My laser hair removal experience at Skin 101 with Megan has been awesome! I had multiple areas of laser hair removal done on my body. Megan was super informative and gave me great results, which was key because of my skin type. I am biracial and Megan is very knowledgeable about lasering skin for people of color. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. It was a bonus that Megan is fun to talk to and made things very comfortable for me during my multiple treatments. I highly recommend Megan for anyone wanting to get laser hair removal!

They did a horrible job! Wanted just a little on one side to even out lips. They told me, “you’re paying for the entire syringe; why don’t we use it all and fill both sides, upper and lower. Looked in mirror after she used entire first syringe and lips were completely asymmetrical. Had to spend another $350 for another syringe to fix her mistakes….. she ended up using all of it and lips still uneven. They told me to come back in in two weeks - because they knew I was not happy with results. I went back and it was a waste of time. They said, “we can’t help you.” They were extremely rude and I would never refer anyone to Skin 101.

I went today for botox and fillers. Wesley was amazing! He was patient and explained everything in detail!

I bought a membership here on a whim to try it out and get the discounts. I’ve been going at least twice a month for about 6 months. Nothing negative to say. My experience each time has been perfection. Megan has done numerous facials and medical procedures on me. She is very well educated on literary everything! She takes time to explain each step and takes her job very seriously. I’ve seen the nurse practitioner a few times for Dysport and she’s just as awesome. My goodness, even the front desk staff is excellent. Highly recommend this place for all things esthetic!!

Megan is TOP at this location. I went to her for treatment right before my wedding and my skin has never looked better in photographs. I went in today 3 days after losing my brother to a car crash and was deeply depressed but the team I met there made me feel supported. Without even knowing I was going through such a deep pain, they received me so well and I left there feeling better. They also do a great job. I love my skin. They take time to explain everything you need to know to get the best results you want.

They are very professional and immediately greet you as you enter. There was no waiting at all, even though i was a bit early to my appointment. They check me in and took me to the room. Amber was nice and gave great advise. Will definitely be continuing to come here.

Amazing! I had the best facial I’ve ever had. My skin continues to improve 2 weeks later. I was dealing with severe acne break outs. My aesthetician did an amazing job of addressing the problem and I’m happy to report my skin is so clear! My aesthetician had tons of training with my skin type and ethnic background. I stumbled upon them looking for a closer location for my Dysport treatment. Now I use them for facials and Dysport which has made a major difference in my skin. I pay for a monthly membership so I can get preferred pricing on Dysport and it kind of forces me to keep up with my facials, which feel fantastic, but it is easy to be lazy if I dont have to do something. But since I am paying for the facial monthly, might as well treat myself! The office is small, but not tight. The staff is really friendly and they certainly go out of their way to make you feel special and pampered. Of course theyll recommend products for you to purchase but the great news is, they understand that sometimes we need to balance the cost of product and services, so they always give me a sample of what they recommend so I am confident in any future product purchases.

For starters Great customer service. The minute I entered the through the doors I was offered something drink and guided to the waiting area. The place is also very homey and comfortable. My esthetician, (I forgot her name but she has blond short hair and amazing skin) was very throughly with the whole process and very informative. Very outgoing and easy to talk to besides doing an amazing job on my skin

Everyone at Skin 101 is extremely friendly and helpful! They are accommodating to my schedule and get me in and out. I love going there to get my B-12 shots. The office staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they sell and services they offer but never pushy like a lot of other places I’ve been. I would highly recommend Skin 101!

The receptionists are the BEST! They make the an already amazing reception room even better. Furthermore, every single nurse and anesthetist there is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Lastly, the people working there seem happy and glad to be there—it’s contagious.

The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. I had a very good experience with my lash lift. The waiting area is comfortable and there is free coffee and snacks. The service was quick, with very little wait time.

Meagan was more than excellent! After she assessed my skin, she recommended the Diamond Glow Ultra Hydrating for my monthly facial. Meagan does a fine job in making sure the client is more than comfortable, explains the process & steps she will perform before hand, and continues to listen to my concerns. I am grateful for her knowledge and expertise in helping get to the root of my acne, as well as knowing which treatment(s) would be best when I come in. Never pressuring me to get a certain treatment done, and even explaining why a cwrtain treatment I would like to get maybe isnt the best at the current time - due to my skin at that time- I know and my skin proves she is absolutely helping treat my acne. I fully trust her, her professionalism, and look forward to my next months facial!!

I hate to admit going to a place where they make you look younger but I just have to give this place a great review. I love the staff there. The manager Laura is so helpful with products and recommending services. I started out doing a few small procedures and now ended up coming here regularly. It is in a great location right near the mall so I can go shopping afterwards!

I came in recently for a chemical peel. Upon arrival I was offered something to drink while I filled out my paperwork. The receptionist was very friendly and I was taken back right away. I love the results of my treatment and it was recommended to do this every month and they have a membership that is very reasonable.

Lovely place. They just had their official grand opening yesterday, and I had a blast. I got to meet the physician and all the staff. Everyone was wonderful and extremely gracious. The place is very clean and I was able to get in on a special for dysport then and for future use. I really love this place, and I imagine I will be using this place pretty regularly.
