service skills whatsoever then they get extremely mad when you asked about your money Overdraft my account without my Permission To anyone who is reading this do not get an account with Alive Credit union And the young ladies that work there begin to have me to believe they are prejudiced with no Heart or care for the people in their community union So I repeat do not do not do not get an account with these people Because you will not be pleased

Just wanted to thank Ken Gallagher for once again doing the absolute greatest job on our second house purchase. Ken made the entire process the very best. Ken is a great asset to Alive CU. We just bought a house through Alive C U had the best experience ever in our lives. Ken the loan Mgr. did a perfect job he is a asset to that Co. If you need a home loan or an Auto loan just join and see how kind and professional this Credit Union is. They also financed a Jeep for us and we had the same experience Kimberly is the very best done a wonderful job she is also a great asset to this Co. again thank you Alive Credit Union.

Alive credit union is a very deceptive company, especially if you get any financial loan through them. Extremely high interest and fees, and ridiculous charges. Things they do not even disclose to the customer until after the fact. They are very unethical and Im certain some of their antics are illegal. Do not do business with Alive! Run.

Shahnaz Abadi is one of the most arrogant yet incompetent excuses for a banker I have ever come across. First, it was almost two days before she gave me an answer to a routine Digital Wallet question - this, after lying to me that she or her subordinate Chris would call me back. Neither of them ever did. I had to visit two branches to finally get an answer, after she made excuse after excuse. She was extraordinarily rude. I will never do business with any of these people.

Teller #0257 at the Touchton Rd. location attempted to place a hold on the same exact check I deposit every month into my business account ( give or take a few hundred dollars) for the past 2 1/2 years. She should excercise more due diligence instead of slapping a hold on a check. It’s very insulting. Besides the fact that I have been depositing the same check for 2 1/2 years, it is a Wells Fargo printed BUSINESS check ( not personal) of an insignificant amount and is as legit as it gets. Once she told me about the hold I objected and told her she needs to get a supervisor because I have been depositing that very check for years. She THEN appears to run the check through the micr reader and looks through my account and make the check available . This should have been done before hand and I’m offended as the amount is not a significant amount. This is not the first time she attempted to placed a hold on a check without any reason that it will not clear per NCUA guidelines.I have never had a problem depositing that check at that branch or the Atlantic branch with any other teller. I have 2 separate business accounts at Wells Fargo and they have never not once treated me that way and I bring in very large deposits there.

Good luck is someone steals your credit card info. Someone signed up for a free trial on my account. It just so happens that that free trial was $178.... Well that $178 made my account negative. THEN here comes a $30 fee for negative balance. THEN another $30 fee for trying to pay my credit card (without knowing my account info was stolen). So then I have to dispute and do a charge back. Well that was declined so then here comes another $60 fee for filing a charge back. So technically someone stole $178 and then I was fined $120 just to try to get my stolen money back..... yeah I got none of it back and lost around $310... Screw this place. I just took all my money out of my account today and putting it in Vystar Credit Union. BECAUSE THATS THE BETTER OPTION.

I hate that they put a hold on a check after you do a mobile check. BOA process was much faster on making your funds available.
