Me and my mom came together the first time back in 2016!! We love it and have been coming ever since! I came for 1 treatment and over the years have had many different types! Everyone is very nice. The ladies are like a little family. They are always friendly and have a lot of energy. Stacy will call me if she has not seen me for an appointment and I appreciate it! The nurses are always helping me understand the options and what would be best for me. I will continue to come here! Love it!!

I have been going Sona at Galleria location for several months and I have always had an excellent experience. The staff is very professional and helpful. Update. I’ve been waiting for my refund since October 2020. The refund of the treatment it’s no longer provided. I had remain money on Botox as well and I didn’t ask for the refund for it. I actually wanted to turn the refund that they haven’t given to me to something else but of lack of communication and everything I will never go back. They are rude and lie to you. They say it’s corporate who takes care of it so I guess the whole company is not loyal to the customers. I’ve been going to them for years. They say they will call me they will update me. Never I got a call never an email. Each time I reach out to them !!!!Today I called I wasn’t even in the system. The manager tells me the receptionist couldn’t get my name right but the receptionist asked and repeated my name over five times to make sure it’s correct and it was correct. So now it’s April 2021The way they treat you. If you have any mental issues (anxiety or anything ) do not go to them they will not care for you and will stress you out !After talking to them I just have a seizure that I have been trying to get rid since 2013 after being hostagedThey do not CARE !!!! Please people be careful !!!

Rachel, was a great aesthetician and on time. She was great light hands she did not hurt me she was nice and explained everything in detail. Not many people do that because it wastes time they say. She went above and beyond her duties as a nurse. She treated me with care and like I was a patient not a number. Thank you Rachel I’ll be back soon.

Parking is tricky, but once you find it , it is worth it. Everyone is always in a good mood. The office ladies , the techs and even the customers. I have had 3 treatments and having good results . The techs always make me comfortable. The office is clean and big. I wish I found it years ago.

At the Galleria location Taylor is AWESOME!!..She is always super sweet and polite to me. I have gotten into with the manager before. But when I came in nothing was held against me, so probably more of a miscommunication. I love how they are so personal when you come in. I feel like Taylor knows my life story because she is so easy to talk to. I have recommended this place to several of my friends. I would definitely return.

I bought a package in early 2020 and then Covid happened. I managed to get one AFT treatment in before the shutdown. The office recently reopened and I went for my second AFT. It is all new staff. I didn’t see any results with the first treatment. I addressed my concerns about this with the nurses and they delivered on what I asked for. She spot treated some broken capillaries and managed to obliterate one in particular that has bothered me for decades! Then she proceeded with the rest of the treatment. I’m seeing what I had hoped to see the first time, which includes many dark specks of pigmentation from the brown patches of sun damage, and some purplish areas where the broken capillaries were treated. My face is a bit swollen, but that will go away in a day or so. This time I feel like I got my money’s worth. The staff is very friendly and caring. The only thing that I wish had been done that wasn’t, and it’s something they did years ago when I had AFT, was put a hydrating cream on my face and use some kind of wand to soothe and massage my face after the treatment. Then they applied sunscreen to my face. Sunscreen application should be a given before leaving the office. I guess I’ll take my own next time.

Taylor, at the front desk, is such a cute little delight to speak to! She makes me not want to miss my appointments, which who wants to go to a painful appointment? She has the capacity to respond to changing situations and expectations and accommodates me based on my situations. She is truly kind and responds so quickly to all my emails and calls me back when she says she will. She is knowledgeable about every procedure; everyone’s schedule and she is funny! Upon learning about a new technology that they’re using, I reached out and requested more information and I was immediately contacted by Rachel. She was very informative, friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my consultation. I’ve been to other dermatology places and did not end up getting anything done simply bc it did not feel right and staff did not make me feel secure about the procedures. The whole staff from the front desk receptionist to the nurse practitioner, and especially Rachel, were all very friendly and welcoming. All my questions were answered and I feel super excited about getting a medical service done this upcoming week!

I have been going to Sona for over a year to receive my injectables. Joe Gaile is an amazing nurse! She has an artistic eye and made my cheek filler look very natural. I also receive botox there and have been very pleased with my results. They do not dilute the botox down and I trust them. I had several bad experiences at other Med spas before finding Sona and I can rest assure in knowing that I will be pleased with the result anytime Joe Gaile administers my botox. I drive up from Galveston and it is well worth the commute.

There was a bit of a mix up with scheduling for my first Dermalinfusion treatment but everyone in the office went above and beyond to figure it out and make it up to me. These ladies made me feel so comfortable and welcome after my first treatment and I can’t wait to go back! I also highly recommend their membership plan it’s so worth it!! Happy to have found them!

The staff is very friendly, patient and made me feel at ease. I went for 3 pixel treatments and let me tell you is scary as scary gets, but the nurses were able to keep me calm and explained all to me, so at the end was not a dramatic experience. Also the nurses are all really sweet and knowledgeable. I would say my treatments was quite successful. I will not go for another pixel treatment (I am a bit of a coward), but I will eventually go back for peel or dermabrasion. The most important part of this type of business is the trust on the people who is treating you and they really have great people.

**Update** save your money and go too SEV for any laser treatments! Better results, better staff and a better price!Honestly so disappointed with my results. I did 7 treatments on my armpits and a full Brazilian and experienced probably 30% hair loss and thats being extremely generous. I tried contacting the Sona location I went to multiple times to see if they could remedy this. I spent a lot of money and time on trying to see significant hair loss and they never would never return my calls or texts. Ill be taking my business to another med spa and hopefully will have better results.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal and the results have been life changing. Randi is incredible and makes the process so easy front desk is always friendly and helpful and I can’t wait to try more things out with sona. I personally recommend getting a numbing cream and numbing for about 30 minutes prior to your service it definitely makes it more comfortable

I came into Sona Med Spa for Pixel Resurfacing of the skin. I checked out many places before I made my final choice. Sona Med Spa staff made me feel super comfortable because it was a scary procedure I was planning on getting done. I’m on treatment 2 out of the 6 that I have to get done and already see results. I dont live near the galleria but I drive over there because of the awesome staff. I have one down the street where I live 5 minutes away and I drive 30 minutes just because of the awesome service I get. I will definitely continue going and I highly recommend it.

Ive gone to two different Sona MedSpas since starting my laser hair removal treatment. My first was in the Dallas location and my latest was in the Houston/Galleria location since I moved. Creating and adjusting my appointment time/date was simple; I appreciate the team working with me as sometimes my work schedule can be unpredictable. Laser hair removal is PAINFUL, however, my NP really made me feel as comfortable as possible. In regards to my treatments, Ive 100% seen a difference in only 2 sessions. The hair on my legs is growing back in patches and significantly thinner than before. Yay!

If I could rate this procedure there would be no stars. Bad treatment for cooling sculpting. Last friday I had my lower abds done. I have been in pain since then. I have been in the emergency room twice. No over the counter or prescription medication has worked yet. I have not been able to do anything normal. It has been nothing but hell and I would not do this every again. I can only pray that the pain will stop soon. I need a complete refund for my pain and suffering.

I had 2 treatments at this location; laser to remove brown spots (didnt work) and skin tightening treatment (only saw slight improvement). Be warned that the staff turnover in this location is huge (in one year, I saw an almost complete turnover, from the salespersons to the technicians!) which is very disconcerting. They seem to be down to one person Jo-Gayle and she is not at all detail oriented and rushes through the treatments. Also, the office manager will not return your calls. Please do not waste your money going to this location. It was a huge disappointment and wasted money. I feel very let down by this whole experience and hope you will heed this review and not find yourself in the same disappointing situation.
