I have been going to this location for 4- 5 years and every visit is a pleasant experience. My daughter and I are always assisted the moment we walk in the door with smiles. Every staff member is so nice but our go to girl is Marissa. She has been working with us since day one and has been very attentive to me and my daughters needs. The place is always well kept and clean and they have a very good system going to keep all areas and frames sanitized. Definitely try this location out , you wont be disappointed!

She helped me select the most fabulous glasses of my life. I have worn glasses for over 50-years and I left the store jumping up and down with excitement. I cant wait to begin my new look.

Long gave great customer service on my recent purchase of glasses (3 pairs) from this LensCrafters. I received my glasses and I felt there may have been some issues with the prescription. I took them to Long and he looked and inspected them. He made adjustments to them to see if it helped my issues with the glasses. It seemed to have worked so far. We probably went back and forth about 4 or 5 times in our session before I felt truly comfortable seeing out of them. I appreciate his professionalism in handling my issue.Thanks Long

The office was very busy with several patients in the waiting area and the staff was friendly, cordial, helpful and worked quickly to get everyone helped as soon as they could. The tech who administered the pre-doctor consultation tests was very nice and seemed to like her job and was friendly and efficient with the tests she administered. The doctor was very friendly, worked diligently to perform my exam and issue me a new Rx. Additionally, the doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly. This was the best experience I had in several years of going to this location for my annual checkup and new Rx. 😊

I got my pair of glasses here last year, Im glad for their business hours because I was rushing after work to get to them. Yesterday I went here to see if I could get a scratch off my one of my lenses. I didnt have insurance 😕. First time this ever happened. I was told that I would have to pay $500.00. Smh! The glasses are Dolce and Gabbana which was just purchaes in December, 2020. These glasses cost was $800 even with insurance plus my second pair was $300. I have been a customer for several years. I think some of these businesses see a black person and automatically raise prices! Just 😥 world we live in.

*******DONT DO IT!!!!!**********I was initially very happy with experience until I received my glasses. I had bought 2 pair and one was going to take longer than the other. I received my first pair the next day. Went about my business to realize I couldnt read clearly. I was prescribed bifocals. I decided to go back to my optometrist thinking they got my prescription wrong. Once I spoke to my optometrist and my lenses where checked we come to find out my reading prescription was not added to my lenses. I went an entire week thinking my eyes needed to adjust to the new prescription. I had severe headaches, nausea and sore eyes. Just to find out my prescription was not done properly on my lenses. I leave my optometrist office and head straight to lenscrafters 20 minutes away. When I inform the customer service person she proceeds to tell me that I opted out the bifocals part of my prescription...I was blind sided. How or why would I opt out of not being able to read???? She stated she only gave me a single vision lens and that I would have to pay extra for bifocals and wait an entire week before I would receive the correct lenses. She still continued to reenterate that I opted out of my bifocals and that I agreed to only get long distance lenses. I payed over 500 dollars for my glasses to not be able to read. I cannot wait a week for my glasses as I have to travel for work and have to read small print to do my job. She ended up changing my lenses to readers and at the end I ended up buying a 221 dollar pair or readers I could of bought at the dollar tree. She didnt even apologize for the misunderstanding or give me any other options. Very unhappy and I still have to wait on my second pair before I even know if they did that one right.7/10- let add insult to injury....just receive a message that my second pair of glasses has been delayed. Really the only pair that is supposed to have the FULL prescription is now delayed. Never ever again using lenscrafters. This is my first and last.

Has not been a good experience. Spent over $1000 on glasses at the NEMall location and they came in wrong. The salesperson forgot to enter the prescription during the sales process!? Had to come back and then leave the glasses to be checked because theres only one lab guy that could assist and he works 10-5. Picked up the remake and the right eye still doesnt seem right. Called the NEMall location again, where I purchased and was told I have to come when the lab guy is there! Ugh! So I called the Southlake location and they said to come anytime and that anyone in the store can read a lens and compare to the prescription! Wow!

Great place to buy glasses but customer service isn’t top notch. I didn’t get greeted for one and a cpl of employees were rude. This is the first since I’ve been going here for years. Definitely under staffed these days. That’s the problem, so if your not patient like me and can sit around for over an hour to be helped then go for it.

If you were thinking about using the Hurts location DONT! I will never again use this location. I am discusted at the customer service. I purchased my glasses there and I needed an adjustment so I went in with my husband without a facemask... I dont use one anymore because well we live in Texas its not mandated anymore and most places do not require it. This particular location does I guess. The employee asked if I had one and I said no. She stated she would get me one in just a moment. Thats fine if thats what youre business is doing but then she rudly asked my husband to wait outside. Are you kidding me! How about you offer him a mask as well and he can come in the store with me! He was actually going to talk to them about prescription sunglasses but not anymore. I told her we were done after that and left. We ended up at the southlake location and they were 100% better. If you want to be treated with bad customer service and as if you have no right to be in the store because you havent spent money yet please go to the Hurst location. However, if you want want to be treated with respect and as a prospective customer the southlake location will give you the excellent customer service you deserve. I hope the LensCrafter chain really takes a look at this location because this is how you loose customers. If the southlake location didnt regain my business by having good customer service I would have never done business with one again. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid the Hurst location.

