I came in with my son and met with Priscilla who was AWESOME! She was so nice and helpful and I really appreciated the time she took with us so we could really make an informed decision. Also, she allowed me to watch while they took measurements of my sons pupils, she explained it all as I watched. That was really cool because other places Ive been wouldnt do that and Im just a curious person so it really helped me feel good about everything. AND THEN.... Once we found frames and chose the lenses and agreed on the price, without a word she took off $125 from THAT final price!! I was shocked and so grateful! What an awesome lady and thanks to her a great experience for us. Thank you Priscilla! 🤓

Courteous and professional staff. Vision test involving the Doctor was very cool! Zoom style presentation with the doctor on a monitor and audio through speakers. Conversation was normal as he controlled the vision test remotely. I prefer this type of interaction and recommend others give it a try! Overall great experience!

All of the employees there are friendly, helpful, and just good people plain and simple. Im a 28 year old male and I felt like I had known the ladies there my whole life. 10/10 will always go back to this location for my Eyewear and care needs

Terrific! This was my second year dealing with this location of My Eyelab Hurst TX. Everyone did their job to get me in and out of my appointment, and my glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks. Also consider that their prices are amazingly affordable! I was even able to add on a pair of prescription sunglasses. The end result is that I would recommend this place to others and I will go back again next year.

This review is way overdue. This company goes above and beyond to assist and take care of the customer/patient! My better half and best friend ia battling cancer. She already needed glasses prior to diagnosis however; the chemo has made her sight even worse. I called to set up an appointment after researching and found they are less expensive than the other big competitor ;). I advised of her compromised immune system due to chemo and requested the first or last appointment of the last or first appointment of the day to lessen the number of people we were around. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to care for her and us! The manager and her very knowledgeable tech stayed after close while she selected her eyewear and got everything ordered. We felt bad however; they told us not to feel bad and it was an amazing experience! Amazing up to date technology for exams. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was beyond AMAZING!!! Thank you again for making her/us feel valued as a customer and individual.

If I couldve given it 10 STARS I would have! Brooke gave me PHENOMENAL customer service and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Ive been to countless eye exam and glasses stores over my 25 years (Ive worn glasses all my life) and this has been the best experience to date.

Rebekah was VERY helpful. My Mom was having trouble tightening the screws in her glasses, so we stopped in and Rebekah was kind enough to do it for her at no charge (and fast - we were in a hurry and she got it done right away). Would definitely recommend.

Absolute best of everything!! Those are the words I want you to remember. I am going through chemo right now and I have to be careful. Well my eyes decided they didnt like the chemo anymore and went on strike. So my fiance called and made the appointment. From the first phone call these people were incredible. I have anxiety I hate being around people!! But everyone was so kind, great styles to choose from and they were done faster than estimated. The store is under new management so please give them a try and if you did in the past and had a bad experience I ask that you give them a try again.

Front Lady is very friendly and kept me on track, the back girl helped me make sure they were right pair of contacts before I left (took 3). I am so glad I found this place. Much better than Americas Best.

This staff showed me what Southern hospitality really is. Inna was amazing, super thorough in her explanation, and told me all my options. First I would like to thank lnna and the two ladys that help me choose my glasses and the one that help me with my eye test. I am glad to find a place where the process was easy and quick. They have a nice selection on glasses as well as sunglasses so I got two pairs glasses and one pair sunglasses which I am pleased with my purchase and will be returning as a repeat customer for more satisfying customer service.

I just had a terrible phone call with a man at this location.I called with questions about their products and he was so forceful and rude I couldnt get a word in edgewise. What terrible customer service. I even told him to stop so I could ask a question he kept going with what is the purpose of you phone call I said I have questions. He followed up with another appointment time. No questions answered.I cant recommend this store simply based on a phone call.They need to work on their customer service and that guy should be put in the back somewhere to avoid working with people and no access to the phone.

From trying on glasses to getting them in, this place is awesome.

This place I feel scammed me. I called to make an appointment. Told them my child was covered under Medicaid, was told no problem. Although they got me in early and the staff was nice, until checkout when they told me I owed a co-pay of 25.00 on Medicaid. Medicaid doesnt charge co-pays. I called Medicaid and they also told me I should never be charged a co-pay. When I told the ladies there that, they demanded payment I couldnt even get glasses and to leave.

Was at eyelab just for lenses. Sales was good. Expensive little deceiving on prices to get in the door..2 pairs with free eye exam. Had my own frames went from 500 to 145. Not bad. Good work. My 2 stars is for the comments based from the sales own point of view. If you scared to be around people and what people touch in your store then dont come to work because some of miss the old days from just little over only 1 years ago. No I didnt like being evaluated by a dr on a TV screen no I dont like elbows for a hand shake. Keep your personal opinions to your self!

