THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The manager gave us an estimate of the price. When we went there for our appointment, the doctor is really nice and checks very well but when i was done and needed to purchase the glasses, we were baffled at the prices of the cheapest quality of frames. The prices were much different then what we were told and the total was much high than what we were told. The lady who made our receipt put the prices wrong for everything and was trying to overcharge us and we had to get the manager involved to get the prices right. It was our first time with contacts so we were going to get a new teach scheduled. We were told we’re going to get a call for our new teach which was free with our bundle and it had been 3 weeks we didnt get called. We called to schedule an appointment and the refused to accommodate our time request and constantly argued back and forth that they only have one day available like what?!?! They were constantly trying defending themselves even though they were wrong. The man on phone was really rude and refused to give us the new teach. The man on the phone was very rude in the way he spoke. We ended up just getting contacts. Definitely do not recommend. Really bad customer service and staff. Would give zero stars if could. If they dont change the staff soon they will end up permanently closed. Wouldnt go even if they gave us free service

I’m a fan and a customer for life!!!!! Jose and Ray are so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The ONLY eyeglass place open anywhere near me. My sunglasses were broken and needed a quick fix. My sunglasses were fixed in a flash and then I bought some gorgeous Ray-Bans!!!!! Eye glass repair is definitely an essential business right now. If you need anything to do with glasses, They are waiting for you right now and will make your day so much better!!!!

My Husband has been using Eyecrafters for a couple years now. They have always been fantastic. They are always very friendly and quick. I recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of glasses or an eye exam.

Came here on September 21st of this year and had one of the best optometry experiences of my life. Friendly clerk made sure that my contacts fit well, alongside my glasses. Professional, streamlined service that maintained a feeling of customer and service, as well as a feeling of friendliness and comfort. They gave me discount after discount to ensure I was getting the best value possible. The glasses have been wonderful, and the contacts they provided me are perfect as well. I visit optometrists frequently due to my need for glasses and contacts, and so far, this is the only one that has actually taken my eyes into consideration, rather than strangling my wallet. Wonderful experience, with my only regret being that I didnt write this review sooner.

Went in here after my previous frame had finally given up. To be fair it had been a while, 5 years, and in the conditions I work, oils, heat, cold, dirty waters and lots of cleaning, they lasted a great time.Went in last week to get a new one, ended getting helped out, and new glasses were made quickly! Great service all around!

Here is the thing. I bought a pair of glasses at this location and I did not simply like them after few days. The quality seemed cheap, the lenses would become dirty constantly so I decided to return them. What I experienced during my attempt to return those glasses was a nightmare not worth remembering. From the manager calling me a liar to later him trying change his word on his return policy.

Service was excellent, smaller selection than some places but had the smaller kid sizes we needed for my daughter.

Tommy is very kind and helpful. He has a great energy and provides perfect service. I was having a hard time making a decision on my frames. He help me try on at least 25 pairs of glasses with no impatience at all. I had a great experience. The doctor was patriarchal and wanted me to make the best decision for me.

This is my first visit to eyecrafters on the recommendation of a dear friend. I visited the Hurst store. The selection of glasses and sunglasses are many.. The employees were patient and offered suggestions as to the style of frames that I had in mind. I ended up with very stylish glasses that exceeded my expectations. They were able to work with my insurance as well as quote me discounted prices without my insurance to try to find the best deal for my selection. I have to say that I have found my new eyeglass store and will recommend the eyecrafters store in Hurst to all of my family and friends.

Tommy was friendly, eye exam was quick and I got lucky to be able to walk in but then when I asked to have my pupillary distance (PD) measurement taken, Tommy said we only do those for those purchasing glasses here. Thankfully, the kind, older optometrist on location came out and took the measurement in 15 seconds; beware of penny pinching here. In my opinion, its not worth alienating potential customers by trying to pull a fast one. I wont return and would recommend going elsewhere, they know they make money selling overpriced frames and will do their best to bamboozle unwitting customers.

They roll out the red carpet when they see that you are a prospective customer. once you put your money on the table, youre on your own. dont expect them to follow up with repairs or anything else; not even if your eyeglasses cost you a small fortune. true story.