Longtime costumer from Lenscrafters at Ridgmar mall. This is my first and last time shopping at the Lenscrafters in Hurst. I had the worst experience from start to end. The sales associate was pushy, rude, and misleading. I definitely considered ordering glasses from another Lenscrafters or Eyes Nouveau and just eating the cost so I didnt have to come back to the Hurst store. Not including my lenses are completely scratched up.

June 2020, i went into Lens Crafters North East mall location. I spoke the ASSISTANT Store Manger Marissa Cordero. I explained to Marissa, I had fallen asleep with my glasses on and bent the frame. She immediately went into her can not do list and advised me the frame was broken. This turned out to be not true.February 2021, I went back in to Lens Crafters to see if I could get another pair of glasses fixed due to a broken lens and asked again if the frame for my glasses could be straightened. Marissa told me it would be more cost effective if I bought a new pair of glasses and the bent frame on my glasses were broken and couldn’t be fixed. Anyway, I had my eyes checked by the Doctor next door and asked if the frame was broken? I was advise by the Doctor the frame was not broken just bent and the ladies next door at Lens Crafters would be able to straighten the frame.I went back to Lens crafters and as luck would have it I spoke with Marissa again. I went ahead and purchased new glasses. A few weeks later I went in and was serviced by a young gentleman who fixed my supposedly broken glasses and did his job fitting my new glasses.There was no point in spending $400.00 on a new pair of glasses, if Marissa would have done her job. She is not to be trusted!I’ve been a customer of Lens Crafters for 30 plus years, but not any more! This behavior starts with the store manager and could possibly go higher.Floyd Johnson

Extremely disappointed with Lenscrafters in Northeast Mall, Hurst, Texas. I went in to get a pair of their cheapest single vision glasses (frames and lenses). The sales clerk told me good news they had my prescription lenses in stock. I picked out a frame and they made the glasses within the hour. The sales clerk failed to tell me that the ONLY type of lenses they had in stock for same day service were $415 SV FEA Classic Blue IQ Clear Premium AR lens. Not knowing anything about eyeglass lenses I paid because I needed new glasses to drive. They did apply some discounts that brought the $415 cost down to $216.59 which is still outrageous for simple single vision lenses. Later I called the store to complain about the cost. My complaint is the sales clerk never told me that these were the only lenses they had in stock. I feel like they mislead me into thinking I was getting a good deal. BUYER BEWARE if you go to this store in the future. I will say the assistant manager I spoke to about the problem was helpful and offered to refund my entire purchase and I could wait 2 weeks to get new glasses made.

Jessica and Chelsea were both very helpful and patient while I made my selections and werent pushy at all! Covid precautions were explained clearly (you can try on glasses, but have to set them aside for cleaning afterwards). Jessica also explained the different pricing options for my glasses very clearly. Overall a great experience!

Great location!! I worked with Valeria and Jessica one morning when their computers systems went down. These ladies were beyond professional and kind dealing with that big of a hassle. They made sure I had a personal tray and all ‘old school’ paperwork was done perfectly even with measurements. They actually took time to be willing to help, and care. Thank you so much for that!I found a pair of glasses I loved, knowing once their system was up it would be really cheap if not free with insurance.

Worst experience EVER. i spent 650.00 on just lenses and I was told they would be there no later than 14 days. Well 14 days go by and I call and spoke with someone and said my lenses got sent to another store , but he would have them over night them to the correct store. 8 days later I get a call I missed and luckily I knew the number, but no voicemail mail or anything so I called back and finally my glasses were ready. Went in a basically they said here you go. No check to make sure they fit correctly or anything. I would go blind before I ever visit another LensCrafters EVER again.

Love my doctor. She explains everything to me. The staff is awesome. They are all very friendly and always accommodating to your needs. I am hard of hearing, so they speak loud enough and make sure I understand what is happening. I am kept updated on any changes or fees by staff as they happen so that there are no surprises. They are flexible to my schedule. Always a pleasant experience.

Dr Gulatti completely missed the fact that I had an astigmatism. That’s what happens when you hurry and don’t pay attention to detail. Very disturbing. Glad she is not my heart surgeon. I second visit may have corrected the error. I am waiting on new lenses to find out. She acknowledge the error but offered no apology.

I had a good experience with one of the managers when picking out my frames, but when I picked up my frames the lady was kind of rude. I felt like she was stuck up and she made me feel like I was bothering her while she was adjusting my frames.

I see a lot of negative reviews which amazes me because Ive been going here for the last five years or so and they are amazing. The optometrists office has always been quick and easy, just schedule an appointment with them and show up on time. The staff next door are fantastic as well, they have never been rude or condescending to me and they are always very fast when helping me pick a frame out. I can show up looking awful in my pajamas and they dont judge me at all. I love this location and the staff so much, even after I moved to OKC Id drive here for my glasses and such.

