Just got my new glasses from Walmart in Hurst. 2 reasons I started there, 1; They accept my insurance, and 2; My previous glasses (from long ago) came from there. And I am very glad thats where I decided to go. The gentleman that did my fitting is super good at this, he told me he had over 30 years experience, and I believe him. I did a bit of explaining on what I was looking for and he provided exactly what I wanted in about 20 minutes, start to finish. When the glasses came in, I got a call, 3 days earlier than I expected, I drove up there and picked them up. Im super satisfied, and I can see again!! Also, they are taking great care in regards to Covid, they only allow customers in when they have someone to help them, so it was about a 15 minute wait for me. They do temp screening, and symptom check before theyll let you in the area, and everyone is masked, and you have to be masked. And I observed them performing a scrupulous disinfectant routine between customers, not just window dressing, they actually disinfect and wipe down all areas of contact. So you can be assured, its as safe as they can make it. Bottom line, could not be any better or any more professional.

Had a wonderful experience with Charity. Spoke with Rebecca Elise 3/17 who was absolutely unprofessional. Customer service training is a must. She is unaware what HIPPA is. She said she can not give me her supervisor number or give him my number because of HIPPA regulations.

Just wanted to say that there was a doctor here who is apparently no longer there since I’ve gotten my exam. I do not remember his name because he didn’t even bother to introduce himself. Anyway, the assistant was new (which she was was proud to tell me - I can understand that) and “read” my current Rx to give to the doctor. No issues there. She was very sweet.Once I was called back to the room to get my eyes checked, I was met with the most socially awkward doctor I have ever met. He was quite off and seemed to be annoyed whenever asking for clarification or just general questions.Moral of the story, the man gave me an Rx that was WRONG. When I got my eyeglasses made a couple weeks after and I put them on, I literally had an immediate migraine. I got my eyes checked today at Target (cue audience laughter) and compared the two prescriptions. The numbers in my left eye were completely different! It was as if the Walmart doctor charted my eyes the way old sailors chartered maps with the stars and the wind.Anyway, I look forward to editing this review when I’m able to see again.Cheers!

Took my daughter last year for her first professional eye exam the dr was very nice took his time with her since he knew she didnt know some of her letters yet. Made sure it was actually blurry and not just an unknown letter. The glasses are very well priced and they accept medicaid which helps alot.

The lady on the phone was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Ive been in customer service for most of my adult life so I try to be understanding but I know for a fact that I wont bother spending even a second of my time at this location. If I could give less than one star I would.

Jennifer is simply the best, helped me select glasses, used my insurance, explained options. Second year in a row she has helped me and was exceptionally friendly both times. Cant wait to come pick them up and see her again. I dont use the doctor there so my experience is only with glasses technician. Good Walmart pricing, frame quality and selection. Third year, same great service. I trust her opinion and helps me with everything! I wont go anywhere else as long as she is there.

I had 2 different optometrists being I had to make 2 appointments to test my contacts before releasing my prescription. Ive never had to do that...maybe a new rule? I asked the second optometrist, Would you, by chance, know where to purchase reasonably priced contacts?. Her reply, I dont know, I dont sell contacts. Nice. Make sure everybody knows you not only dislike what you do but you also do the minimal amount of work necessary. Kudos. You might want to freestyle it and sell the place you are inside!!! Say Wal-Mart and smile! Lifes too short...youre welcome

I previously posted a negative review;Bought a pair of $331 prescription glasses , they were not working out- went back to tell the same associate who sold them to me (with in 30 days receipt and all) she said I had no choice than to buy another pair of frames.I was so u unhappy with Mervat who didnt even honor there 60 day return policy.Tomorrow I am going in to speak to someone else and if they do not return them I will seek assis6from corporateBUTToday I went back and Holly was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is awesome.Their manger Jennifer was understanding, attentive and genuinely cared.

When they switched doctors this place went down real quick. Besides the higher prices, the older lady who works the desk is extremely rude, I could hear her talking about me to the doctor, who isnt very friendly either. Will never go back & will tell all of my friends to find a better place.

Dr LAURA was so rude I wanted to slap her. I have never had such a bad experience at a DOCTORS OFFICE- a place where you would think professional and respectful individuals work. Everyone else in the office was fine, it was the doctor herself that was terrible. She scolded me for the way I store and take off my contacts, as if I was one of her ignorant children. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years! She also picked my purse up off the floor and handed it to my husband as if to say get this thing out of my way. Get a clue, LAURA. And some manners to boot.

Small selection of glasses but priced fairly reasonable, the manager is very rude and disrespectful when you are needing a replacement under wsrrenty.
