Not even worth the 1 star.I just had an overall bad experience from the time I tried booking, to the minute I left my appointment, very disappointed.I initially tried to book an appointment through their online booking service. The service I wanted was not an available option to choose. So I find something else Im interested in and it says there are no available Saturday appointments for the next several months(because I quit looking)So I call and the receptionist suggests I have a consultation first. I agree and book the consultation.I was sent 2 different emails, one reminding me of my appointment, the other asking me to confirm. I did. I then get a text asking me to confirm so they know whether to cancel my appointment or not. I kindly reply that I will be there even though I know I already confirmed.The day arrives and I show up to my consultation a few minutes early, my esthetician is running a few minutes behind....no biggie.They then introduce themselves and say to follow them back. But then when we get to the back, they dont know where to take me.We walk through the halls until we find a place to sit.They were not prepared.Not once did they ask to examine my skin, just asked me to take off my mask..I relayed my issues and was only suggested one package option. They directed me back to the front where I waited for them to find the current price on the package which came out to over $1200.They gave me their card and I was sent on my way.No other treatments were suggested or offered. I felt rushed. And I felt like they were more concerned with making the $1200 sale vs trying to help me find a solution. Wont be going back.

Microblading class student here and I loved it!! Totally encourage people to check it out if you’re thinking about microblading!Liz and Kelly definitely made the experience unforgettable! It was both very informative and fun, I love their vibes! They are so thoughtful and caring, they make sure you know they are here to help you be successful and help with any questions you may have!

Being an adult with stubborn acne and dry skin, I decided to try a facial! My very first facial was life-changing...I can’t wait to go back. My service provider, Kendra, has over 19 years in the medical/plastic surgery field. She conducted a thorough consultation with me beforehand, explaining every detail based on my concerns. We added a dermaplane treatment to my facial which was perfect. The experience was long and relaxing at such reasonable pricing (even for a poor college student like myself). Since it was my first time, I also purchased a couple products that were highly recommended for my acne and dry skin concerns. I’m so happy and am excited to visit Kendra again next month!

I went in a few weeks ago for my first appointment with Kelly at Skin Essentials after reading their reviews and seeing their before and afters. She was really friendly and professional. Ive been doing crossfit and alot of intense exercises but Ive continued to have stubborn areas that I have not been able to get rid of, no matter how much diet and exercise i do. We decided to focus on my lower stomach and sides as they would see the best results.Kelly showed me other patients with similar body types and their results.Day of treatmentI went in on a really busy day at work, so busy I was actually wondering if I was going to make it. I went there wearing some workout clothes and was expecting to be there for 3.5 hours or so. Kelly told me I would be able to work while the treatment was going on. They took notes on measurements and she was so professional I wasnt uncomfortable at all. We started and I had my own room and bed for the treatments. The team totally set me up to have a perfect makeshift office. They also put one of my favorite movies in the background. I took several meetings while getting the treatments and also catching my favorite movies.The treatment itself in terms of pain was manageable.  The only time it kinda hurts is when they remove the machine but then they massage it and it stops hurting. After a few hours of treatment I was done and on my way! Almost didnt want to leave because I had such a great setup. I had some soreness later that evening but some ibuprofen took care of it.Day 2: I felt swollen and had slight numbness around my waistline. This didnt create any problems though. I still worked out and did a cardio class.Day 3-6: The swelling had gone down but my waistline was still slightly numb. I was able to enjoy my regular workout routine throughout these days.Day 10+ I feel totally normal. Im looking forward to going back and taking some after photos!

Marissa has been doing my hair for years and I love her!! She always listens to what I need and want and she’s honest with me if it’s something that won’t work or will take time. She’s the only hair dresser that I have found in this area who truly knows how to cut and style curly hair. She’s wonderful and I highly recommend her 100%!!

Worst experience, And a Scam!

The best spa EVER!! You will definitely be satisfied with their service and their warm welcoming. First time visit was on Valentines Day 2020 to get a deep facial cleaning and I will be returning soon. Courtney was aMMazing and very knowledgeable and sweet! Seriously I can go on and on to rave about these ladies and the atmosphere.You can feel so at peace and again all the ladies there are so sweet!

