All I can say is that the least you can do is make all the nails the same size(narrow wise) and the same finished corners! I understand that you want to charge more to do a coffin shape(bs by the way for 45 a shape should be included) but I asked for my traditional length and my traditional shape that I had on my pinky nail (pretty long nails so they grow and get narrow and the corners to my nails are sharp) and now every other nail looks different I have rounded corners on some and I even have a nail that goes in a diagonal and then on my left hand I have one large fat nail while the others are pretty narrow.Thank God I have a file at home so I can fix this myself but every time I tried to tell her all she did was defend that she couldn’t adjust it and then when I told the girl I was checking out with she wanted to fix it but it was already past closing and I had no time for that BS!CONSISTENCY and make them match!It’s not that hardThe only reason I’m giving three stars was because the communication was good at first and she got it done in a fair amount of time but maybe if she took more time and actually took my opinions into account it would’ve been better.I am over spending $50 for a manicure just to have it halfway done and come home and adjust it 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Good luck to y’all but this was my fourth and final visit every time I go it’s always some thing but it was that first time they all got it right that kept me coming but I’m about done now.

I visited this nail salon this evening and I must say I’m extremely disappointed. There was a nail tech that assured my partner she could execute a design and she failed miserably. I understand that there may have been slight variations however I asked if she was comfortable with marble and she stated yes, she does the design all the time. Unfortunately, she was unable to. So I have one terribly designed pinky and a set of soft white nails with acrylic piled underneath, on the sides and full of air bubbles in the encapsulation of the soft white acrylic she thinly applied first. My birthdays tomorrow so this was a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Wow. That had to be the worst manicure I’d ever gotten. I went here because they are open on Sunday. The tech spent literally about 8 minutes with me. She did nothing on the cuticles, gave a 2 minute massage, barely filed my nails. Basically she just cut them then painted them. They look pretty much the same as before the manicure. Maybe a little worse.

If youre looking for a place to go when Secret Escape is crowded; this is not it! The people here are rude and the quality is poor. I told the manicurist to clean my cuticles and she explained that she did. Well obviously I would have seen you do so. Then she said well Im going to do this for you. Like she was doing me a favor! I shouldve known that this place wasnt great when there was not one there around rush hour time. Never ever returning; a pure waste of money!

Whenever I am in the plaza, I always come here for a pedi and mani. Towards the end of the day, its not too crowded so services are pretty quick. Spacious inside with plenty of spa chair. They have a lot of staff working at a time.The staff here is really nice and friendly. They usually take good care of me. Theres plenty of colors to choose from. I always go for a shellac manicure and my manicure usually last for a while. Their prices are also good compared to other places. This has become one of my go-to nail salons.

Mail tech, Van does an incredible ombre pink and white manicure. The Signature pedicure is best for the price. They have all of my favs, OPI line of naked, nude, and neutral color polishes, gels and dips!

This is my manicure after 4 hours, you can judge for yourself. There was one thing I liked about the place, no wait and I got my manicure and pedicure at the same time. I do not recommend this place, won’t be coming back.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. THE STAFF TALK RUDE ABOUT YOU IN CHINESE AND VIETNAMESE. I ALSO READ THE SAME COMPLAINTS ON OTHER INTERNET FORUMS! I have been there couple times and every time I visited there, I promised my self not to go there ever again. The staff is rude, they are totally unprofessional. They don’t perform a good job and if they don’t like the tip you give them, they obviously talk from your behind. The only reason I went there couple times was because I was working very busy and their location was super close to my house. I will never go there again.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Clean and professional. Rarely crowded but it doesnt hurt to make an appointment if youre getting a fill in (Henry). The best pedicures for the price. Only downside is youll never walk out with anything fancy or ornate so save the fancy designs for another time/place.

Wonderful techs! My mother is 83 with very difficult feet to work on, but ALL of the techs embrace her as one of their own and take their time with her. One of the true joys my mother still gets to experience. Very clean and not a lot of chatter. Relaxing atmosphere. Facial waxing and eyelashes are done here as well.

