As this being my first visit to this medical group,I was extremely impressed as I walked in to how organized and clean the waiting room and office area was. It says a lot about the individuals and group as a team making that impression for patients like myself.The receptionists were extremely polite and very professional and made me feel very comfortable as I was so nervous.Thank you to the sweet Aesthetician Maggie who was very professional and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. She answered all my questions and made me less nervous which is a huge plus. After she did my treatment I was very happy and can’t wait to to go back again. They’re definitely a place that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and you walk away feeling great and looking amazing.A big thank you to Geeta the practice administrator that made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the office. Very professional and explained everything in detail to me before going in to see Maggie. You will definitely see me again so thank you and your team. Great Videos posted online about Kidney stones! But unfortunately kidney stones dont wait months for you to see a doctor. Called office front desk to see if I could get an appt for a kidney stone. The said I could get in next month. I explained it was a kidney stone and that they dont wait that long. They suggested I find another doctor. I guess they only see patients without current issues or kidney stones.

I’m a regular client of Sarah Beard (esthetician). She does my botox, filler and skin care with the Diamond Facial and Genesis laser. She’s extremely skilled with her injection technique and is always honest with about what can be achieved with filler. I trust her recommendations and will keep returning. I highly recommend ChristiMD Medical group.

Dr. Christi, PA Shannon, PA Jeanie, and Nurse Angela are all amazing. I have been a patient here for over 6 months and have seen them regularly for a reoccurring issue. Dr. Christi correctly diagnosed me when many other specialists could not, and she has been very knowledgeable in treating me. She has exceptional bedside manner and you can tell she really cares for your wellbeing. Her staff is very professional and friendly, and I always feel welcome here. It’s true that it can be difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Christi, but after one visit and you see why she’s in such high demand! :) Highly recommend!

The offices model did not work for me. It took me months to get to see Dr. Pramudji. I saw her once in about four months I was a patient. Even as en existent patient, it was challenging to get to see her. Most times, I saw a PA who was checking on my case. She was nice, but I never could get my conditions full scope from her. I decided to change doctors when I felt my case was not moving fast enough, and when I confirmed that seeing the actual doctor would take longer than I expected. I do not doubt Dr. Pramudjis skills are excellent; it is just that the business model, seeing a PA every time, did not work for me.

I had the best doctor experience I have ever had with Houston Female Urology. Dr. Pramudji and her staff were excellent. They took the time to hear what I had to say, helped me identify options and didnt rush my experience. The visiting time allowed me to relax and learn so that I had confidence in next steps. If you are looking for personal care and interest from your medical provider, this is the doctor for you.

Great office and care- hard to find! I wasnt sure when I had to fill out paperwork ahead of being given an appointment but it was well worth it!!! This office was also very understanding of my time. Their sign says they give gentle care- And they do!!!! I would recommend this office.

Dr. Pramudji and her staff are excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone with a urological problem. I had the botox injection for urge incontinence and it has worked perfectly so far. It has changed my life. If you are considering this option, I would definitely recommend you try it. I only wish I had done it sooner.

The entire experience here is truly amazing! Dr. Pramudji and her PA Kim are extremely brilliant at what they do. They are both very sweet and compassionate with there patients. They spend plenty of time discussing any issues that I have. The nurses and the staff are also SUPER kind and helpful. I love it here and its comforting to know that this practice exists. I have seen several urologists, but nothing compares to the level of expertise that is provided here.

I was nervous as I have ever been due to my situation; however, from the time I checked in to leaving, my entire experience was great: professional staff, friendly/personable, and time efficient. Even prior to my appointment, Angela, the receptionist, was very professional, clear & concise in providing instructions, and things to know prior to my appointment.

The staff at this office are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for your well being. They dont just send you off with orders for a bunch of tests and scripts for tons of medications. They actually take the time to sit with you and evaluate your health issues and discuss multiple options for care or treatment. I love the fact that I only saw female medical staff for a female related issue. I was spared the uneasy feeling of having to try to explain my symptoms to a male. It took longer to be able to get in to see them and the drive is twice as far as all the male doctors I could have gotten in to see a month ago but it was well worth the wait & further distance to drive. I highly recommend this office.

Today was my first visit to the Houston Female Urology office and i have to say it was one of the best experiences i have had at any doctors office. All the Staff, Nurses, and Doctors were all very helpful and nice to me the moment i walked in. I experienced a medical emergency, I had already been to the ER and my Obgyn I was told I HAD to see a urologist asap immediately. I called 5 places and all of them said there was a month wait! I pleaded and begged but no such luck getting an appointment, feeling defeated I tried one last place that a secretary mentioned while turning me down. This was Houston Female Urology, the only place that would see me. They understood and empathized with my serious condition and made time to squeeze me in. I cant thank them enough. The staff was so helpful, the doctors and nurses were excellent. They helped when no one else would. I highly recommend them and am so lucky to find such professional sweet people. She has performed three surgeries on me and I have had excellent results with each surgery! I have recommended her to my family and friends. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and has an excellent bedside manner. She explains everything fully so you understand and is truly concerned about her patients. Her staff is very warm, kind and considerate and phone calls are returned promptly!

