I love this spa. The team are wonderful. The services are very fantastic value. The staff are very friendly and professional. Lauren is amazing. There is a personal touch I haven’t felt anywhere else and I’ve been to lots of spas over the years for different treatments but since coming here I’ve not looked for anywhere else. It’s the Costco of Medspas. You know there isn’t a better deal somewhere else for the quality of service. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone who is thinking of going somewhere for the first time or just looking for somewhere just different.

I have been going to Metropolitan for years, and every time my experience is nothing less than amazing. Lauren is professional and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Regina has been my tech here for years now. She is awesome!! I have done many services done with her from laser hair removal, facials and hair restoration. She is really knowledgeable about all the services and always makes you feel comfortable. I don’t know what I would do without her.

Got dermablading here, my service lady shaved off my widows peak and parts of my side burn. Don’t go here, go to a place where they know what they are doing and won’t shave your hair off!!

I’m a dude so I never get beauty treatments but my wife was nonstop hounding me to get in to see someone. I finally caved and got a dermaplane facial with the kindest and most knowledgeable stuff, Lauren. I am not ashamed to say I have no received 4 dermaplane facials and plan on having one each month. Thank you to my wonderful wife and the wonderful staff, especially Lauren for transforming my face in a matter of weeks!

I’ve had facials here several times and have always been very happy with the results. I’ve gotten the oxygen facial, photo facial, and hydra facial. I usually see Darla, but today Priscilla did a hydra facial and she was great!! Very happy with the results! The prices are affordable to visit every 1-2 months. They have awesome specials and packages at times.

I had my first appointment on hair removal and I was very happy with the service. I am doing full legs, it took around 35minutes and it hurts a little (less than waxing!!).!Lauren at the front desk was very nice, then Kelsey did my hair and she was very nice too, explained everything and was very thorough. I purchased 8 sessions so I will keep commenting on my progress... so far, so good!!!

This is my first Laser Hair Removal treatment and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always warm and welcoming, even if I am a few minutes late! I was referred by a friend to Metropolitan for laser hair removal. They had a great special going so I took the plunge. I am SO glad I did.The staff is professional and they know they are doing.Kathy in the office is friendly, funny and always willing to answer any questions.I have gotten great results with my laser hair removal from Donnas expert hands and have since been back for microdermabrasion and chemical peels.Ive also bought some of the skin care products they sell in office and they have worked wonders on my face. I regularly get compliments on how good my skin looks.I know people get skeptical when they see really positive reviews but I am not affiliated with or work for this company. I have had acne scars since high school and thought I just had to live with them. A friend of mine told me about microneedling and got me in touch with Lauren. I was skeptical about the whole process, but after one treatment I was able to see a difference. I ended up buying 9 more treatments and couldn’t be happier about the results. I can’t wait to see the results after all treatments are complete. My friends can tell the difference and the my mom even told me how great my skin looks. The staff is super friendly and always offers me all of the snacks my heart desires.

Highly recommend! I have been using Metropolitan Laser for almost two years for laser services, the infrared sauna, lipolaser sessions, and facials. Once you are on their preferred email list as a client, you will receive killer specials and deals. From the moment you walk in, you will be kindly greeted and offered bottled water. I have always been impressed with the high level of service and friendliness. I try and request K.C. as my technician -- shes wonderful and knowledgeable too. Metropolitan offers Saturday appointments, which is a huge plus for people with busy schedules that arent able to make it in during the week. My absolute favorite is the infrared sauna -- great way to relax, release toxins, and burn calories.

I picked up a really good deal offered on amazon for 3 sessions of vein or i-lipo treatment at Metropolitan Laser. I was made to feel quite welcome upon entering and the atmosphere was relaxed and informal. My technician was friendly and went to work quickly. The session was pretty short,only about ten minutes, but I imagine for the discounted price, that will probably be about the length of the remaining two. I do like the friendly staff though, much friendlier than another establishment I tried out about a month ago.

Kasey is the best laser tech. She takes her time to explain the procedures, is quick, and friendly. Metropolitan has great deals every time I go there. I am happy with my laser outcomes and I have only done 2 sessions!

