The staff was so friendly. My daughter was sick but everyone made her feel so comfortable. The wait time was also not bad just a few minutes. I will come back here for my emergency needs.

I had an appointment at 1:30. I got there at 1:20, and I was done by 1:27. I always come to this place for medical need and covid test. AMAZING

I was able to be seen quickly. However, I had to be seen in my car in a noisy parking lot because no one was allowed inside unless theyd had a VERY recent negative covid test. The nurse and doctor were kind and listened, but it was hard to hear everything said because a truck near us was running and was quite loud. That was frustrating. I dont know how they could hear anything through the stethescope.

Needed an X-ray on a Saturday afternoon. Gave them a call, came right in. The entire process was 40 minutes. Start to finish. Walked out with a fashionable new shoe for my broken big toe! Great staff, they were all very caring and attentive. If you need help get it, dont wait, they will take good care of you. They accept United HealthCare and many other insurance plans. Much cheaper than an ER or hospital. Will save a lot of time and money. However if you need care they can give it

My sister and I were traveling from out of state when we became ill. The crew working that day were incredibly hospitable, quick and we left with the rx for medicines needed to fix us up!!

Overall great experience! I was a walk in and was seen with a decent amount of time. They address my concerns regarding my ear and i feel much better . Staff was nice and was informative to let me know the cost of any service that wasn’t covered by my insurance but the service begins to to understand my potential chargers . Thank you !

Great experience overall!They were busy but I was still seen very quickly. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nurse was very nice and the Dr. Was great! In and out! Took care of my wounded finger and got me back to work.Worked with my insurance.$30 copay and I was out the door!Thanks guys!Highly recommended!

Not much of a wait time. Everyone was very attentive . The staff was knowledgeable. This is the third day after the visit and I feel almost human again . THANKS GUYS.

I don’t typically write reviews but wanted to make an exception given the quality of care I received here. I was one of their last patients late on a Friday evening and every person I interacted with from the front desk to the nurse practitioner was kind, competent, helpful, respectful and welcoming. If my family or I need to visit an urgent care clinic in the future this is the one we will choose even though there are several others closer to our home.

I can get an appointment much quicker than my doctor. So instead of having to use the ER I go here. They will tell you if going to the ER. is necessary. I have waited hours in the ER to see a doctor on short notice only to need antibiotics and not admittance.

Awesome Doctor who’s knowledge was beyond the scope of most doctors.I am impressed with people who continue to increase their knowledge as this doctor does.

Great Place! Love the way you can make an appointment online and they come out to your car. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. When you do need to go in it is clean. I also want to thank Dr. Jim Rinkle for returning my call later in the evening to answer some questions I had. He took the time to help me and did not rush me even after a very busy day I’m sure. Thank you to all the staff for what you do especially during this trying and busy time of a pandemic.

Anytime I need to see a doctor but dont have the availability to go to my regular doctor or when it doesnt have enough severity for the emergency room I come to Medella, sprained ankles and tummy troubles, theyve got you no matter what. Also the doctors and staff are all so kind theyll make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in, 10/10 for bedside manner and professionalism.

The NP and all the other staff are friendly and accommodating. There’s just this one staff that was scarily when sticking the test stick to my husband’s nostril. When she tested us the following day, she was with the nurse practitioner, and surprisingly she wasn’t as bad as the day before when I watched her do her job with my husband.

Friendly staff. Walk-in clinic and wait time was 15 minutes. My doctor is very good and nice. Diagnosis was 10 minutes and picked up prescription right away at CVS near home. Followed doctor’s recommendations and recovered in 2 days as expected. They accept major insurance. I will have a visit again if my primary doctor isn’t available at time for treatment.

The nurse practitioner that wrote the prescriptions never even looked at the problem that was going on. Only the student nurse did. I felt the service was very subpar. Usually the service is right on spot and very efficient.

