Came in with my boyfriend on this beautiful Sunday evening to get pedicures and we were completely amazed by how great everything went. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. We were also shocked to see how hard these ladies really work cohesively to get everyone assisted and helped. Not one complaint at all. We were chatting and joking around with all the ladies who work there and there was never an awkward moment. We left feeling extremely pampered and taken care of. We are happy to have found our go-to pedicure spot!!! Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Went in for a refill and the tech starting filing down my nails, I told her again that I wanted a refill and she kept going and removed the entire dip powder nail I had, then I was charged for a removal and fresh full set ($55). On top of that, two of the fingers ended up crooked, she fixed one but I was so annoyed that I decided to leave and try to fix the other one (my pinky) on my own. Top coat looks terrible as well. Very disappointed and will not go again.

Hollywood nails & spa has a new owner. There service is very good and still have 20% off. If you wanna do powder I would recommend Ms. Mimi and Ms. Kim, they are awesome. If you worry about the price you could ask them, theyre dont mind about that.

Ive gone here two different times and both times were good experience. I get the Felix package that comes with a ton of stuff for only $35.00. They give you an amazing hot stone foot massage and they give you wine. I love it, if you are looking for a clean affordable place for a fast experience. This is the place!

Absolutely the best nail salon!!! Ive been coming here over 6 years & I have never had a bad experience. The staff here is always so nice & friendly! My girly Jenny that has been doing my nails for the 6 plus years Ive been coming here is absolutely amazing! She knows her craft & is simply effortlessly amazing! She listens & knows exactly what you want! I only come to her for my nails & eyebrows! Seriously anyone looking for a great place to come get nails, pedicures, etc this is the place to come to.

TERRIBLE! Went last night to get my nails done with Tina she rushed to get them done. I got powder nails and chose number 26. I attached a picture so you all can see for yourself half the nail was a dark purple the other half was a light purple when you compare it to number 26 it looked nothing like a solid color. There was glue all over my nails even after I washed them. Called the manager the next day she was not costumer friendly at all. She told me She could fix my thumb but made excuse after excuse about the nails. she even told me the glue will wash off if you keep washing your hands and give it a couple of weeks?? I will never go back... I paid 50 dollars! Never again. Bad Costumer service and terrible nail salon.

Best pedicure Ive ever had!

Service was horrible. My pedicure hurt and it looked like a 5 year old painted my toes. They started late and 2 hours later unsatisfied.

I just wanted a simple manicure and my acrylic nails removed. In all my years of having my nails done have I had anyone RIP off the acrylic. She absolutely destroyed my nails and wouldn’t stop until I yanked my hand out of hers and got up to leave. I told her 3 times to stop and that she was destroying my nails. She just laughed and said it was easy- I left with one hand still having the acrylic still on because she would not listen to how bad it hurt and how she was destroying my nails!!! As I was leaving the lady giving pedicures said she could soak them off- no kidding! Should have done that in the first place when I asked!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!

I’ve been coming here for a long time and they ALWAYS do such a nice job on my nails! They last for a long time. Tracy and van are the ones who always do my nails! They’re also so sweet and nice to me! A few times i got a pedicure I messed the paint up on one of my toes and they fixed it with no problem! I don’t trust other salons doing my nails!

Ive gone to Tina 3 times now for shellac & a pedicure. She does a nice pedicure with a good massage. She is friendly, makes me comfortable and pays attention to the details when doing my nails. Not all of the employees are a thorough as she is. Shellac on my nails = $30 and takes about 45-1 hour.

This has been me and my mom’s nail salon for over a year and we love it! Their staff is so polite and very helpful. If you can, make an appointment with Jenny or Joanne—they’re awesome!!

This shop and the workers suck. i spent over $100 for them not to do a good job and service. My eyebrows are shaped two different.My nails she refuse to put nails on the way i instructed her to put them on. They do not have the natural look how i told her to do them. The acrylic is lifting after the first day. My pedicure she act like she doesnt know she is suppose to clean underneath my nail. Thats there set up for you to have to come back sooner. i paid for a service and tipped on top of that with Jennifer and Tina to. Called to inform them of my concerns talked to Jenny and she was so rude made excuse for her workers. I paid for my nails to look a certain way this is not it. There should be not stars given

Im upset I didnt get what I wanted. I asked for aclear dip powder manicure and ended up getting a regular full set. My nails werent even and I had to point it out to the lady, even after they werent even. While she was doing my nails I felt like she was rushing and talking on the phone at the same time. At one point while she was using the little machine to file my nails and was looking away and almost cut me. I have glue under my nails. Once she was done she never put cuticle oil and allow me to wash my hands. The oil was applied at the end and she quickly sent me to the front to pay. I felt like the customer service was not the best, and the quality of my manicure was very poor. (The girl that answers the phone is very unprofessional).

