Oh my, where do I begin?From booking my birthday spa party to the beautiful day of.My guest and I were welcomed with a smile by Tera and we were then shown to the locker area where we changed.We were escorted to the “relaxation room” where there were balloons, personalized decor, sandwiches, cupcakes, mimosa’s, sangria, & water of course. None of which I brought, totally all Pure Vichy doing.We were allowed time to mingle & enjoy the refreshments. Then either our masseuse or esthetician (depending if we booked a massage or facial). Since I booked 2 services, massage & facial, I started with Ronald for my massage. Let me tell you briefly about Mr. Ronald...his hands were basically made to for this. Although he’s very soft spoken, he was also very personable. He noticed I had tension & after my massage and once I was robbed, he shared some stretched to practice so I wouldn’t be so tense. I then went on to my facial with Tatiana. The facial was so relaxing I caught myself snoring on her table.All in all, the experience at Pure Vichy was nothing less of perfection, cleanliness, & great quality along with an amazing staff.I’ll be back!

Then took us into the lounge area which was full of nice Aromas, Pleasant Auras and relaxing 😌 sounds not to mention the offered mimosas or water. Tatiana was my Masseuse where she made sure I was completely comfortable and Delivered great pressure directly to points in which we discussed but focused overall. Tamia was my esthetician and She’s Nothing but Awwwsome and Delightful, & Very Informative about the skin.My friend hand Ronald for her Masseur , she Raved about how Great he was ( I got a bit Jealous lol) , and Tera was her esthetician which she delivered a great experience for the Birthday lady. Overall your Establishment Is a place of Peacefulness, Very Inviting and Clean. And your Team Went Above and Beyond to make sure we Were Satisfied. We will be returning soon.

On a random Friday morning, I decided that I needed a ME day so I set out to find a spa for a same day facial and Pure Vichy DELIVERED.WOW, seriously! The service was amazing -- Tamia did an awesome job!I loved that I was offered wine and had the opportunity to sit in the Relaxation Room before and after my service. So peaceful.I loved the plush robe, slippers, motivational quotes, and aroma!It was everything that I needed!

I absolutely love Pure Vichy! The atmosphere is so fun and relaxing, and they have the nicest employees! I’ve been to several spas over the years but never felt both welcome and appreciated except for at this spa. Tatiana is the best esthetician in the world and does absolute magic on my face and skin! She and Ronald are the best massage therapists too…. If you are looking for a fantastic spa, I can’t recommend Pure Vichy enough!!

Scheduled and arrived for my first facial (detox facial) which was a peaceful serene experience. The aesthetician Tamia talked me through the points and process. We discussed the items I use and problems we will progress & correct. With one visit I saw a visible difference. I really loved my first experience. and will definitely be back.

This place is very sketchy looking, once inside its like an old office building. I felt so uncomfortable that I started to feel anxious. I thought it was going to be a lovely River Oaks spa, the website looked like it would be. Nope. After waiting 15 minutes after my for my appointment was supposed to start, my anxiety kept growing until I finally decided to walk out. The receptionist asked if there was anything they could do and I said no, so he said they would charge half for the cancelation.

Tatiana is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I’ve had problem skin since I was 12 and Lebrina has always told me when she use to do my hair that I should get facials and chemical peels. Well that wasn’t apart of beauty routine but when she said she was opening a spa I decided to come and support! And while I was just initially supporting!!!! I fell in love with the self care and pure ambiance of the PureVichy experience! And I’ve been hooked every since! Not only is it a great experience but the results are phenomenal I never thought I’d have clear skin!!! But Tati has me on my way honey I’m so excited!!!❤️

The staff was extremely amazing and so professional! My husband and I went in for facials and we both agree, it was by far the best. The details and the attentiveness to the skin was amazing. This was my first time at Pure Vichy Spa and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The energy was perfect from walking in, to walking out. Tatiana Greeted me, helped me with my paperwork, got me a yummy sangria, gave me a tour, and took me to the unwind room which was so relaxing. I then got one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten from Ronald, hands down! He listened to what I wanted and made my massage custom to me. He was very Knowledgeable on why certain muscles were in pain or tighter than others due to how I carry myself and daily activities. At the end of my massage, he ensured my problem areas were relieved, which I greatly appreciated. Ronald you are amazing!! If you haven’t been to Pure Vichy, get in there! Thank you Pure Vichy for my oh so wonderful experience! I will be back!

The front desk staff and management always make me feel so welcomed and appreciated. The location is very convenient and scheduling is always a breeze. The Spa is routinely adding new and holistic services to what they already offer, thinking outside the box to bring clients alternatives to fit their needs. I never feel rushed during my treatments and the atmosphere is always peaceful and friendly.

Today I had the most pleasurable experience at Pure Vichy. I enjoyed a classic massage with Tatiana. My experience was pleasurable from start to finish. This is a full service spa and I love the fact they have a relaxation room to unwind in after your service. I hate I couldn’t enjoy it since I had to jet back to work but I will definitely return soon for a day of pampering and self care.

Just went with my husband to get a massage and we both LOVED our experience. We were in desperate need of some t.l.c. and the masseuses really listened and paid attention to those needs. From the outside, the place is super unassuming, but once you enter the halls/rooms and see how big and neat the place is, you’ll feel right at home. Everybody was super nice and attentive to us. The space was clean and linens were fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a quality relaxing, stress-reducing massage.

Today I had 2 appointments, which one didn’t happen due to a staff member not being available ( which was ok because I was a bit scared) however , the service I did receive was superb. The whole appointment was awesome from the time I was greeted by the receptionist to the actual lash service. The tech was very patient, and quick, and made me feel very comfortable. The environment was so serene and relaxing. This was my first time getting lashes and most definitely wont be my last.

I love my dermaplane facial my face is so smooth and hydrated. I am 58 and the appearance of fine lines and dark spots are gone. Taylor is excellent very thorough and she explains each process and also how to keep my skin healthy on a daily basis. I will definitely be back❤️❤️

And the treatment rooms are tranquil.I received a Detox facial by Taylor. My skin was severely damaged from having worked in Afghanistan for 10 yes. Ms Taylor advised me on what would be necessary for my journey back to healthy skin. The treatment was incredible. After 1 week I finally know what bright skin means. Taylor has been available to me throughout the week for questions and status checks. Five Stars for herI also received a Lilly Look eyelash extension from Ms. Kiera. They are lovely far more natural than othersAs a middle aged woman they were just what I needed to refresh my eyes, without being overly dramatic .
