I can’t say enough great things about this place and the staff!I’ve had a little work done here so far and so very very pleased with the outcome. They’re always right on time for my appointment and don’t try to sell me on anything I really don’t need. They make honest suggestions and give a great price! Honest questions get honest answers. This is DEFINITELY my new go to spot for facial work.

The service that was provided was good. The environment fair. Cleanliness? I’m unsure. I didn’t see a sink anywhere for hand hygiene.. although I wasn’t looking super hard either. Although Sam seemed very nice. Not sure if I would recommend this place or come back.Edit** most of the flaking from my face is gone now and the redness has resolved. my face looks more textured/scarred. I know these are not previous scars because they are in the shape of the microneedling head. Im pretty sure holding the device in one spot for 3-5 seconds and moving on to the next is not evidenced based practice. I will not be coming back here.

My first point of contact was speaking with Claudia on the phone to potentially book an appointment and I was impressed with our conversation. I researched other med spas and because of our talk, I choose this place. Today, I went in for a laser treatment and was so pleased with my service, and her professionalism. She is an educated medical technician and also has a masters in education. I highly recommend this business. Also, what impressed me is that they are in the business of doing great services and do not push products. In fact, they barely had any and if requested would be willing to order some online for you.

This place is amazing. I have been really struggling with acne for a little over a year now and this place helped me get it under control in 3 months! I started treatment here about a month ago, and I love it! They have great deals on laser hair removal, I was able to get a great package. They are very detailed and go over evertuthing with you. Fabulous service! Went for a microneedling session and they even included a quick microdermabrasion! They explain each step, are gentle and prep your skin really well. It’s a no-frills office space but I appreciate that - I rather have reasonable pricing than a gorgeous spa setting.

Today was my first time here! I saw their business from Groupon but decided not to purchase from Groupon. Their service is already affordable! Make sure you check their Facebook page for their specials! I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it’s my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office.When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha.I came in at 9:45 and it’s now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn’t too long but you definitely don’t feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business!Make sure to bring cash! They have an extra charge of 5% for credit card transactions.

Sam was absolutely amazing. I have never had a procedure so detailed, explained and thorough. Every single step that was done from removing the needling out of packaging (microneedling) to placing the mask on was explained and done right in front of me, which was really appreciated, especially coming from a medical professional. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed you lay on has built in massagers and amethyst crystals with red light therapy. Seriously? Who even does that!? I’ve had microneedling done before and l can honestly say that it was nowhere near as comfortable as Sam’s was. I made my 2nd appointment before l even left and can’t wait. Go see Sam, you won’t regret it.