The worst Urgent care Went back and forth for two weeks on sending a prescription over to my local pharmacy. Even when I went to pick up my prescription from the urgent care like they told me too…. They still did not know what I was talking about…. Very poor with organizing themselves but extremely fast at charging you….. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I arrived to an empty waiting room and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Things were moving slow. I had a sore throat, a cough, and aching muscles. I was there over 2 hours. There were other patients in the back.The Dr. was very friendly and helpful. I got 2 prescriptions (they called in to the pharmacy) and headed out.I would use them again….unless they were busy.

I came in at 7:45 pm with a deep laceration to my hand. They did a great job. I got a room quickly, they stopped my bleeding, and stitched me up. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic is clean and comfortable, the wait was short, and everyone was very compassionate and listened. I did not feel dismissed and felt that the provider was honest and provided the immediate care I needed until my appointments with further specialists. My back had seized 3 weeks earlier and pulled on my scapulae, setting back the healing of my left frozen shoulder, setting in a loss of function, strength, motion, and creating pain in my right, and causing ceaseless and inhibiting pain across my back and in both arms. The care I received loosened it up, I regained some range of motion, the weakness and heaviness and pain lessened on the right, and I could do a bit more around my apartment. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I trust them in case of an acute emergency. I hope not to need them, but it is rare after a 12 year and continuing medical odyssey to have medical providers like them available, and to feel safe. Priceless.

My experience started off very badly. The first doctor I spoke with was dismissive and rude. I wish I could remember his name, but I just know that he was an Asian man. He disregarded my concerns and interrupted me several times as I was trying to explain the timeline of what all that I had been feeling. He tried to say I just needed to make some “lifestyle changes,” which didn’t make any sense. I don’t smoke, I drink very moderately, I have a very healthy diet, and I lift weights 3-4 times a week (at least, I did, prior to feeling how I am). He gave me no possible explanation as to why I might have been having headaches almost every single day for 2 weeks, or why I was feeling intense swelling on my neck near my thyroid for the past 10 days.Luckily, I broke down to one of the nurses, before deciding to just leave without any help, whatsoever, and she had Natasha Bensowitz come in and reevaluate me. She confirmed that I had a nodule on the right side of my thyroid, had me get some blood work done, before I left, and referred me to get an ultrasound on my thyroid. I am so grateful for her, because what I am feeling is not normal and is very uncomfortable and painful, at times. I hope to find some actual answers, as a result of her help. She’s the only reason I give 4 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 1.

I was seen quickly. Everyone from check in, nurse, x-ray, and doc was really nice. Confirmed broken foot, put me in a boot, and sent me home with referral for podiatrist.😊

This place had a convenient online appointment feature. Easily upload documents. The wait was relatively short and they came out to the car to do the covid tests and were as gentle as could be with our family.

The best urgent care you can ever go best caring Dr. My husband is ill with type one diabetes in this hospital went out to him to care for him in his vehicle. He ended up with poison ivy somehow that doctor is amazing the representatives and nurses are amazing please dont waste your time anywhere else with urgent cares this is the place that is truly God-sent

Very helpful; doctor even came out to my truck to listen to my lungs, after negative covid test, bc of an irritating cough & prescribed medication that he called in for me so I didn’t have to go somewhere else! They work late so I was able to go after work as well. And they call you back if you leave them a message!! I appreciate y’all!!

I went there for a Covid test which I had to schedule at midnight when the scheduler reset for the next day. I think if you have the ability to schedule the test at a decent hour, just open it up so when you are sick you dont have to wait until midnight to schedule your appointment.Once I got to the clinic the receptionist who helped me was very responsive to my questions and helpful in getting the process started. You are asked to fill out the questionnaire in your vehicle and wait there during your visit. Once again the first person who had to come out to pick up the documents could not find me so the receptionist came out and with no problem found me in my vehicle right away.After sitting in my truck for an hour the tech finally came out and after talking to a friend she started going to other vehicles. She finally came over to my truck after I waved her down. She was very rude and seemed put out by having to come out and do the test procedure. However the PA came out withing a few minutes to talk about my test and how I was feeling although there was no recommendation given to me I was just glad I didnt have to wait any longer.All in all, it was ok. Probably the best they can do for now but not sure if I would try them again. I think the techs behavior couldve been a lot better but will give her grace for her time treating my illness. So a 3 it is for me.

