This was my first experience with fillers so I was a little apprehensive initially, but Chelsea was amazing every step of the way. She took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and make sure I knew what to expect. She was also very focused on what my specific goals were and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted to happen. By the time we were ready to start I felt completely at ease.Im very happy with the results too! It turned out very natural and subtle, which is what it wanted.I went to visit my mother... she kept looking at me and telling me I looked nice, but I could tell she couldnt figure out WHY I looked so nice!I eventually told her what I did... she seemed very impressed and will likely pay Chelsea a visit too (shes never gotten fillers before either but I think shes sold).It turned out really nice!!! I feel prettier and more confident but I still look like me.Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Nurse Amanda at ROMS. She took the time to explain my facial structure and what happens during aging. She also explained the differences between sunscreens, and recommended the best option for my skin. She is very kind and I really enjoyed my visit. Also, bottom line, I feel so pretty!

I love this office! Cassie has been wonderful, and has been helping me for many years! She’s always thoughtful and thorough. I just received my first chemical peel from Amanda, and she was very patient, and made sure she walked me through the entire process. I have been a loyal patient of RiverOaks Medspa and their lovely staff for over a year already and will always return. Her credentials are far beyond your average injector, and she’s often advancing her knowledge even further by taking (and teaching!) additional courses. She also happens to be a total sweetheart, and I always leave my appointments with a smile on my face (even if I’ve just been pricked and zapped all over). And it’s not just her - the entire ROMS team is extremely friendly and professional. Excellent! The girls at the front were friendly Alexa is awesome. It was my 1st time for lip injections. Filled out quick easy new patient forms. The location is easy to find and get to. Laura my injector is the best shes easy to talk to she is thorough. She explains in detail plus she answers your questions. Laura has the smoothest gentlest hand! Wow I didnt feel no pain or discomfort at all. My result are amazing. I definitely recommend her. Like I said it was my 1st time so before finding her. I searched and researched just about all the spas plastic surgery places. Its hard trusting someone with your face. But, she definitely knows what she is doing!

Spend a lot of money here but dont you dare miss an appointment due to your mother having terminal brain cancer and being rushing to the hospital, will charge you a nice $150.00 for a no show. The nurse who has done all my procedures here has known since day one of what my family is going through. Only when I raised hell did they say will do a courtesy credit. I nform them that they lost a loyal client they said they didnt care they have a lot of people that spend way more money than I do.

Ive been a medical assistant for 6 years and have been with River Oaks Med Spa for over a year. My favorite part of working here is being able to help our patients reach their goals. Im a people person and am always eager to put a smile on their face. My second favorite part of working here is having the opportunity to try all of the exciting procedures. I tried the permanent fat loss injections called Mesotherpy about 6 months ago. I had it done on a Wednesday and I was a 29 in my waist. By Sunday I was down to a 27. I am thrilled with my results! Our medical provider Misty will make you feel relaxed and comfortable during any treatment. All of our staff is caring and here to make sure that our patients are 100% satisfied.

WOW...I lost 30 pounds in the first 4 weeks which is awesome. I am feeling so much better. My energy level is though the roof. I just turned 51 last week and I went dancing like it was 1999.. Normally, I would have all kinds of aches and pains the next day but nothing at all.. I attribute that to the weight loss and improved eating habits. I havent reached my weight loss goal, but I am well on my way.The support and motivation i have received from the staff here has been a great help. If you need assistance on your weight loss journey, I recommend you try this place. They are very knowledgeable and have various programs to fit anyone. You have nothing to loose but the weight.

After 5 years of being unhappy with the way my posture comes across to others in public (lazy, sluggish), and in photos, I was convinced it was beyond repair due to my military background.I knew my head was leaning down and to the left but unaware of how far forward my head and shoulders were slouching. Dr. Williams made a few adjustments with his intricate chiropractic table and other special chiropractic tools, and within 30 minutes I was not only standing more straight, but feeling more awake.Before leaving he suggested simple techniques for improving my daily posture, which I have been implementing for 6 months now, and feeling much better. I can even see an improvement in my studies and work performance.To review, River Oaks Med Spa cured me of embarrassing, poor, posture with a tactful and professionalism staff, and provided me with enough tools, resources, and information to maintain my posture as if I was a friend...not a patient.

This is the worst place I have dealt with. I went in for Microblading , and they only have one person who does this service with one year experience. I should of known then to beware, but I still paid the $650, and it was a mess!!!!! She does not know what she is doing and Now my eyebrows look worse. Please please spend your money elsewhere with a stylist with experience that actually knows what they are doing.I also did the laser treatment for my face before the microblading and that was a waster of money.Do your research and go somewhere else.

I went here for my very first time getting lip filler. The office is nice laura the nurse who did my injections, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I was so happy upon leaving the office but not so much 2 weeks later because my lips were lumpy. And yes I followed after care instructions. I went back for her to try to massage my lips and she offered my free botox but I declined. I went to an actual doctor this time around and it turns out the filler that RO used is not really supposed to be used on the lips. He said it was to hard. The doctor gave me a syringe in my lips and I got the results I wanted and I did not bruise this time. That is something I experienced with Laura and thought it was normal . I bruised so dark purple and blue at RO Not painful just not cute Honestly I regret not going to him in the first place because I went to river oaks medspa. I highly recommend consulting with plastic suergon . Its free and their syringes are actually cheaper. Good luck!

Inconvenient. Too many required visits for a busy schedule.If you have issues with your lab getting your results to them, you have to stop the program and wait until they get all of your paper work before they will continue to see you. One of the programs has you taking amphetamines to control the appetite and you can imagine how taking them irregularly could put you at a disadvantage. Bouncing on and off of appetite suppressors while you wait for them to get paper work together is not healthy, as it takes a few days to adapt to them in the first place, and I would expect a health institute to be aware of this.I would not recommend them place. There is a fully equipped clinic (get it all done in one place and a month of appetite suppressors vs. 2 weeks) in Sugar Land on Hwy 6 and 59 that has a much more convenient program with more health education instead of just strict meal plans.

I agree with other comments regarding the eyebrow micro blade. I had mine done a few months ago, paid $660 and they are fading already. It’s said they should last around 1-2 years but I’ve only had them a few months and it’s quite disappointing. I’ll probably go somewhere else when I’m ready for anotouch-up.