I can agree with everyone that finding a new doctor is difficult. Its so stressful because who can you trust and what if it becomes hopeless! I am so glad I came to the Houston Female Urologist. I couldnt be happier about my visit to Dr. Pramudjis office. Mary took me back to an exam room and I was very impressed with how personal and genuinely caring/concerned she was. Everybody was very nice, the place was clean. the time P.A. spend with me was good, and she answered all my questions and explained me all the things she found on me. Not waiting time in the waiting area or in the room.

Although Dr. Pramudji herself is very nice (out of my 3 visits I only saw her one brief time) her reception staff was always so rude to me.After waiting 2 months for a new patient appointment, 3 office visits, and $90 in copays. I found out that I had a large kidney stone, and that it was going to cost me $3,000 to have Shock Wave Lithotripsy preformed by Dr. Pramudji.The hospital explained to me that Dr. Pramudji has to “rent” the equipment to preform the Lithotripsy, and that the rental fee is not covered by insurance, so it is charged to the patient. I was not going to spend $3,000 on a kidney stone when I have excellent health insurance.No one in Dr. Pramudji’s practice explained any other options to me, they basically said “good luck”.I went to my PCP for help. My PCP explained everything to me, including my ultrasound and X-ray results that Dr. Pramudji and or her staff NEVER explained to me.I should have saved the $90, spent $20 to see my PCP and found out way more information.My PCP sent me to a Nephrologist, who saw me within 3 days as a new patient. I also found out that Nephrologist do not have to “rent” equipment so I did not have to pay $3,000, I simply paid my $50 surgical copay.I will not be returning nor recommending Dr. Pramudji’s practice to anyone.

My first visit to Dr. Pramudjis office I was very early, but the Very friendly staff got me in anyways. They didnt want me to wait even though I was seeing the PA for my first visit. I explained my concerns, she listened and she explained everything to me. The steps I needed to do and why. Explaining everything to me eased my concerns. Dr. Pramudji came into the room before I left to introduce her self to me before my next appointment, Ive never had a Dr. do that before. Everyone, the nurses, PA and Dr. all were as nice an friendly as you could possible ask for. It defiantly helped relax my nerves. This is how all Dr. offices should be.

I am proud to say that as a new patient my first experience would definitely cause me to refer others as well as become a repeat patient. Dr. Pramudji and her staff were very welcoming, professional and showed compassion and care towards my personal need. On a personal note, I had thought to visit another physician after realizing that my appt was not as soon as I had hoped it to be. But in contacting the other physician, from the start, the staff treated me very different and I contacted Dr. Pramudjis office again, and they were able to find me an earlier appt and I tell you what, it was well worth the trip, time and wait, in a nearly always booked schedule (which is a great thing to be booked; to me it says that she is doing something right to have full schedule).

I lost faith in her skills and would not go back. I was referred to Dr. Pramudji for micro hematuria. All tests were done at Methodist West or her office 2 buildings away. Nothing was found. No report was sent back to my referring physician. Not quite a year later I had gross hematuria. An ultrasound and CT were done at Methodist West on a stat basis. No cause for the hematuria was noted and it was probably an infection. I later received a call that a cyst was found in my left kidney. Those do not develop that fast so it was missed somehow on the first set of tests. Dr. Pramudji ordered a CT renal scan with Contrast which is an iodine based intravenous contrast medium. I received a call from Methodist West that they had the order and needed to schedule and it is done with a few hours of fasting first. The test had to be cancelled. It turned out that the it had not been authorized by my insurance because no one had called to get the test authorized. The hospital said the Dr. had to do that and the doctors nurse said they never do that. The patient cannot do that because the healthcare provider who will be paid by the insurance company is the one who must have authorization. I called but the insurance said it would be authorized when the facility or the doctor called. Methodist West assured me that they had talked to the doctors office about how to get that done and I would hear back in a few days. over a week later I called, the nurse said she had called me. I have no voicemail to that effect. She said the hospital was wrong, they had it straightened out and she would send the order back through. I received a call that the order was received and the test could be scheduled. Yes they said it had been authorized. I went to Methodist West for the test but it was not on the schedule and not authorized. It turned out the nurse had a free standing imaging center in another part of town schedule the test and I was never told by her nurse or the scheduler that it was not Methodist West. I am a nurse and an attorney I would never agree to a contrast medium for the first time in anything but a hospital based radiology department. My health, my choice. The test could not be done that day anyway because it was not authorized for Methodist West. They dont do authorizations the Doctor has to do that, the doctors office never does that. They assured me they have done 1000s of these. I would like to know how. No one has apologized, or even acknowledged what happened not even Dr. Pramudji. If you go to this doctor be your own healthcare advocate because in my experience no one in that office cares enough about patient care to do so. I have an appointment with a good board certified Renal specialist not affiliated with either Dr. Pramudji or Methodist system. Thank goodness a renal cyst most often benign an not a bigger problem.