I have been going here for 4 yrs now and have noticed the customer service has gone down each time I come in. I recently had a detached retina and had to have eye surgery, the surgery had made me more near sighted so my ophthalmologist had to refer me to another facility for exam went back in to eye crafters with new prescription they sent them off. when they returned I had issues seeing out of lenses he told me I had to go back where I got exam, so I did. And they did another exam my eyes were exactly the same they then took glasses and put them on some machine to see what there prescription strength was on lenses.. they said lenses were not made to my prescription strength.. my prescription was accurate but eye crafters lab had messed up on there end. bottom line eye crafters wont admit there lab had gotten it wrong. kept telling me the same thing every time I tried to speak.. they need to remember customer service goes a long way and to humble themselves and except humility when there people do things wrong... bottom line I wont be returning to them ever again. they just lost a 4yr customer due to there stubbornness and decline of customer service...i wrote this review over a week ago, so now I am adding to the review now. eyecrafters just called a little while ago said my lenses were back I went in dropped off frames, and the guy was very short with me and would not look me in the eye..And said they will be ready in about an hr. When I went back in to get the lenses yes they were correct, this time. However the guy still would not look me in the eye and had attitude and was not at all helpful and did nothing to try to rectify situation, Or apologize in any way, for previous week... I am a truck driver and travel all through out the United states and deal with alot shippers and receivers and people in General along the way. And this guy I would have to say is the worst person I have ever dealt with...If you want good customer service, STAY AWAY from here, Go somewhere else

Do not waste your time with this company. They are way overpriced for what you receive. When you call with questions or concerns they do not help you. They get angry that your questioning them. The owner is just as bad. The level of customer service is horrendous. Please choose somewhere else to do business.

DO NOT GO HERE! my first free pair were cheap off brand contact lenses that were expired. $76 per box of the ones I wanted, found them $39 online.. I was not given my FULL prescription, took the paper I got to another optometrist, got laughed at and was accused of falsifying it because it looked like a 12yr old wrote it and it was missing alot of information. Front desk guy is nice at first, but the rules about follow-ups and pricing seems to change every other phone call... MY vision and well-being should not be this complicated.

Just have to say from start to finish the staff took care of me and came back the following month with my wife and was treated very well.

I had very good experience with eye crafters. Tommy the Manager at Precint Line was knowledgeable and answered all my questions ( I had a lot). When I had any issues with my purchase Tommy with a smile went above and beyond to handled the problem. Thank you, I highly recommend this location and will return again.

Hurst Eyecrafters store managers manner to customer was extremely inappropriate + rude. When I asked for his boss contact, he became angry. At his outburst, yelled out rebuking devil, calling out Jesus, and attempted to win over whatever the subject when customer was addressing for clarification needs.Anger management, better people skill may help this person. Its a just a time bomb ready to explore if he does not get some assistance. The store item pricing maybe lessbut dealing with store associate was most stressful & traumatic experience!

Theyre very friendly and inexpensive even without insurance, they had really nice frames as well.

Read this review before you go there. Prices are overblown and they lie to you about the prices even when you have the coupons. Worst of all, what kind of customer service is it when they make you get off the chair youre sitting on? Yes, we were told to get off our chairs. And Im sure the two 5-star reviews are written by the business owner himself or his wife and kids. lol

I had a great experience with them, i wanted prescription sunglasses, went there and picked my Prada sunglasses and they made them prescription in the same day, also i went after 6 months to adjust the frame and tightened it , and had the same great experience, definitely will buy from them again.

Do not go there. Owner and manager used intimidation tactics on me, and I get home to discover my vision plan does allow the use of sale prices , on allowances on plan. the manager raised his voice over the phone, and said he will tell me just once, so he does not have to go round and round with me! The nerve. Will get my money back, as my vision insurance was not used, but, they gave me halfsies! Oswner asked in front of me how much of a profit he will make!

Guy was very rude. Shot down every question I had. I will never return. If you have questions about what you want to buy then dont bother with this location on precinct line. I sent in complaint on corporate website and nobody even bothered to contact me back. Im guessing this was rude manager that I talked with in store. Horrible attitude!

Worst place I have ever been to. Staff is rude, condescending, and incompetent. Sent me out of the door after my exam with a pair of contacts, they knew were wrong, they had to order the right ones, but weeks later they still wanted that to be my One pair dispersed. When I realized my script matched my trials I knew it was wrong, now they want me to give them more money to do a re-check, all while their sales staff attempt to convince me this is my fault. Seriously, stay away. Im waiting for a call from their owner, and if by chance youre reading this please know that.
