They started off with like a temple and head massage then did our feet , phenomenal. Tho it only gets better the staff does a great job at finding your problem areas so it’s great for people that play sports like us . Wow just wow . Best part .. less than $100 bucks for both of us & you tip afterwards. Love this place

The place is clean, nice sauna and spa. But the lady at the entrance is very rude. Once we get in , she started asking a tip before they start service. And even she asked more tip when we were leaving. And she was trying to get more money from us. It was Not professional completely. I have never seen a rude person like her. Do not recommend anyone to come here. And it was my first and last time.

Decided to bring my mom here for Mother’s Day and OMGOSH!!! Nancy and Joe and the best hands down when it comes to massage and relieving tension!!!! I appreciate you both for the professionalism and dignity you gave us both! We were able to keep our clothes on for the chair and just tops off when it came down to the bed! The right amount of pressure !!! What more can I say! Admission to the spa was 10.00 a piece and back there is a sauna and steam room! May the lady at the front door stayed with us making sure that we enjoyed our visit and was very informative! We love her so much!!! She promised we would love it and we did! I went here for a body scrub. The body scrub was amazing. The tech did an awesome job and their products were A1. Im in ty2 beauty industry so I would know. I felt safe in the facility and the places and restrooms were extremely clean. Prices were very fair

Came back and tried Kings Spa steam room and sauna, did a facial in there. It was awesome! Service is still as excellent as always. Maybe I will come more often since their opening time is very flexible for my schedule.Good job.

Steaming room and dry sauna are not even hot. I didn’t even sweat at all. Tried the whirlpool, it was freezing and stopped working. Not worth $30 for this experience.

The spa was clean and very relaxing I could’ve spent all day here if could. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I went with friends and we were all satisfied and really enjoyed the experience.

Even without the mens hot tub in service, I had an excellent time! I went on a Friday night around 8. Greeted by a very polite dude, it was explained to me that the hot tub was out. At first, I wanted to leave. Then I saw the prices for a massage and I booked one for an hour out. Showers were clean and hot. The steam room was exactly that. Recliners were extremely comfortable. Dry sauna was clean, but tolerable only up to 15 minutes. The other guys were chill (not trying to mingle). The massage was incredible! I fell asleep during the foot portion, then again during the back portion. She have me a very deep tissue massage. I could tell she knew her stuff. She didnt hit a bone once! She did ask me a few times if I was ok, and I mumbled, somewhat coherently, that she was doing an great job. After that I got the steam room, shower, dry sauna, then I was told at 1130 that the locker was closed. I was surprised because they advertise 12. I guess that is for the massage section though. All in all, 10 - 10 will go again! Oh! No women there. Weird, but all good.

I read all of the reviews before I went to Kings Spa so I was skeptical as to whether or not this little outing would be worth my time. Happy to report that it definitely was! I am used to the larger spas in Dallas like King Spa and Spa Castle...this business is not that. It’s not owned by the same people as King Spa in Dallas so don’t go there thinking it’s going to be like that. This place is smaller and only has one sauna and one steam room for the ladies...not sure what’s in the men’s department. It is very clean and I enjoyed the sauna a lot. One was enough! There is no jacuzzi in the ladies area though. It would be really awesome if they added that! But the massages....they more than made up for lack of a jacuzzi. I had the body scrub massage then added a one hour food massage also. I left feeling like a noodle!! Well worth the money spent and i would definitely go back. I have been to spas all over the world and have no problem recommending this place. :-)

Great value and professional staff!

Came for a foot massage. It started off nice. Relaxing music, warm water to soak my feet in. Good facial, scalp, arm massage. Then, the foot massage...she put gloves on. The relaxing sounds turned into latex rubbing against my skin. I thought I was getting hot stone treatments but really it was just the heat from the gloves. I could feel the wrinkles on the gloves. Kings Spa had a 3-1 lead and blew it.

Great massages...I didnt realize how bad my back and shoulders were until I started getting massages. The therapists here do great work and helped relieve the pressure I thought was just normal. The relaxing spa before and after the massage makes the experience even better.