I have been coming here since they first opened. Jenny, Tina, Van, and everyone there are always so polite and professional. I have never had a bad job done here. And I have seen them stay way past closing time to accommodate walk in customers. I do my best to schedule an appointment. To comment on Ms. Lewiss review: Wine is served on certain pedicure deals only. If you get basic services then wine service is not part of it. Perhaps this will help in the future. :-)

Tonight, I walked in 30 mins before closing & the staff welcomed me as a first time guest. The Deluxe Pedi was spectacular and worth the price of $35. Jennifer delivered and had the right touch. I will ask for her next time. Thank you, Team Hollywood Nails & Spa.

If i coul give no stars i would. Tina did my nails and she was so in a hurry to get to her other customer she hurriedly did mines. Leaving lent or something under the shellac polish do lumps are in the nail. No customer service what so ever than when she looked at receipt and realized i didnt tip oh she was really mad and verbalized it to her colleagues . I dont care you were nasty the whole time, jerking my hand and rubbing roughly. I work hard and this is suppose to be my every now and then treat you and your folks runined it this time. Then lets talk about Jennifer who did my toes in all but 10 minutes. Didnt even cut, shape my toenails for symmetry , barely cleaned around nailbed. Nonsense!! Rude and treated me like i didnt belong ther. Not a hello or nothing just started working on my feet. The whole time i was there i wanted to kick her in the face. Nasty rude poor quality people and i will not return. I know you figured the black girl wouldnt tip well know this... i didnt and i dont feel bad about it cause you guys didnt even deserve payment and i will never return there. Just left there and I am boiling mad !!!

I got the dip polish on a Friday and three nails were chipped and broken by Sunday morning. I wasn’t doing anything rough with them but they started cracking and broke. I would expect better for having paid 50 bucks. Never going back.

Everything was great. Tommy did an awesome job on my pedi. Mostly everyone was nice. However I did not like how the ladies that came in after me were offered drinks and I wasnt. They made sure everything was taken care of for them. I just feel like everyone guest should be treated equally. What you do for one you should do for all. Not saying it is a bad place, just felt the need to voice my problem there.

The people are great as well as the service.. But the quality of the nails are horrilbe. I go back because of the people but every time i do i regret it and feel its a waste of money. My nails brake within the week. My stones fall off the same day. Just horrible quality.

This is a good place for some relaxing me time. Try it!

My 1st time here and I just Loved It!!! Great people and service. The hot wax and hot stone massage on both mani and pedi were exactly what I had been looking for, for some time now.They stayed open way past closing time to service my daughter and me, ON MOTHERS DAY!!! Now thats service!!!My Mani and Pedi came with wine but they also offered my daughter soda or water and my 10yr old which was waiting in the lobby got a drink.I will continue to come back they have a new loyal customer.

I went in for a pedi and refill decided to try chrome finished nails that I was told lasted like shellac 100 50 dollars for the polish 25.00 nails 25.00 toes ok so I splurged. Polished chipped first day went back would not fix for free so I paid to have my nails polished a regular color smh they only offer drinks to white women theyve never offered me a drink and when the offered drinks to every white or Hispanic but not me I asked why and was told oh sorry you want something I kindly said no thanks and left to return no more Rude people poor service high prices

Did poor job on painting my nails this past Sunday(late afternoon). (Cracks & layers in the polish started showing up very next day)Came back on Monday to re-paint - they were closed(given - its a Labor Day weekend!) didnt have chance to come back until this evening & manager tried to charge me $7.00 for something theyve screwed up 3 days ago! Mind you, I always leave a good tip & any other place would say sorry its our bad let me fix it for you, bc we value you as a customer this manager lady said its a regular nail polish. Should have used shellac (somethings within those line) . Guess what - not coming back there again. They lost hundreds of dollars over the period of next number of years that I would be going there over $7 bucks bc she didnt want to admit that theyve done a poor job to begin with!!

Horrible experience with this salon I went in for a new full set and since i had a little bit of lenght the guy did not use tips even though i specificly asked for tips re reasured me that he would build up the lenght and I told him i have very thin nails he told me sont worry youll be happy i reluctantly let him work and sure enough with in 10 hours a nail broke i called the salon to ask them to re do my nails the way I had originally requested they said no ans they will only fix the broken one being that i dont live close to this shop it will a huge inconveinience to fo back every other day as they will surley continue to break the did not offer a credit for a refill NOTHING a full set coast about $45 I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

My shellac manicure began to peel in five days and by the time I got back to the shop 8 days later my nails were peeling like crazy. They did not care to do anything about it. NO WAY was not going to pay full price to have them done there again!!!