I started going to Esther for my hair last year. I had a run of bad luck with stylists and after a horrendous hack job my friend recommended Esther. I’m so glad she did! She always does a great job. I got my first color from her today and I’m so happy with it. Wish I would have found her years ago!I haven’t used any other services here but I plan on trying out some fillers soon. Hoping for great results so I can leave another 5 star review.

I had to leave a review because I got cool sculpting on my triceps, legs, and abdomen and I absolutely love the results! I got my abdomen and legs done 2 years ago, and my triceps done about 1 year ago and I can still tell a huge difference! When looking at old pictures, I can tell I am definitely slimmer now even though my workout routine hasn’t really changed. My legs especially have always been a problem area for me, and now I have an easier time fitting into my jeans and don’t feel as much rub between my thighs. The areas felt a little numb for 1-2 months but it wasn’t painful at all! I have also gotten my hair done with Esther and Marissa, lashes by Clarissa, and facial services by Kelly- all have been enjoyable experiences! Been going here for years, love this place

I was referred to Esther by a couple friends and booked an appointment for highlights and a cut. She is amazing! My blonde is gorgeous and bright with no yellow tones and unlike a lot of other salons she was super fast but not in a rushed way! Normally a partial and cut takes other places up to 3 hours with the amount of hair I have and she got it done in less than 2 hours ☺️

DO NOT recommend CoolsculptingThey may be good in other services but the cool sculpting is a rip off.. I paid over $1000 for a treatment on my chin and not only did I not lose any fat .. I gained much more than I started with! The fact that I weigh 15 lbs lighter than I did when I did the procedure...its all to blame. Thank God I didnt sign up for more sessions and waste even more money! Still make me upset to this day.

I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my cut or color. I have thick, dark dark brown hair, and she puts in the time to make me a beautiful blonde. I am so blessed to have found her!

I have been going to skin essentials the last couple of years for a haircut and its been great, the staff is very welcoming, the place is very clean, and also smells great. Christina has been cutting my hair and she does awesome work (south side fade taper haircuts). The experience is always comfortable and relaxing especially the shampoo process. I booked my first appointment with Skin Essentials and received a facial with Sherry. She did such a good job! I was VERY relaxed and my skin had such a pretty glow afterwards. I also liked that she didnt try and push any products on me. I will be back for sure.

I have been using Skin Essentials Med Spa for a year now for various services. Every time I have used them the experience was very wonderful. Their staff is attentive and very qualified. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and I will continue to use them. I use to attend another spa down the road that I will remain nameless and this is such a much better place with more services and better availability.

This place is awesome! From the time I schedule my appointment to the time I check out they take great care of me and make sure I have a relaxing spa day. They have a team full of talented people but I always request Cheri. She is a very talented Aesthetician. Cheri listens to my needs and goes above and beyond to provide great treatments. She takes pride in her work and it shows in the results! She welcomes feedback too. My appointments have always started on time and I have never felt rushed. They are even open Saturdays. I miss the Vichy shower that they removed last year but this is the only spa for me.

Great place

This was my first time here, and had high expectations because of the other positive reviews, however I left feeling ripped off. Before booking my facial I looked on their website at types of facials and pricing. I decided to try the oxygen facial, the price listed on the site said 250.00. When I checked out at the counter my price was 325.00. I inquired about the difference and was told that the oxygen was just an add on to a regular facial (75.00). The oxygen part of the facial lasted appx 5-7 minutes , and added 250.00 to the price of the facial. She said that the high cost is due to the cost of the products used. I was not impressed by the oxygen at all, it was a little machine that blew low pressure air on my skin with a little bit of misting. I feel they should post the entire price on their website. I will not be going back!

The brochure had some Christian saying on it. I was turned off by this since I do not think a business should involve their religious beliefs in advertising. I still went to get my hair cut and found that my hair dresser was brain washed with the same religious beliefs. As soon as I sat down she started to preach the bible. I asked her to stop since I am atheist. She refused and kept trying to sell me on her religion. She became rude and judgmental. I will not be returning to this place.

The staff is amazing, the place is super nice I would definitely go back for other services. But! Not for a haircut with Salvador, he seemed too much in a hurry. My hair was still wet, and to make things worse my haircut is so uneven! Im very picky of who I let cut my hair and I chose him. Only because I was in the area, next time Ill pay a little more and stick with Vincents in Montrose.