I use to love this place . They use to be fast sufficient and very helpful. Even though the staff was polite and nice when at the facility however their follow through process on receiving my glasses was horrible. I had to call 4 times in reference to my glasses no updates at all especially when they could not find my order, then found out through me calling that they were broke when being made which should have been followed with a text or an email. The worse part is I had to call and find out that my glasses were ready never got a call, email or text as promised. Those things matter in a day in age where technology makes everything accessible to communicate. Very disappointed.

Ive been here for 2 eye exams and a few times to get new glasses or to have them adjust old ones. Havent yet had a problem with any of it. Good selection of glasses, altho I wish the amount of bright and obnoxious adult glasses was higher.

My husband and I have been coming here for the past 2 years. I wear glasses and he wears both, glasses and contacts. We havent had any issues with neither the staff or the doctors...on the contrary, they have all been very friendly and helpful. On several occasions, we needed our rx given to us again, and the front desk was very helpful with our requests. Also, they took our weird insurance, which many eye doctors refused to take.

Doc completely missed the mark with my prescription. Double vision predominates. Now I have to meet the docs schedule as they cant fit me in this weekend. So I have spent hundreds of dollars in vision care and new glasses only to find out that the pair are completely inadequate and unsatisfactory. The doc seems to have played Russian roulette with my vision prescription. I cannot recommend Focusing on Eye Care, Inc. Maybe its just an isolated incident, but its still a very frustrating first experience and poor first impression. So Ill be going back to get my prescription corrected.

My feather light green blue titanium eyeglasses which I value almost as much my eyes themselves had the lenses dislodged at the plastic bushings and rivets a few weeks ago. I looked and looked for a shop and craftsman who could fix it and finally ended up talking to Mr. Long of this location. He was very friendly and took the time to understand my problem and invited me to come so he could help. When I went there, I was cordially received by all. Mr. Long repaired my favorite glasses so well - it looked new and well set to fit my face perfectly and I could see so well. And they did it for no cost. I couldnt believe it. I highly recommend this Lens Crafters for all your eyeglass needs.

Lost my glasses yesterday and needed quick replacement. Only place I could find that did 1 hour glasses on a Sunday. Store was extremely busy but was still greeted promptly by several employees. Ty approached me and my daughter and did a great job of asking questions and investigating our needs (I work in sales myself, have great respect for that skill). Ty helped us find reasonably priced frames (another store actually had the nerve to tell my daughter that the color frames she wanted werent for her) and showed all options to get us best package and pricing. Everywhere else I have been since my last eye exam told me my insurance was of no help and that all I would be able to do was file for reimbursement. That bit of information didnt deter Ty and she looked at both what insurance and standard discounts could save me. Left with 2 great pairs of glasses and wont hesitate to return again in future.

Ordered glasses for my 8 year old on 10/12/17. I was told we would have them within 7 business days. Today, 10/23/17, is 7 business days and no glasses. I paid well over $300 for these glasses and still have no product. When you ask, the only answer you get is I dont know. How do you not know???? Dont waste your time and money for this overpriced, crappy customer service place.

This was a horrible experience. The employees were extremely rude, condescending, and definitely unprofessional. I asked if they took my insurance, two employees told me yes. After spending time picking out the frames I wanted and waiting for an available sales associate, the sales lady tells me they do not take my insurance. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time here!

I have been going to Lens Crafters since I was in the 6th grade - I am now 39. Over the years the customer service level has gone from great and extremely helpful and professional to absolutely horrible. I was rushed - I was taken to the most expensive Oakley frames - the sales staff acted like they didnt have time to talk to me, I had to have my glasses re-made twice due to imperfections on the lenses. The management was condescending. I was told by sales staff that they cannot make lenses in 1 hour after 6:30pm however the store does not close until 9pm. I was also given 2 different times by different management staff. I have ended up with an expensive, sub par pair of glasses that I am not happy with. Although the error was on their part I was forced to use my insurance 1 time replacement and spend $54.00 to get the last pair. I would NOT recommend them. At least not this location any longer. I did have a good experience with the optometrist next door - however Dr. Jones is no longer there.

Im amuse with the price tag of $796.00 just for my lenses. I dont know it if because the brand, which is Oakley or any other things.

My review is mostly for the optometrist office located next door. If I could review them I would but theyre not listed. Lenscrafters website lists the optometrist as being open until 7 and their store until 9. I am on a night schedule so these later hours are ideal for me. Drove nearly an hour to get there, walked in the optometrists office at 6. Nobody is waiting in the waiting room. They say they dont accept walk ins past 5:30. Really? You guys are open for an hour, nobody is waiting to be seen and you cant see me for a 10-15 minute exam? Complete waste of my time and because of this Lenscrafters lost my business. Lenscrafters website should list that their optometrists dont accept patients past a certain time. Not just their hours and that they accept walk ins. The customer assumes that if their business is open until 7 then they see people until 7 and thats not true. Disappointed.

I had bad service and an hour wait. They also gave me glass with damage lens. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

During peak hours, their wait times are atrocious. Make sure to bring a book or something to keep you occupied.