I LOVE this spa! I was so self-conscious about the lines in my forehead, the doctor was so professional and didn’t try to over sell it or do more than he had to. I got the perfect amount of Botox that not only boosted my self-esteem but also made people look at me and say “what’s different” without them knowing I did anything cosmetic. Lauren at the front was the best! So friendly and helpful! So cheerful and I really feel like I got a deal! I will continue to use them for all my cosmetic needs! If I could give a ten star I would!!

This place was wonderful- the techs are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There prices are better than most competitors. Its great they have their own on- sight MD for consultation. I love my hair removal experience almost as much as the Botox/fillers personally injected by the doctor himself.

Metropolitan Med Spa is by far the best cosmetic establishment I have ever been to. The second you enter you are greeted with warm friendly faces, offered treats and refreshments, and catered to for the best experience possible. Lauren King is by far my favorite of all the staff with her warm personality and sense of ease as she walks you through each experience you choose for your personal fine tuning. I personally have experienced botox and microneedling at Metropolitan Med Spa and my results are astounding. The phrase attached to microneedling is that it is “the fountain of youth”. To say that phrase is on target is an understatement. My acne scarring has subsided and my overall complexion has a more youthful and glowing appearance. If you’re looking for a place to treat you with care from start to finish with life changing results; look no further. You have found what you’re looking for.

Had micro needling today. The receptionist claimed the needles are brand new for each patient. But when I went in the needle was already out so I really dont know for sure if it was used before. This place is a scam.. i did microneedling with them and the results was terrible after 2 days I started getting acne like 3 or 4 cystic acne I went to them and they said it’s normal But it’s not i went to the dermatologist and she said no it’s not normal !! Maybe there tools not clean and it cause a bacteria in my skin. Also I went to another to med spa and they said we didn’t experience this much of acne with anyon. I called them again and the nurse or who ever talked with me she was rude and she told me she’s will set up an appointment with there dermatologist on phone and she didn’t call !! I would not recommend this place

This place is the only place I will go to for laser hair removal. The entire staff go above and beyond every time I come in. I am on my 4th laser treatment and I can’t believe the results. I recently purchased a gift card for my mom for Christmas and they gave me a free facial for the referral. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great results as well as great prices.

Wasted money here on IPL facial treatments. I bought pack with 2 treatments and saw ZERO results. I know its not my skin as I previously had a single IPL treatment at a different spa and had great visible results.

Just had my third PRP hair restoration treatment at Metropolitan. I’ve been struggling with hair loss since my daughter’s birth. A friend of mine suggested I try their PRP hair treatment. To be honest I was a little skeptical at first as it can be expensive and painful. But Regina was so helpful and kind. She talked me through every step and made feel really at ease during each session . So far the results have been better than I imagined. My hair loss has definitely improved and I can even see some hair regrowth. I have another 3 treatments left and am looking forward to the results.

Staff is very friendly and professional. They make the wait, if any, very comfortable with their waiting area which offers drinks and snacks. Experience overall was delightful. Only drawback is it can be a bit pricey, but they do often have coupons or deals.

Love this place! At first I was a bit upset the first time I went to have services. Staff was nice but they were having computer problems. It was my only day off from work. After meeting the office manager Ashley she made everything so PERFECT FOR ME! I have now referred many friends and family!

Overall friendly staff. I came for tattoo removal since it seemed to be for a good price. I initially went to Atlanta Dermatology institute where they charge over 200$. After two treatments in Atlanta I figured Id get the tattoo removed totally here for a better price. Bad idea the treatment ended up burning me and now I have keloid marks I have to pay extra to get removed. Overall unhappy Id rather the doctor had given me a laser appropriate for my skin.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and Alyssa went above and beyond to help me secure an ending special promotion that I didnt know existed the day of my first appointment. I get laser lipo and take advantage of the vibra-trim machine. With healthy eating and good diet you can see the results quickly and continuing. I will of course keep coming back from more! Just make sure to book your appointments WEEKS in advance because they definitely fill up quickly!

Giving it 2 stars because the staff is nice and the place is clean. Sauna doesn’t get hot and the lipo laser doesn’t work at all. What a waste of money.