Amazing service. They took their time. Not too far from my apt. Tee was my tech. Def will be back. Didn’t get upset or annoyed by my requests. Got the 40 dollar pedicure. I’ll be back for my nails another day. Hate getting them both done the same time. Takes too long. Def check them out. It’s so hard to find a good nail salon so glad i checked them out. No wait and the place is nice. Also great they are open on a Sunday. It was busy but didn’t have to wait. Great customer service. Love that.

I likely won’t return. I came here because Secret Escape was full and I was less than pleased with the results. I received dip and within 24 hours, there was a crack in one nail. I came back less than 48 hours after having my nails done and was stared at and interrogated about why I was returning. The nail techs all came up to look at my nail like I was some sort of show pony and one tech reluctantly redid my nail. One of the girls there said, “She did your mails too thin.” They didn’t look thin to me. However, its been almost two weeks and they just look bad. Next time I’ll just make an appointment with Secret Escape instead of trying somewhere new.I also received a pedicure and that held up well. No issues there.

My nails looked like the guy was practicing on me. He kept saying yes to everything I said and didnt even understand English. Not professional at all last least know what Im saying to serve me. I wont go back!!!!!!

I enjoyed my pedicure. Just wish the technician across from me hadnt been pointing and laughing to the nice technician I had. I didnt know what she was saying-speaking a different language, but these actions made me assume they werent positive. Aside from that I enjoyed my experience.

I want all to really take into consideration what I am about to say.I am someone who loves the full nail experience, which means , Nails, service, and atmosphere!Nails - It took too many times for me to tell my technician what I wanted AND to clear the nail polish hanging on my skin!Service- Horrible. This was my first visit, and while being treated, All of the employees left and went outside for a meeting which lasted 10 minutes. Inconsiderate of all of the customers time just because some employees got in trouble. Mind you the store was within an hour from closing so why couldnt they just wait until everyone was gone? then when they returned, they were all laughing and expected us to laugh too.Atmosphere- yes, when you walk in, it looks luxurious, but the music in itself was very vulgar and I had my 65 year old grandmother with me. How welcoming is that!After the horrible experience , we asked to speak with the manager, He did not communicate with us, YET he communicated in his native language to his employee what he should tell us.if you want good service, nails, and atmosphere, boogie to the right and go to hi-light nails!

Really nice ladies who pay attention to detail. I am very pleased with my service. I got acrylic nails and a regular pedicure and both women who served me knew exactly what they were doing and took their time.

Worse service ever, Van was very rude. I was not satisfied with my service and I complained during my visit. The nail tech whatever she wanted and she was not experienced. Van had to tell her how to file and shape my toe nails.

I have been going here since they opened and would not go anywhere else. I like that they honor their appointment customers but also feel I can also drop in and still be able to get great service. They do not rush you or try to nag you into buying services you dont want which I have found annoying at other nail places.

Van is very rude. I went here for the first time about two weeks ago and she was rude. First off, she TOLD me that I needed to cut all my nails down because they were going to break off. Before I could answer, she starts clipping all my nails. I now have short, stubby ugly nails. On top of that, all she did was talk to her coworkers the entire time in her language and laughing. Now today, my mom had a bad experience with her, which she wasnt even there to see her! She had an appointment with Julie and Van kept giving my mom attitude saying she needed to choose a color. Unfortunately for you guys, you have lost two customers. Wasnt impressed anyway.

They have excellent service. I have been twice & I was seated right away. They are a bit expensive but it is worth every penny. The ambiance is relaxing & ppl do not yell foreign languages across the room. For someone indecisive like me, they have great ideas. Linda does great designs.

This place actually deserves ZERO stars. Poor customer service. Theyd rather be treated like trash by someone with a lot of money, than to be treated with dignity and respect by people who work hard. Dont waste your time or money. Before services could be rendered, I walked out the door. Such an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I go to the Nail Bar because of the back/neck massages. I have been a regular for about a year now and I will say this place is hit or miss. If you go on a Friday, or Saturday around lunch time it is slow and they will spend more time with you, which is super rewarding after a long work week! But any other time of the week they are sloppy, in a hurry, and dont talk to you.