I just left here and had a great experience. America’s best had kind of done me wrong last year so I wanted to try someone else. I made my Appointment and showed up early. There was No wait and they got me right in. Sign in was easy and testing done quickly. The doctor who did my exam was on a live feed from Florida but they also offer an in-house Dr. at times. Affordable and kind but even more important to me they were quick.

If I could rate them a negative amount of stars I would! These people are not organized, do not communicate, and rob you of your money and your time! Do NOT go here. My order was never placed, I requested a refund and STILL have not gotten it. The best they can do is make me wait another 30 BUSINESS days for a check I was told was sent TWO weeks ago. My very first and last visit to this store. How is it possible that I got an eye exam on July 7th, never got my prescription, never got my glasses, and still have to wait another 30 days (from today September 5th) for my refund. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

Mixed emotions. Mixed Review...my complaint has NOTHING to do with the young lady, Inna and 100%to My Eyelab Trainer (s)...Had my own frames..switched lenses out for new one. Frames got messed out of wack. ..Inna tried to fix and did more damage than is fixable..NOW I have to purchase new glasses.Frames AND LensSo my stars are ..3...but only because of excellent customer service in store.Jan5,2021Finally got my new glasses but the last half of process had everything to do with Holidays and Shipping.....EYELAB came thru, which I appreciate . I now have new glasses with their frames...and LOVE them.........and YES.....I would go back...

I literally would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. My experience here has been the worst in my entire life. My first initial visit to my eyelab was September 12,2020 . I did a eye exam I was given contacts that was not my correct prescriptions. I went to pick up my new glasses and find out they order the wrong flames and color contacts which everyone knows people with astigmatism are not candidate for color contacts. I then told them I want my money back for the colored contacts and I would give him an opportunity to order the correct frames. another 2-4 week wait ok, then I proceeds to redo my exam. Competely in stock my prescription change from -2.50 to -3.75 both eyes wrong. As, if that wasnt enough the Employees give me contacts to try after the exam.. this the left this the right eye. I put them in and still couldnt see...she realize she told me then wrong eyes for the new exam. At the moment I was completely frustrated all of the confusion and lack of organization. I couldnt take anymore. I request all my money back. Manager said I couldnt get a refund for my wrong exam they gave me and since I paid in cash it take two weeks to received my money back for wrong frames and contact. Later I was inform by another eyelab that it take a month for cash payment refunds. 82 days and I have not received my $200. I called hurst location requesting corporate they at gave me another line to their location instead. Then found customer support number and everytime I call I get hung up on or them promising to call me back within 24 to 48 hours because they do not know why I havent received my money. Literally, the most unprofessional company Ive ever experienced one star is too generous.

I came here a week ago and it was one of the best experiences we have had at an eye doctor place... FROM THE SCREEN DOCTORS TO DO THE EXAM to picking up my glasses for my daughter and husband. When picking up I was giving a spray and mircofiber cloth to clean the lenses and oh how I love it.... My family will be back....

Visited this location for some more glasses for my son who has a tendency to break his pair. Staff was pleasant and worked great with him as well to help him decide on a style and fit. Would recommend to any fellow glasses wearers!

This place is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are taken care of. Who else is offering eye exams on a Sunday. I mean come on!!! Ben took care of me from beginning to end and I will shout it from the rooftop that My Eyelab in Hurst is the bees knees.

This was a great experience from when I walked in till I came to pick up my glasses. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. When I came to get my exam done it took maybe 5 mins from the time I filled out my paperwork till the time i was seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed an eye exam and glasses and needing to get in and out.

I thought I’d give them a try seeing as online they were advertising $99 for contact lens exam and two boxes of contacts I arrive five minutes early for my 9 AM appointment went through the check in process and then had to wait for the doctor To arrive. Right off the bat they’re trying to sell me a membership I responded no thanks I’m on a tight budget and he said it’s OK we can just make it into a multiple payments. The doctor finally arrives almost 9:30 But I’m sat in a room by myself with no doctor, but a tv screen. And then given the exam online like FaceTime. which I guess was OK, my prescription is perfect which is why they got 2 stars. I just can’t understand what would be more important to the doctor then seeing me who’s been sitting there waiting right in front of them. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was there or a customer. Once it was done I was then pressured about the membership again, then pressured about buying glasses with all kinds of add on things. Finally contacts are ordered and I was charged $210. I definitely won’t be going back there or suggesting anyone else does. The guy was very nice however don’t ask me multiple times for membership, dont have me wait for a doctor that’s not going to perform the exam or even explain to the customer why they’re not going to, and finally follow the prices that you advertised on the Internet.

Terrible service, have I had my glasses made for a month and they come out with still not knowing what happened? But they sent an email to the manager for investigation 🤷‍♂️when they already received $ 200.00 according to so that they could deliver them as quickly as possible and a month has passed. Terrible service in stores in customer service all they do is pass the ball to each other. I hope you dont go to that place that gives a Terrible Terrible Terrible service