Microblading - Elizabeth did my eyebrow microblading. Im 2 weeks into it and absolutely LOVE it. I felt absolutely nothing through the entire procedure which took approximately 30 minutes. The difference is unbelievable. I was tired of dying my eyebrows every 30 days. I am one who plucked them so thin in the 80s and they really never grew back in full. POOF - I have thick beautiful eyebrows. Love it and highly recommend it AND Elizabeth.

I loved this place. Went twice and had a good experience both times. When I called to schedule an appointment, they say they are still closed but have no ETA on reopening. Some dispute with their landlord about a water leak. Tried to book at other location, but they only had one appointment in the next two weeks.I presume this place is permanently closed. Only one of the hair people went to the new location.

TERRIBLE Coolsculpting Experience.Let’s start at my consultation, where I felt so comfortable with Elizabeth. She did a great job selling it, explaining, really making me believe she believed in what she was selling me.She went on to exam my abdomen and give me her recommendations: normally purchasing 6 “cycles/units” would be good, but to really achieve my goal she believed I should really go for double that and do 12. So against my husbands better judgment, and because I in visioned me with a much more appealing stomach in 3ish months, I went ahead and took her advise and bought the 12. When I went in for my first round of treatment she mentioned how happy she was that I took her advice and went with the 12, it was going to be so great and exciting.. okay this started in April— fast forward to August when I’m ready for what i thought was my final post treatment appointment - for pictures and to talk about how unsatisfied I was, we take my pictures and she COMPLETELY AGREES!! She says she totally sees where I’m not seeing much of a change and that EVEN SHE would have loved to be seeing way better results closer to that “35%”.. so she suggests that we make an appt with her AND Kelly the owner to discuss my options and says maybe the owner will give you another cycles or two for free or discuss other financial options.. okay cool. Not what I exactly wanted because at this point i want my money back but okay let’s make this appointment with Kelly and go from there.. we’re not talking about hundreds of dollars. We’re talking THOUSANDS. Well here comes September 14th. My appointment with the owner Kelly and Elizabeth..which for starters I messed up and didn’t bring anyone with me, so I felt completely ganged up on, but anyways. After taking my pictures and Kelly putting them side by side I was completely dumbfounded to sit in a room with these 2 professionals who looked me dead in the face and said they see a change. Not just a change. But a $6,000 CHANGE!!!! I was speechless. I made the mistake and sat there and didn’t say a word. I couldn’t stop staring at these 2 pictures side by side and believing these 2 women could possibly be looking at the same thing I was. How in Gods name would anyone agree they’re seeing a change worth S I X ($6,000) THOUSAND DOLLARS! I can’t. I couldn’t say a word. I couldn’t produce a single sound. My appointment with the 2 ladies lasted around 5 minutes, long enough for Kelly to tell me her suggestion which was that I need to do 12 more cycles of coolsculpting.Not only do they see a change - but now Kelly is telling me “ideally a person who would do the 12 cycles would actually do that twice”.... I’m sorry what? Because Elizabeth sold me on the fact that typically you buy 6 cycles but if I really want to reach my goal buy 12 and now Kelly is telling me I need to buy 12 more..Can I just say that my first 12 cycles were $6,000! And she just looked me dead in the face and after spending $6,000 suggested I need to spend ANOTHER $6,000 to get better results! That when I lost all respect. All trust. And all interest in this business.And just to make sure I was completely understanding, after this absurd meeting with these ladies, I had a pre scheduled lash refill appointment where I then got to lay there for an hour digesting really what was just said to me. At check out I asked, to just make sure what I was suggested by Kelly was to do another 12 cycles and just exactly what my cost would be and sure enough Elizabeth walked right up with no hesitation and stated yes Kelly recommended you do 12 more and since you’re a VIP member your “locked in” to that “special rate”.Oh yippeee. A special rate of another $6,000. Because I was so happy with my first $6,000 I’m really going to jump right in to trusting them again.for another $6,000.Save yourself the time, the heartache and all else. The money. Invest your time and money elsewhere.

While visiting with her about the hormone replacement I also talked to her about some cosmetic options. I will be very honest.... Im a big big baby when it comes to pain and the sight of a needle makes me sick. She was so kind and helped me through the process. Thank you, DLana!!!