This has been my salon for mani/pedis for 4 years. Everyone is so welcoming and inviting! Van and Lee are my go-to manicure and pedicure nail techs! Their level of service and attention to detail have yet to be matched. I have tried to find a salon closer to my place in the Galleria, but am disappointed each time. Van and Lee are consistent, EFFICIENT and always so kind! Lees massage is certainly worth more than the $1/hour! Van is a perfectionist and tries to stay patient with my requests. Always worth driving further for a better service. Loyal customer and will continue to refer friends!

I always get my eyebrows done here and i love it! its always very quick but it looks really nice!!

I love the establishment, the services provided and attentiveness of the staff BUT I didnt like that Mimi cut my toes (I saw blood) on both feet and didnt acknowledge that she did so. She just pour alcohol on them (as if I wouldnt feel it) and applied pressure with cotton balls. After all was said and done, I was charged full price and was not EVER offered a drink of any kind. Ask your technician her name and make sure its not Mimi. Youve been warned!

Ive been having my nails done almost forever. But visiting this place tho lovely I ended up with nails that lifted, chipped and over all were not up to par with the cost. Also the worst pedicures the most expensive price. I intend to go back in and demand a do over. Just because it has a lovely interior and free bar doesnt exclude service that is in comparison with price. The people who took care of me were rushed and simply didnt appear to care.Danielle Love

Save your money !!I got a pedicure and literally just got oil all on my legs. Nastiest feeling ever, got all on my sandals and the massage on my legs was so rough she made my whole left leg swell up, before I told her to stop.She added 3 layers of colored coat not including the extra two of the clear. She cut my nails way to short before I could stop her.Save your money !

This has been my third time going there and all 3 times were by far the worst. I love how they do my nails, but PEDICURE.. Ugh no comment! I went almost 2 wks ago and my big toe is infected from her cleaning it. I cant even wear my heels bc it hurts as hell. I asked for a manager the day after I got it done and they claim he wasnt there. So I called the following day, still nothing. Like really?!? They knew I was going to complain. Too expensive and not worth wasting your time n money there!!

It was an awesome experience and while I was there Saturday my best friend and I got pedicures, manicures, eyebrow threading, their top of the line facials and their $80 eyelash extensions. They told me the eyelashes would last at least 2 weeks. on the way home, not even 2 hours later a big clump from the end of my eye fell off and then they next morning more had fallen off of the same eye and then they just kept coming off of that one eye. I called them Tuesday because Sunday was easter and monday i had to go out of town. I had to talk to at least 3 different people and tell them what had happened and then finally the last one said that I had to come in, they had to look at it and then they would fix it. I told them i was out of town so asked if I could just get a credit, she said no. She said I couldnt talk to the manager and then she proceeded to tell me that no one got eyelashes done on Saturday. I spent over $300 dollars there and she doesnt even look up her receipts to prove that yes I got one done. That is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received! All I wanted was at least a credit so I could come back in and get something else and she pretty much told me that I was lying to her and didnt even get my eyelashes done. So now I am stuck with one eyelid with extensions (that are starting to come off) and the other with only a few here and there. I cant even begin to describe how rude they were and the fact that they didnt even bother looking up to see if I got the extensions or not and just flat out said that i didnt get them done is beyond asinine.

They did a bad job on my nails. I told the lady to take off mu cuticle but they just didnt took enough - even though I asked. Also kept asking them to bring the nail polish to my cuticles, they did not. It was like I could not understand. The shellac came off in the 3rd day!!!!Do not recommend.

I came without appointment for waxing and with 2 mins wait,Tracy was appointed to do it for me,very good professional ,less pain possible and most important very precise not leave ingrown .

Disappointing manicure. Nail polish was old, so they had to add a thinner to it. Cuticles not cut at all and didn’t even get the polish to the edges of my nails. Probably won’t return.

I have a terrible toe infection as a result of coming to this salon for a regular pedicure. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasnt there and wouldnt be for 2 weeks.