They are taking every precaution due to Covid I was well taken care of from start to finish. The Doctor Who attended me was super prompt very helpful explain the situation and got me out of there soon. the nurse so gave me a shot and who took my vitals were also very kind and attentive!

Scheduled covid test. Test was given one hour after my appointment. Waiting, in the car, 2000 degrees outside with my sick daughter. Then another 20 + min waiting for the result. Ive had several covid testing experiences (unfortunately) from different testing sites This one was the worst. At least I was able to get in and they let me use their restroom.

They are so kind and fast. The doctor was great and so personable.

Great experience. Entire staffing was very attentive and polite. Service was quick. My kid was running a mild temp, and covid/flu testing was completed right at my car. I had her watch a movie while we waited on the 15 min results. Highly recommended. Very convenient.

Greeting was welcoming and pleasant, all required information provided upon check in and the process explained thoroughly. I was prescribed the perfect meds to knock out my sinus infection and have not had to return. Happy with the entire staff.

I would not recomend this place, the only positive thing I have to say is the nurses were the only thing good in this place (Louetta Location).To begin, they dont allow you in the building. I understand waiting in the car until it is your turn, but when the doctor ADMITTED that he could not hear how my lungs sound because the street was too loud, that should been an indicator that he was not providing me with proper care. Dr. Lee was RUDE! He really didnt answer my questions, really didnt do anything. WEBMD was more personalble than this guy! The nurse was the one that actually answer my questions and help me out. Dont waste your money on this place!

Thank God for Dr. Mitchell. I hurt my head petty bad and needed like, 9 stitches, and 19 staples, 3 years ago. Dr. Mitchell did an amazing job and the scar is almost non-existent now( all things considered). Luckily for me he shaped it into a Texans logo ready for football season when football was about football. The staff was great and I cant recommend this place enough... so much I had to bring my wife for stitches too... not the same day!.. yesterday, she opened a cabinet and a porcelain mug fell off hitting the counter and a broken piece flew towards her. By the grace of God it hit her hand instead of her face. We were blessed God protected us from what it could have been and we are blessed Medella is just around the corner.

Just walked in with a broken foot. Was greeted by the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. Turned around and hopped out on one leg.

Clinic is great but it takes a very long time to get the covid test done my appointment was at 1:15pm and it took 45 mins to get the covid test person to come out and do it. Results are reasonable 15-20 mins. So just make sure you have time it’s not quick in and out.

The staff was great. I was there with a rash which is very hard to identify. Dermatology is hard. I will say the only turn off was having to announce in the lobby why I was there and personal details about myself like date of birth and address with other patients In the room. Privacy is still a thing. But other than that the ladies there took great care of me and I left laughing about something that really was concerning. Love medella urgent care at both locations

Been there twice for minor emergencies, staff was always good to go. Wait wasn’t to bad. And received good care from drs Also been 3x for Covid testing, always got same day appointments/testing and rapid results.

I would give zero stars if I could. I took my son here. They told me it was a five minute wait, then a ten minute wait, then a 15 minutes wait. After an hour of waiting and my son being fussy, we got taking into the room. More waiting, then they came to tell me it would be longer and they don’t know how much longer. Basically telling me they couldn’t see us. I called the next day to see how long the wait time is and got a nasty attitude from the reception. Overall horrible experience. I will not be coming back.

I went here for a possible broken bone. The wait was only about 15 mins. The waiting room was empty but there were Covid testing appointments waiting in their cars. The staff was very polite and helpful. The waiting room was clean. Its definitely one of the nicer ones that Ive visited. They were able to take x-rays there and send them off to an office radiologist that evaluated them and they had an answer within 5-10 mins. The only drawback was that the doctor never came to speak to me directly. Other than that it was a great experience. I would definitely go back if I needed to at some point.

Walked in today to ask if my son was able to be seen due to waking up with fever and a black rude female named Sheila was so unprofessional gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me because I did let her know that someone in my sons prek class had tested positive for covid and she asked if I had an appt and I told her no so she started rolling her eyes and began to argue with me and I explained to her if it was that big of a problem I would take my son somewhere else and she was just so ghetto like! Sorry you are just a receptionist I did not choose your career for you I just needed my son seen! Never coming back to this location again!