Second Visit:After my first visit (see review below), I went back to Houston and decided to give King Spa another try. This time it was worse than the previous one! Thats why I reduced the star rating to just one. The female janitorial staff kept coming repeated time into the male spa area without notification and they didnt even try to cover they were throwing glances at us. It was very rude and uncomfortable. I wasnt able to made good use of the money I paid as I left kind of quickly.I thought that after the previous observation you will take care of this matter but it kept getting worst. I am not sure if I will visit again. Anyways, I wish you well and prosperity on your business.First Visit: (Edited after receiving Owner Response)Even though prices are fair, the lady at the front desk may project herself a little rude (though it may be because of how theyre used to be at her culture and we need to understand it) but what really made me very uncomfortable is that the female janitorial staff comes and goes from the male area as they please without warning. Im deducting one star because we called to ask if they have hot tubs and were told yes, but when we arrived we found out only the mens area has tubs. So that was disappointing. But the woman showed us around and was very nice and we decided to stay. I got the 1 hour salt scrub, which is actually a massage and dry salt scrub. The massage was awesome, pressure sometimes too much, but she was very aware of my every sound and movement and checked in with me frequently. A few times I had to say, not so much pressure and she accommodated . The salt scrub was nice. I didnt feel like several layers of skin were rubbed off the way I have at some Korean Spas but I did feel nice and polished. The steam room, sauna and showers were all fine. They dont have the sit down shower stalls though. My only suggestion is if you are a bigger girl, bring your own lounge clothes while you wait in the lounge room. Their uniforms run small and are really uncomfortable.

Not bad, considering what I was looking for. I only used the steam room and jacuzzi.Walked in, told the lady what I wanted, paid $20 and got a wrist band to access a locker. Stripped down, showered and sat in the jacuzzi for a while. It smelled, heavily, of chlorine. It also could have been hotter. The sign said it was only 100 degrees. Moved to steam room and just relaxed. After 45 mins, I showered and left.Towels are provided, along with shirts and shirts, though the shirts looked too small. Clothing is optional in the spa, so be warned. Even of you are comfortable with your own nudity, other mens nudity may be a different story.

Highly recommended this massage place. The outside of the place does not do the inside justice. It’s has a very relaxing and peaceful environment on the inside. We had a group of four and we all wanted body and foot massage so we were taking to private room with our group for foot massage first. I highly recommend calling to make sure they have employees available or when it would be a good time to come in. Very professional. They have a sauna as well as facial room and other amenities. Prices are decent a little higher than other places in bellair but it is worth it.

Went to this location in Houston for the 1st time and was very dissatisfied. I havent been a a massage place were I had to pay up front before. We went for my friends birthday (we were all in the same room). My lady was okay, my friends person was horrible & she was shorter big time. The guy my friend had was very heavy handed & it sounded like she kept getting slapped/hit hard. She was the last to get the next section for the massage, she had to ask if he was going to use any oils or lotion. I was supposed to get my feet massaged & the lady spent less than a minute on my feet and it was through a blanket. About 1/3rd of the massage time or a bit more than that was done through a blanket. Just a waste of money. Also, I barely got my legs massaged - most of the time was spent on my back & head..there were more issues but Ill stop there with them..

Had a “king’s elite” massage done by Lina. Let me just say this woman was amazing. She’s really strong, like, if you want a serious massage, ask for her. I’ve been to some higher end spas including canyon ranch at the Venetian Las Vegas, and have never had such a great massage than I’ve had here with her. This place in open super late, staff is friendly but not talkative which is important in my opinion when you want to relax. Prices are extremely reasonable ($70 for 90min?) place is fabulous

They definitely need more saunas. On the womens side they only had 2 saunas! They really need to do an upgrade.

And not all that money goes to the masseuse...Definitely recommended if you need to feel better again!

Clean and affordable place for a massage and spa experience right off Bellaire. I always try to call ahead to check the wait time or make a reservation but they also take walk ins. My favorite massage there is the foot massage for an hour. Its $25 and they also briefly massage your back, neck, and arms. The staff has always been nice and accommodating.

I was able to schedule same day services. Joan dis very well on my hot stone massage I felt much relaxed and flexible. Chi was soo professional on my hydrafacial. She even educated me with at home regimes for my problem area. She is very knowledgeable. I look forward to booking these ladies again.

Ive come here several times with my wife but we recently had an unpleasant experience in the couples massage. I may be modest, but I had to stop them because the masseuse was too bold. Nothing sexual transpired but I felt some lines were crossed and I could not let it go on. The young man who was working didnt seem like he worked there and was plainly dressed in street clothes and was frustrated when I asked him to stop massaging my wife. I had come to expect more professionalism than this from Kings Spa. Id advise anyone getting a full body massage here to stop their masseuse if theyre getting too saucy for your comfort. The masseuse then confronted me in the lobby and screamed at me in front of everyone.

