OMG, I just found this facial/med spa in Houston and they are so good and not expensive. I get the same treatments elsewhere and pay at least 30% more. Next week Im going to try their non surgical facelift treatment called Matrix. Super excited!

I have been a customer for a while now and I must say that they are the BEST place for body and facial treatments. The facilities are relaxing, pristine and the customer service is OUTSTANDING .I gave their special birthday package last month as a present for my girlfriend and they went above and beyond. They gave her an goodie bag, champagne, extra massage!I am looking forward for my next appointment.Also they have really good prices and promotions. It’s a VIP treatment, done by professionals at and affordable rate.

I got extractions here for the first time. It was painful but worth it. The lady doing the facial and extractions made me feel very comfortable. I like how they steam your face before beginning and use a special extraction device it makes it easier to get more done. Although my face was red afterwards that is completely normal and I ended up going home. Putting on makeup or any other skincare products after the procedure is not recommended by them. Overall it was a good experience.

A friend suprised me with a facial foot package and it was awesome. Very friendly staff, amazing ambience, music and aromatherapy included. Such a tranquil, clean and relaxing spa. The staff are pros in their field and welcoming to their clientele. One of the best facials I have had! Highly recommend the biophyto facial which is a deep cleanse using plant based products. Also the process involves a micro current to close pores, contour/lift your facial muscles and renews collagen production. The facial ends with a mask that renews your skin surface leaving your face & décolletage delightfully refreshed.

I just got a hydrating facial and it’s very different from what I had have done in the past at other locations. It made a huge difference on my skin. They remove all the black dots and deep clean my skin.I highly recommend this place, the staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is vary relaxing.

I feel very dissatisfied and robbed with the service of Bb glow that they made me in this place.This month I scheduled an appointment and made my payment to have a treatment of three sessions of Bbglow, I am clear that the effect is not seen in the first appointment and they explained to me that for the first time it lasted three days on the skin, but it was not like that. The treatment was done around 4 in the afternoon, when I left the Spa it seemed that I had applied two bottles of foundation, my skin shone terribly, however I thought it was the effect of Bbglow, I followed all the instructions they gave me but to The next morning my skin looked the same as when I got to the Spa. it didnt last a day. I contacted them and the solution was a touch-up, unfortunately I did not adjust any schedule in the week, after that week I had no new communication or solution. I wrote to express my annoyance and to cancel my next appointments, my money was refunded but not in full. It seemed unfair to me, a robbery, at least they would have charged half the first treatment, I know they used their products but I also know that I did not see any positive effect, not a day, THATS TERRIBLEEEEEEE. The most equitable thing would have been to return half of that first treatment. Too bad, because I was interested in doing other treatments at the Spa but obviously I do not recommend it at all, very bad experience and I will not return. Dont waste your money