We had our son’s COVID test done here. The nurse came out to the car and did the test very gently and brought us the results back to the car. We didn’t have to wait long at all. As soon as the results were ready they send me a link for a tele visit with nurse practitioner. He went over the results with us and gave us instructions. We are very happy with the service we received.

Simply excellent. I have nothing more to say. From being accomodating inspite of being close to their closing time and from being extremely professional, very courteous and fast with the service. All in all I wish I could give them more stars. I know which is going to be my go to urgent care now.

The doctor was 10/10 amazing!!! The nurse at the front desk was helpful but it wasnt very URGENT for an urgent care. When the nurse came in she was also very sweet, but brought in someone else’s chart. And then told me it was $125 for the Covid test. Then she said it was $75 when she came back with the test. Then when I went to check out before I left, they told me it was free. Just confusing for a young adult. But all in all 3 out of 5 stars for me.

These folks were absolutely wonderful. I had an allergic reaction, and knew I needed immediate medical assistance. When I arrived, they worked quickly to get me into a room and begin treatment. I also have a phobia to needles, and the doctor and nurses were very attentive to this fear and did a phenomenal job of keeping me comfortable and calm. When I had questions about my symptoms and the treatment, they explained everything in language I could understand. After receiving treatment, they kept a close eye on me. When they gave me my clinical summary, they clearly explained the instructions and answered all questions.The doctor, nurses, and staff provided phenomenal care, and I would recommend Medella Urgent Care to anyone needing medical assistance.To sum up:-Fast, efficient, and effective care-Excellent staff and bedside manners-Suberb clinical knowledge

Needed a Covid PCR test. I was able to go online, schedule the appt, and upload my ID and insurance info. I simply showed up my for my appt, called from my car to let them know I was there, and staff came out to my car to administer test and speak with me. I received my PCR results within 16 hours via email. Very easy and efficient!

This was my first time using this clinic. I went in for an I&D procedure for an abscess on my lower leg. The staff was very friendly and fast. I did not endure any pain and was in and out. I will go here again if need be and would recommend to anyone needing medical attention.

I have had an awful experience at this location. My first visit I was stuck 3 different times for a successful blood sample to be obtained for my labwork. I am a young healthy male with no medical history and good veins. I have never had this happen to me before.The very next day, I received a phone call stating that not enough blood was obtained and they needed me to return for another blood draw. I explained that I was at work and inquired about the latest available time to come back in. I was told that the latest time I could come back for blood draw was 6:30PM. I arrived at 6:05 PM only to be told that the blood pick up person already came so they were not going to be able to take my blood. I insisted they draw my blood and refrigerate it overnight as I was told I could come as late as 6:30 pm. After the staff making phone calls and trying to figure out what to do, they finally drew my blood and stated they were able to refrigerate it overnight.Fast forward 10 days and I did not get my results. I called on a Saturday and was told that they were waiting on the results. I called back on Monday 2 days later only to be told that they lost my urine sample and I had to come back to the clinic to give another urine sample. I am VERY disappointed in the professionalism of this facility. It is stressful enough trying to ensure you are doing everything correctly and timely for the US Residency process including going to a facility on the US Govt approved facility list. The pure incompetence of this facility’s staff, procedures, and processes is unreal. I do NOT recommend this facility especially not for immigration medical exams and requirements.

Madella urgent care in the Vintage are soo professional I was in and out and they answered any questions that I had if you are going for a covid test this is the place to go.

I went in with extremely servior lower back and hip pain I could bearly walk and they let my husband walk me in all the way to the room where I was seen the doctor said I had a pulled muscle gave me a shot that relieved the pain in 15 minutes and prescribed medication that was safe for my kidney insufficiency I was able to walk out slowly but on my own with no help all the employees were very understanding and helpful i highly recommended this place to others

The wait was well worth it, where competitors were completely booked up for the day, I was seen by Dr. J. Hinkle quickly and effectively. No wasted time in diagnosing and prescribing what I needed.

