Horrible smart Lipo results on my abdomen. He refused to fix it told me to get massages. It’s been two years and I regret going here. Wish I could post a photo.

He completed botched my smart lipo job back in June of 2018. He took an uneven amount from the top and bottom. Had a huge indention Right in the middle of my stomach. No one told me I needed to seek lymphatic massages. I learned after my second check-up after he said my stomach was getting hard. That’s a huge expense I wish I had known upfront. Should have done my research. After about 6 months of not being happy with my results and being extremely patient with the process I told him I wasn’t happy and based on other cases it should not be taken as long as it was for the “line” in my stomach to go away. He suggested to do a corrective which cost me $500. It looked better but the line is still there and this time I wasn’t given enough anesthesia and woke up while he was working on me! I begged for more medication to knock me out but wasn’t given anything. Dr. Kern was stubborn as hell and would not take responsibility for the job he had done. I cannot tell you how many appointments we went back and forth because he couldn’t explain why I looked deformed. He would use all types of medical terms in attempt to talk over my head. He kept blaming hormones and that the line was there because I “sat” at a desk all day even though I told him I wore my board all day. I had every reason to keep up with my massages, wear my compression garments and anything else I needed to do to protect my investment. If it wasn’t for the nurses and ladies at the front desk I would have stopped treatment a while a go. They were amazing. After his procedure I then came to google to read the reviews and they were great over all except ONE review on SmartLipo. Lesson learned. Do your research and find another Dr. Don’t let the fact that he’s worked on a couple of social lites and been on TV influence your decision like I did. Those ladies have since had additional procedures from other Doctors. I wish I could share pics. They were horrible!

Very personal service and attention. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and listen to what the customer wants. My wife and I would and have recommended The Image Enhancement Center at this location to many of our friends and family. They have cutting edge techniques and I personally feel very lucky to have a wife that had to drag me to get some little tweaks done to bring some youth to my appearance. It has changed my life and actually help put me back in the youth group in my work. Good or bad, age and looks do matter more than you think. About 3 months ago my face was at its worst with acne, until I found this wonderful place. I bought my first salicylic peel on Groupon. I decided to purchase 3 more peels and my skin is looking better than ever. My aesthetician is Julie and I cant thank her enough for helping me get clear skin and educate me on how to care of my skin. Since my very first appointment she was caring and professional, she knew what products would work best for my skin type. I am forever thankful that I found this place.

My name is shon I was here on Wednesday let me tell I love this place the Ladies are smart and personalities are great I was nervous but when you encounter that type of greeting it really ease you . And Dr. Keen is very nice md to the point you can ask him anything and he does not sugar he is professional dr please go considering this was my firsts surgery I am glad the experience was great .

I came to dr. Kern from out of state 5 years ago to get Smart Lipo on my arms and my abdomen. After the first treatment I had horrible results in my arms and he offered for me to come back to fix it. He paid for me to come back but I had to pay for my husband to join me to take care of me. 5 years later Im still dealing with my arms looking deformed and the purpose I went in to have this done originally has now made it worse. There isnt a summer that goes by that I dont have serious regret of ever having this done. To go sleeveless in the summer when its warm is a torment for me because I feel so deformed. I have nothing but regret for doing this . My abdomen came out fair but not what I was hoping for. I have done multiple other treatments to try to smooth out the areas that were done with no results. I have been there twice, due to a deal I bought for 2 microdermabrasion treatments. Both times I had a great treatment done , and I am satisfied not only with the results, but also with the kind and professional enviroment. The aesthetician that was in charge of those two treatments, was the same, Ms Jennifer, and honestly I have never been treated with more care ...She is a pro, she is gentle, and knows exactly what she is doing, and at the same time, makes you relax and enjoy. Thankful for having learn about this place.

I found the Image Enhancement Center via Groupon and I LOVED it! I am extremely picky about who I will see for my skin, but since microderm is so mild and non-invasive compared to laser or other procedures, I thought Id give it a try. The staff greeted me quickly and was ready for me right away. My service was relaxing, my aesthetician was knowledgable and talked with me about other skin options I was curious about. I even saw Dr. Kern cutting it up with his staff between appointments. :) It was awesome and I will be back for more!! They earned my business and my trust.

Initially I went to the Image Enhancement Center for a microdermabraision. It was a great experience. Sonali was the aesthetician, and she is very knowledgeable about skin, and explained the different products, and procedures to me. The atmosphere was very relaxing, with soft music playing and the lights dimmed, while my facemask was soaking. I felt like she really took her time, and did a thorough job, and my skin just glowed and felt wonderful after.I have since gone back for laser hair removal with Christiane, and my experience was just as great, as the first time. Every staff member is very friendly, and makes you feel like family. Very nice office, with knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend them.

I initially made an appointment after purchasing a Groupon. I had never had a professional microderm procedure done before. My first experience was wonderful. Every staff member that Ive had contact with has been friendly and professional. Sonali is the aesthetician working with me and she does a fantastic job. Shes very professional and seems to really care about how my skin is doing. She has always exhibited such patience, making adjustments to my treatments until we found just the right one.