Too pricey... Great place though. Has a sauna... But it is charged separately unfortunately.

Never ever again this place!!! My new born nephew is better than this place. I asked three times to do it harder, the gentleman was giving a baby massage!!! Nevertheless, me and my friends went to their manager, and told him that we were not happy, these guys should be trained more, instead of apologizing, manager said F... OFF!! Told us that we are looking for a reason not to tip them. even one star is a compliment for this place!!

This used to be my go to spot for a nice relaxing foot massage. Over the years, service has really been rude. They literally suggest you what to tip before your massage! Like I would like to know how my massage goes before I tip. It only makes sense. It used to be $20 and now it went up to $25, which isn’t bad at all. I just wish they wouldn’t hustle you up front for the tips. I haven’t been back since my last trip when they were being rude to my friend because he didn’t want to tip beforehand.

I paid $30 for feet massage but most of time were spent for shoulder and back massage. Moreover most of leg massage was done through blanket so I could not feel anything. Waste of time and money.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Went for a massage and I could barely relax due to the sounds of heavy breathing in my ear from the masseuse. The massage was okay, Ive honestly had better. The deal breaker for me was the lack of professionalism and respect when I left and offered a tip and was refused it and quoted the price of the service instead which left me very confused. I called and spoke with the rep and asked what was the issue and was told their suggested tip is 20% of the service cost and that basically was why she and the masseuse had an attitude because I didnt give what they suggested I should. A tip is just that, A TIP and I do not feel I should be subjective to give what you suggest after Ive already paid for your service and I decide that I want to give xtra. Needless to say I WILL NEVER come back to this janky establishment!!

This is my favourite place for massage and facial!! Friendly receptionist, she always helpful and make the best arrangements for me!! I love the fact their private rooms can accommodate from 2 to 4, or bigger party can use the party room! Gor more details definitely give them a call!!

Private locker area and jacuzzi/sauna for men and women. Very clean and felt luxurious. (Tip: Jacuzzi closes at 12am). Foot massage was through and amazing.

Please do not waste your money and time here!!! I had to ask masseuse several times to do whats he was supposed to do. He was giving me a massage as If I was a new born baby. I am very upset with the money I spent at this place. Manager was worse than the employees.

Very nice that there is something like a foot spa open late ! It is very clean, and we are frequent customers since they opened. There is a huge room for ladies and men for steam/ sauna. Price is fair , the steam/sauna is 10 dollars extra. I think they should include it in their price instead of paying it separately. There times, we had to go back out front and pay before we can use the steam/ sauna. It changed the mood real quick... you pay everything first before starting. The massage ladies were always very good and used pressure . Very nice place to come with friends or couples and family ! Hope they also get more of a friendlier person to help at the cashier overall it is recommended !

Horrible horrible horrible! There is no jacuzzi as they say on the website. They say one available in men’s section. Maybe it is but what good does it do to me? Very misleading. Website says jacuzziS and many other facilities. The only facilities were a couple of sauna rooms, some sort of resting area, and a locker room with shower. Run down facility. Nothing luxurious as they say on webside. Since I didn’t want to use facilities but already drove out there, I just settled for a full-body massage. Very disappointed in quality of it too. Additionally, very loud staff walked the hallway, it literally was so loud you can’t relax. Louder than spa music they put on for massage. Therapist said she’d go get hot towel to wipe off oil after massage. Next thing I know she dropped regular cold wet towel on my back. I said that it wasn’t hot, she just giggled and said “yeah, too early”. I suppose it’s my fault I came in the morning. I would not recommend to anyone.

I paid 70$ for the 2 hour kings elite massage. However, the massage ended 15 minutes short, and the masseuse disappeared for at least another 15 min half way through! And on top of that there is at least 10 more min wasted on them getting towels...absolutely ridiculous! My 2 hour massage ended up only being only 1 hour and 20 min. Theyre running a scam when it comes to time actually spent on the massage. I also saw roaches...

As soon as my husband and I walked in we were asked to pay and give tips. Who does that? How can you ask for tips before services? Had the 1hour feet massage and it was the worst I have had honestly then she turned me and though she was having a fight it was so painful but she did not seem to be bothered. Never going back there again!