The front desk receptionist definitely needs some training, the only thing she knows how to say is “there’s no cure for covid” which everyone already knows this. I don’t know why she keeps repeating that over and over. Every time I called to either make an appt for a covid test or ask a question about medicine that was prescribed by the doctor, that was her response. Very very frustrating since the front desk is the point of communication for patients. The doctors were very nice but again, the front desk is who answers the phone when you call. For this reason I don’t think I would come back here.

I have COVID. I went to get tested and they required that I come in to their crowded lobby. Then they wanted to charge me an urgentcare copay. I said nope and went down the road to AFC who did not charge me a copay and came out to my car to test me. After this experience, I would not recommend Medella.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Wait time was not very long. You can make an appointment on their website to hurry things along.

Everyone was polite, professional, informative, and answered every question I had, they offorded me their complete attention and was never rush, they were eternally patient with me. My wife had an ear infection. They took us in right away with no appointment about 2 hours before closing and provided the antibiotics medication needed to cure the infection. My wife is recovering and feeling better after a few days. I am very happy that we were taken care of especially since it was a Sunday and my regular doctor was not open.

I have taken my 4 year old grandson to this emergency room twice. The nurses, doctors, and staff are absolutely amazing. The first time he hyperextended his elbow. They were amazing at making him comfortable and trying to find every way to get the X-rays they needed without causing him pain. I have never seen an entire staff dedicated to providing such compassionate care to a child. The second visit was for covid testing after he was exposed at daycare. Again they discussed everything with him like he was an adult- made sure he understood everything that would happen and the test was fast and absolutely painless. I would highly recommend this emergency room to anyone. These are extremely compassionate people. They are honestly there to help people and it definitely shows. Will never take my kiddo anywhere else.

DOT Physical went smoothly. Lost a star because an office clerk was unhelpful & somewhat rude. She gave me a completely illegible receipt. I asked for one that could be read & she said she texted it (even though I never gave my cell number). I asked for a printed copy. She chewed me out (even though she should have been apologizing. What kind of company cannot print out a receipt?). She should have offered to use a different printer (sitting on the desk behind her). Instead she got upset at me & all I wanted was a simple receipt. Not the end of the world but it did cost 1 star.

Made the appointment online, filled out all of the paperwork as well online. So when my husband went in there was no wait he was able to go back and be seen faster than expected. The best part was the doctor was knowledgeable and was able to detect the issue without sending him to other doctors.

I called ahead of time to check to ensure they took my sons insurance; which they did. I explained to Jessica over the phone what my sons symptoms (deep chest cough, runny nose, high fever, lethargic) were and she told me that I’d have to make an appointment online, which I did while I was on the phone with her for 5:00. Upon arrival for my appointment at 4:40, I waited 30 minutes to be spoken to, at which point I was told I’d have to wait in my car with my son due to his symptoms, although he was COVID negative. 2 separate women came out to get his vital signs and take symptoms, at which one came out with a flu test which later was advised to be negative. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting in the car with a toddler, we received a tele-med call in which the doctor stated that “there is nothing wrong” with my son, simply because he was eating and drinking normally and looked to be feeling just fine (he was watching his tablet in the car and giggling). I was advised by the doctor that he probably had an infection, but was fighting it off just fine on his own and would not need additional treatment and was cleared. I was told that it could “possibly” be the Delta variant of COVID, but all we could do was make sure we washed our hands and wore a mask. Not even 3 hours after leaving the urgent care center, my son spiked a 103 temperature and broke out in a massive rash. His face was swollen and red, he was coughing so hard he was throwing up and was immediately taken to Methodist Hospital Emergency. Within 5 minutes of walking in the door, we were triaged and scheduled for X-rays and treated immediately for severe chest congestion, pain, nausea and rash. Methodist Hospital was in shock when I told them how we were treated at Medella. Within an hour, we had a diagnosis, which had I just gone with Medella’s diagnosis of “he’s fine”, could have landed him in the hospital for a much longer period of time than a couple hours in the ER. Thankfully we were given the correct diagnosis by Methodist and will in the future, avoid Medella Urgent Care at all costs. For an “urgent” care facility, urgency is not their concern.