First let me just say that this place is incredible! I purchased a package in February and I decided to complete my lipolaser treatments. Today was my 4th session. When I arrived I was greeted and asked if I wanted to go into the next room where it was warmer. I replied yes. I didnt wait very long before a young lady with long black hair escorted me to a room for my procedure. First she put the belt on wrong and apologized for not being on her A game. This didnt bother me. After 10 minutes I noticed the lasers werent on. A customer walks by my room and she said she would get someone for me. Another lady came in and turned on the machine. The long hair lady returned before my 30 minutes were up. There was only 11 minutes remaining. When the timer was up, it was 12:20p. I decided to time her to see if she would come back soon. She never came back. I sat there until 1:00p. I then walked to the front as she was coming down the hallway. I told her was going to leave and she said o.k.! Not once did she apologize for leaving me in that room! Even when she checked me out she didnt apologize. I think she needs to be retrained on how to provide good customer service. I was ignored I intentionally! I left before finishing my session because it was ruined at this point. I hope my next visits are more pleasing. It only takes one bad apple to ruin a business. I gave todays visit 2 stars. My previous visits were 5.

This place is Awesome!! I was hesitant but they are very professional and make everyone feel very comfortable!!

Staff was nice and able to fit me on my schedule. I went there for laser hair removal and one my 3rd visit, they used a different machine on me. BIG mistake! I had two small (but very painful) burns on a very delicate area! When I called, I was told to put aloe on it and not to use that machine again. Um, ok...I thought that there was a lack of concern considering that laser is not supposed to burn your skin. I didnt go back, despite paying for four treatments.

Reasonable prices. Nice people. If there is ever a mess up, they are good about getting back to you and resolving the issue.

Been here a few times, disappointed with the customer service I received yesterday. Felt rushed, squeezed, and the negative words of the nurse drawing my blood, had me a little scared to be honest. I was considering rescheduling due to dehydration but I was quickly stuck a second time... immediately after she told me she was afraid she would pop/blowout? my vein! Umm please dont stick someone if youre afraid to cause damage especially since its a cosmetic procedure, not a necessity. The whole time I was telling her I needed more water first but she was rushing and making remarks about my veins because she had another client waiting. I had purchased a $900 package in May 2017, which was supposed the be split into three payments of $300 each time I come get the PRP facial. But since May, I have moved far away from Houston. So they informed me at checkout that the total amount is due because it has been longer than 3 months. Instead of spending the $300, which I had planned on spending, I spent $600.. thanking God the whole time that I have enough in my account since I was not told prior that the agreement was no longer being honored. No one ever said it had to be paid in full within 3 months until now, and I had called several times. I told the assistant I needed some product for my face since my blood draw didnt produce much PRP. I wasn’t offered any samples, and I didnt see any product for after PRP facial except for maybe the Journee which they are selling for $120, but I can order online for $90. Idk, felt weird after leaving. Decided to give 3 stars because it’s a good deal for PRP facial and I do like the results. Leaving this review because I’m tired of being on the receiving end of bad customer service in Houston.

There price are reasonable in comparison to other med spas in the city.They have great specials on packages as well. I have found that their technicians are friendly and their products are high quality. They do charge extra for extractions for facials, when I dont agree with.

Before I found Metropolitan MedSpa a few years ago, I used Groupon and LivingSocial to flit from one spa to another. However, Metropolitan was so far superior to all the others with respect to the professionalism and competency of the staff that I use them exclusively. They have frequent specials that are close to others prices so theres no need to shop around. Darly, in particular, is incredibly conscientious and particular, taking whatever time is necessary to ensure that she provides the best service possible.

To be very honest, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not knowledgeable and very unprofessional. I dont know how they are with other services but do not trust them with laser hair removal. I had gotten SECOND DEGREE BURNS on my right forearm because the tech was not listening to me. (I dont mean a few burn spots here and there. I mean full on burns over the entire arm.) I kept telling her that it was too hot but she just kept repeating that no its working, its working. Not even 5 minutes later my entire arm turned red wherever the treatment was done. I spoke to the doctor in charge, and he apologized for the mistake. What was super annoying was that Donna pretended like it was not a big deal. She just laughed it off and said haha at least hair wont grow there. How dare she?! Im sitting over there in pain and wondering if the scars would ever go away and she was acting like it was nothing. The doctor did, of course, agree to do dermabrasions until the scars went away.Although a few months have gone by since the incident, for those who are still deciding on whether or not to get laser done from here, please do your research first.
