Great experience as always! I’ve been coming to Rian since May 2021 to help with clearing my acne. The products provided have helped tremendously and I continue to visit every 3 weeks for maintenance. The place is small, cozy and warm. The food is homemade, the tea is fresh. The sauces made this morning. They always have some little thing to make the meal special: a small soup, fresh Cajeta cookies, something. I love their homemade corn tortillas and the fresh shrimp dinner. Love it. Don’t tell too many people about my place, please. It is the only one like it.

Jaida did a good job with my first ever Brazilian wax. I’ve heard that the pain is bad so as I was walking in to check in I was regretting booking the appt. But idk if it was Jaida’s technique or the product she uses bc the pain wasn’t that bad. What I liked the most was the affordable prices.

I had a wonderful experience here. Kayla was professional and quickly started my service even when I arrived a little early. She answered my questions thoroughly and gave me fair warning when some parts of the chemical peel and extraction would be uncomfortable. My skin is SOOO soft and I’ve had a nice Dewey glow all day. I will definitely be back in the future for another facial.

Always a great and relaxing experience

Got my first ever bikini wax. The tech ripped my skin off by going over the same area with the same kind of wax more than once. I asked for just an inch off the top... She took the whole top part off and was really messy with the wax... She spilled wax all over parts I did not want waxed which was not easy to pull out without pulling hair out. It took a little over 2 weeks to heal completly. I hope it does not scare.

Had an amazing facial with Rian. I purchased the products she has suggested and I am so shocked by the difference in the hyperpigmentation in my chin area..I’m so thankful. Can’t wait until my facial this week and to get some of the homemade lemonade 🙌🏾

This is more for the customer service aspect of this business. I am an ongoing customer and wanted to have facial on my birthday. Typically, a reservation is made online and I pay once the service is completed (and where coupons can be applied). I had a coupon I wanted to use but instead of their site making a reservation as usual, the system automatically charged me. This isn’t the problem, the problem is with the poor resolution response I received. An apology never was given for this issue nor any notification of this new process. Typically at every spa, you don’t pay with a reservation and being how expensive it can be, customers should certainly be notified. I was just repeatedly told (with a nonchalant attitude) that the payment has been processed and I will have to apply the coupon at another service.I absolutely love the facials I get from Desiree but I will no longer be a customer if this is how customers are treated.

Came here during a visit to Houston. The service was exceptionally good. I get facials about once a month and this one was just as good as my lady in NYC. So relaxing I floated out. Would definitely return for a facial with microdermabrasion or a peel next time I’m in town.

Bad scheduling/appointment management. I booked less than 24 hrs before the appointment. Shortly after, needed to move it a few hrs, but the place was closed so I left a voicemail asking to move me to ANY other time available with the same person (Rain).The following day, with no one calling back, I called back again. 1) I called 8 times in the course of 30 min - no answer. Then got a call back and was told that I will be charged 50% at this point if they do ANYTHING with my appointment, even to move within the same day.With this being a first visit, and the appointment made less than 24 hours before, they were not willing to work with me. First girl told me the system wont let them. Then spoke to Rain, who I was told is also a manager. Same thing - system wont let us, you should have done this as a walk in.Wound up canceling (and charged $60 for nothing) and will never go, because why would you want to go to a place this rigid?Bottom line: unwillingness to work with the client, unresponsive when calling in, cannot work their own booking system.There are lots of other places that will provide the same service but that will be a bit more flexible. Dont waste your time.

I dont get facials often but Im definitely going to now. I received the Signature Facial from Desiree, who was amazing and so friendly. The facial was super relaxing and included shoulder, arm, and hand massage while I got to hang out in a warm cozy bed. The products smelled great and were gentle enough for my sensitive skin (acne and rosacea). I feel like my skin has improved since my facial and Ive even received compliments on my complexion. I cant wait to go back for more

It was my very first time getting waxed and I was super nervous but Lola made it very comfortable and easy for me, she’s one of the best estheticians. She’s super friendly and her room is very comforting, a lot of people told me waxing is super painful but Lola made it as painless as possible. Now I’m not afraid of waxing anymore, thanks to Lola. Jenny did an excellent job, I came in for an intensive vitamin C facial with add on microdermabrasion. And I saw results immediately, my skin looks more radiant and healthy. She was sweet and was very knowledgeable on the whole procedure. I will be returning for another one next week!

Naked skin is amazing! I moved away to Florida and still have not found a facility as good as this one. They are very accommodating, quick, but thorough. I went a year and a half with getting a facial and after one visit my skin feels CLEAN! I received the pore refining treatment with the microdermabrasion. Next time I’m in town I will try to make time to come back and see them!

I’ve been using Naked Skincare and waxing for over 5 years and I’m always more in love with my skin after my facials. However, within this last year I’ve been getting chemical peels to help clear up a scar on my forehead from a car accident and I must say that I’m grateful for the results achieved. I found the Naked Skincare & Waxing Spa through a quick Google search a few years back and decided to try them out based on the reviews. My first facial was the Deep Cleansing Brightening facial and was done by Rian. Rian was absolutely amazing! She was informative, and professional. The facial felt amazing, left my skin glowing. She also spent quite a bit of time performing extractions which I appreciated.I decided to purchase another service but Rian was all booked for my request day which led me to the wonderful Desiree, who is now the esthetician I see every visit. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and those hands are magic. Ive done several facials with her which led to my hyperpigmentation fading, skintone evening out, and texture drastically improving. I highly recommend the Naked Skincare and Wax Spa.
