There was no waiting, the Speicalist was very kind no rushing & he explained everything to me from when we started until I walked out very informative, And the place was clean,I would recommend, Todays Vision to anyone whos looking for a Great experience.

If there were awards for worst customer service, they’d win first place. They are bad at picking up the phone. They have this policy where only appointments are allowed in the office, otherwise the door is locked. It was time to come pick up my eye glasses and I called an hour in advance to ask how they were doing things. The front desk lady told me that when I arrive, I call and they’ll come give it to me in my car. When I pulled to the parking lot, right in front of the office, I called and there was no answer. Mind you, their office windows are not tinted so I can see the front desk lady and she wasn’t with any patients. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called again in 15 min. No answer, left a voicemail. Another 10 minutes passed, called again, and it went straight to voicemail. At this point I was waiting for 45 minutes, constantly having my calls ignored or sent straight to voicemail. It wasn’t until the second front desk lady came from her lunch and noticed that I was waiting in my car. I called again and this time she picked up. Y’all I wish it was the last time it happened, but it happened the second time when they called me to come pickup my contacts, and it was with the same front desk lady! I don’t know her name but she’s Hispanic. I was convinced that this would be the last time my family and I would deal with this office. If you’re allowing curbside pickup for your products, then execute it properly.

The worst customer service, period. Dr. Kane is nice, it’s the other staff that he hires who are the problem. They’re not efficient at picking up calls, when you ask them for clarification or an explanation they become rude and make it seem like you’re a nuisance. Save yourself the time and look somewhere else

We had a great experience, since covid19 I was scared to go but when I got there is was clean and dr cleaned everything in front of me. I had no problems with the staff, we made jokes and it was comfortable being there. I have no insurance they gave me lots of discounts and my 6 year old was happy to be there. Thanks guys!

Customer Service has really went down at this office. Im not sure where Dr. Kane is finding the people he now has in his office. It use to be a great place to take your kids, more of a homey feel. I just called in and had horrible service by the reps there, they lady interrupted me and stated she didnt care if I was talking. How is that good customer service, my kids have been going here for years. I guess loyalty doesnt account for anything. Where is the professionalism nowadays? The staff are not dress as if they are at work, but as they just got up and came to work. The waiting area is dated furniture, and even with that you should still receive service with a smile. They have lost a loyal customer, I wish them well.

Sure, I went back to complain about the accuracy of my prescription and had it readjusted. But that was three months ago, and I just got the replacement lens for my right eye! Dr. Kane was nice and expedient with his work, but his staff could certainly use an attitude adjustment. FYI, had to call in periodically to check if my glasses were in because no updates were ever delivered to either my email, nor calls made to my cell (though such efforts were guaranteed after my prescription adjustment). Not to mention, after the initial checkup, the processing waiting period was painfully exacerbated by what could be described as a 1 1/2 hour sales pitch...

Dr. Kane was very professional, helpful, and down to earth. I was seen quickly, exam was completely painless, and got my contacts and glasses quickly. Marcy and Stacie were amazing! They went over and above to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. I ordered sunglasses on short notice, needing them for vacation, and they spent so much time and energy making sure that I received them in time. Cant say enough good things about this place. They exceeded my expectations!

I had the best customer service from the two ladies working today. I went in at 1700 they were so helpful. They went above and beyond by ordering my contacts and giving me a lens for left eye. They took time to order my daughters glasses and tighten her frame. I was so happy they could accomodate my needs because Im traveling for spring break and my contacts wont be in by the time I leave. Noone wants to wear glasses in the sunshine. This is not the first time Ive experienced great customer service. I and my 3 kids have been going here for 4 yrs. The staff is very eager to happily assist you and work with you. Dr Kane is very happy to answer questions you have and help you with your vision needs. Keep up the great team work Todays Vision!

Me and my family have been going here for almost 10 years and it’s really sad to see how poorly the service, workers, and quality of cleanliness had gotten. All the staff are either dumb or uneducated to fulfill the needs of costumer service and not to mention they’ve put in my order wrong a couple times where I got the wrong color contact. Not only did I notice the main doctor stop caring for his patents over the years, but a very negative change overall. Will never come back here again.

Visiting a doctor of any kind, just isnt something I typically enjoy having to do... Dr. Paul Hayter and his staff were so welcoming and so friendly and accommodating that I was actually happy to have my annual eye exam done!

Best Eye Dr my Husand who is 36 has ever seen. With terrible eye sight Dr. Kane was 100% on point with his prescription. My husband said he has never had a dr get his prescription so on point. As well as my children who are 12 and 19 he is fantastic with them. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I love his staff but I miss Terry so much she was the best. I highly recommend Dr Kane for a very thorough exam with nearly exact results for glasses and/or contacts. He is the best by far!!!

Ive been waiting for my daughters glasses to arrive its been 2 mth and nobody has called me yet! I called like 10 times and nobody ever answers the phone i left 3 voice massages and nobody ever called me back . Very bad service

DONT GO HERE, they delete comments off of google reviews!! The recieptonist “Hailee Tidwell” needs an attitude adjustement. She would not enter in the right numbers and got frustrated and then yelled to us on the phone! Go somewhere where your money is appreciated. I have screenshots of her putting the laughing emoji on my Facebook post Yikes! don’t go here!
