Was seen in Northeast Mall store and was served by Erika. She was very professional and nice to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It was a wonderful experience. Good job Erika. You are a great example to others. Vision works should be glad to have you. Keep it up.

I have used this place before. Waited and waited. I may not use this place again . For one they are expensive. My prescription glasses tend to be ridiculous. One employee was busy. The only one responding to a customer waiting. Decided to wait until the eye Doctors has my contact fitting. After stopping for something I needed. Was on my way out. Three employees doing nothing. I really wasnt in the mood to mess around. Glasses are not cheap, with or without insurance. It is probably best to check around for a place where Employees put customers fist. This was not my experience.Okay, update on this place.Returned on a Saturday, able to get glasses.It did take longer than was supposed to for glasses, yet way better experience. And the Lady that helped me was very very nice, professional. Asked me plenty good questions with out being pushy, answered my questions as well. Sincerely hard to adjust to these new glasses. But not there fault. Redeemed themselves. Thanks Vision Works, and Thank God I gave Insurance, yikes my prescription glasses are pricey . Cant say what I would do with no vision Insurance.Excellent service this time.

I was really scared to get glasses for the first time because I have a weird face shape and haven’t been able to find ones that don’t look good. Erika was so sweet and patient and let me try on a million pairs, and even helped me pick which ones were the most flattering. She wasn’t pushy at all with upsales, which is very appreciated.I’m so excited to get them! I think Visionworks is probably more expensive than buying them online, but the amazing customer service made any cost difference more than worth it.

I went to fix my glasses that got broken and the lady that attended me was so rude. I buy my glasses there every year. They are usually very nice, but this time was different. She insisted I pay my frames instead of using my insurance. I had to insist that I wanted to use my insurance. If I havent been a fluent English speaker I am sure I would end paying my frames. She talked to me abruptly . She didnt care that I needed my glasses desperately to work. It was a Thursday afternoon and I was the only client. I would like that the manager makes sure that this wont happen again.

The employees were friendly, but the costs are high. We went there because its supposed to be a premier provider with our insurance. We still ended up paying over $100 for glasses. Weve previously used other places not listed as premier and gotten much better deals. They dont have a Pre-teen/teen selection. Only little kids and adults. my son found ONE pair that fit properly.

Visited today and was assisted by Erika. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she was by herself assisting multiple customers, answering the work phone, taking temperatures, and doing all with courtesy, and professionalism. She, and the consistent service across the board is the reason I will continue to visit this location.

Fa was great! She recomended a durable brand since I have a habit of breaking glasses. She was patient and answered all of my questions. Also Fa helped with a combination of lens add ons to get the best bang for my buck. 10 out 10 would shop here again.

I went in yesterday to purchase a new pair of glasses. It was my first time using my insurance and Cynthia greeted me and explained how everything would work and went through the whole store pulling purple frames out for me to try on because I said it was my favorite color. She explained all of the options I had as far as what I can add to my lenses, what the best deal for me would be, etc. She was so sweet and kind and knowledgeable in her field. I had a very pleasant experience. My glasses were ready on time and fit well and most importantly...I can see. :)

Loved my experience. I recently went with my daughter and we got the buy 1 get 1 free. Staff was extremely helpful , easy and very pleasant to talk to. Good variety of glasses for the whole family. Wish you guys carried more brands like coach, Versace. No worries you have a customer for life.

The entire staff was warm, welcoming, courteous and very professional every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered. I cant recommend them highly enough. Even better, my new glasses came in earlier than scheduled. Im extremely pleased with Visionworks and look forward to going back for future eye wear needs.

The store is tidy and every customer I saw was addressed quickly. They worked with my insurance and were very helpful when trying to pick out something new.Okay - yes - I know its just another place to buy glasses. But if you are lucky enough to go to this location AND be waited on by Lamis, it becomes more than just another place to spend money.

Brenda listened to my previous problems in the past with failed glasses bought elsewhere. She is very friendlypersonable knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Excellent , helpful and pleasant staff. You are greeted as you come through the entrance. Excellent service and they stay in contact with you if you have ordered glasses. They are located next door to an optometrist, so you get your eyes checked, walk 50 feet and you are ready to order your glasses.

I was greeted instantly with a smile. FA helped me adjust my glasses to fit perfectly. She is a sweetheart, she was patient the whole time and I was very particular about the fit but she nailed it!!

The first set of lenses the bifocals were to set to high so I Had to have my lenses remade sunglass lens were correct the other lenses were not, they sent 2 right lens wait another week. They called this morning to tell me my lenses are in, missed the call. Called back 5 times rang 20-25 times each time I was disconnected 5 times!! The message stated please call to make sure someone is here to cut your lenses. Wonder when they will answer the phone??? I am Not upset about waiting. I upset about getting a call and then calling 5 times and the phone NOT being answered!!!!

Funny how I overhear the employees telling people to review them on Google and let everyone know how great they are. I walked in after learning Lenscrafters discontinued some frames I wanted. When I go to Lenscrafters, no matter how busy they are someone acknowledges me. At Visionworks, I was looked at by a woman at the first desk in the shop and ignored. I was in there maybe five minutes checking out a really nice selection and no one bothered to say a word. So no business for them after that negligence. Too bad because the floral Bebe frames are amazing and I wanted to buy them.

My daughter and I have been getting frames at this location (Hurst-NE Mall) for about 7 years. Just for convenience, not much more to say. We went in yesterday to get a new pair and met Amirah. She asked if we had insurance. My usual reply has been “Yes, but I don’t think it covers vision”. So I’ve paid out of pocket for 7 years. This time, Amirah offered to actually check my benefits. I do have a vision benefit! Cool! Wish the others had bothered to check. We shopped for frames and I watched her gracefully greet and help everyone who came in. This is important because there is no line at the store. I’ve been in before when customers are not greeted and end up competing for attention from the staff. Amirah made sure this didn’t happen. She also sat my daughter down and measured her pupils with a device to help improve the accuracy of her lenses. No one had ever done that before?! Seems like an important step! Visionworks is lucky to have her, I recommend you ask for her.

YAASSSSSS!!! Got my eye exam, the doctor was very friendly, patient & attentive. Cynthia helped me at the actual glasses section, she took very good care of me! She explained my vision insurance to me, I told her exactly what I wanted & the price range I wanted to pay out of pocket. She said “ok got it” and immediately began bringing me glasses, but not like forcefully or trying to pressure me into buying anything. She was also attentive & patient with me. Anddddd my glasses were ready in an hour! WINNING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

STAY AWAY!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE...Took my glasses in for an adjustment, the guy scratches my lens, and tell me nothing can be done about the scratches that he just put on them, then attempts to sale me another set of glasses... Took them to professional eyeglass place down the street that promptly removed the scratches, theyll be getting my familys business going forward....
